If you HATE enemies to lovers, swoony firefighters, strong sassy heroines, and surprise babies with a twist…this book isn’t for you! Uh Oh! Women are setting their lawns on fire and sticking random cats in trees all over town so they can dial 911 and get a glimpse of Jack Decker’s… hearts are ablaze all over the city because he is H-O-T…hot!
The ladies around town may want to heat up Jack’s sheets and let them smolder, but he has his eye on the blonde firecracker neighbor with the stick up her…
Jules is the feisty know it all next door who isn’t impressed by the bachelor, or rumors of his infamous…stuff. Living next door to the towns hottest hero is like living next to a non-stop frat party.
When an unexpected twist of fate lands at Jacks door, he needs Jules help…and sparks fly. This is one fire he doesn’t know how to battle, especially when Jules starts to question if Jack’s reputation is built on merit or are they just rumors.

Firefighter Jack Decker has a reputation, and his neighbor, Nurse Juliet Walker, isn’t interested – much. Although Jack’s reputation isn’t real, Juliet’s interest is, much to her chagrin. However, Jack’s life is about to get a lot more complicated, and Juliet may be exactly what he needs. Their relationship just might become more than neighborly, but it doesn’t come without its own complications.
This is a delightful, fun and engaging romance with its ups and downs, twists and turns. The storyline is fast paced with the right mix of humor and drama to make it very appealing. The characters are well written, strong, and interesting, and the passion is HOT. The narrative flows effortlessly, and once you start, you will find it hard to put down. I strongly recommend this as a must read! Can’t wait to read what’s coming next!!
Loved this book. It had me laughing!
Jack is a fire fighter that is amazing to look at. Women stop and stare, and probably drool, as Jack completes his daily run. Juliet is a nurse at a hospital. Juliet and jack are neighbors. Juliet thinks Jack is just a boy toy and likes to have parties and disturb the neighborhood. Jack refuses to call Juliet by her name. He calls her Jules, and it initially irritated her. Until someone left a baby on Jack’s front porch. Did someone think Jack would just raise a baby because he was a fire fighter? Due to spoilers, I will not say. It is a hot book……need ice or a shower to cool off while reading!
My favorite quote:
“Leave the shoes, Jules. In fact, you should always wear those shoes. They….. do things to me.”
DILF Diaries, Oh Baby! WS such a fun book!! I laughed so much at the banter between Jack & Jules. I hope we get some more stories about Felix and Roman. I absolutely loved Marty!!!
This was a fantastic first book in a new series. Stephanie St. Klaire has another winner! I absolutely loved the banter & quips between Jack & Jules, it was great & both were quick with a comeback comment. I also loved how both took care of & loved baby Ramsey. I read this story in one sitting and can’t wait til the next book in the series comes out.
Stephanie St. Klaire gives us another five star read, with this hilarious enemies to lovers story. The heat between Jack and Jules is off the charts. Jules is the nurse with the stick up her a** that lives next door & Jack is the sexy playboy firefighter who pushes all her buttons. Then comes the cute as a button surprise on his doorstep and you are in emotional overload with these three. Loved this book from the first to last page. Can’t wait for the next installment of DILF.
I’m not sure what I was expecting when I started this book, but I know I got more than I bargained for and I LOVE IT! Stephanie St. Klaire is an amazing author! Jack and Jules are so amazing! I was not prepared for ALL THE FEELS this story gave me, but I am so glad I was able to read this book! Five Stars
In an unexpected and pleasing twist, the author known for her romantic suspense novels pens an entertaining romcom. Sexy firefighter Jack “the Pecker” Decker and Juliet (Jules) had insanely hot chemistry that they were fighting against. Their bantering back and forth was hilarious. The secondary characters (especially Marty) truly made this story that much better. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and highly recommend it to those readers that like a little heat and lots of laughs.
Jack and Juliette are great characters. I love their chemistry. Then mix in Ramsey to give a whole other set of emotions and this story is hard to resist. I think Jack and Juliette’s relationship is captured really well by this sentence “And then he said it — the one thing no man who wanted his goods to stay intact should ever say. “But you’re a woman—”” There is a lot of back story to both of these characters that I would love to know, maybe in future books we will hear more about their histories and maybe get to know Teagan better. I look forward to more of this series.
What do you get when you put together a fun loving playboy and his uptight neighbor? A laugh out loud funny, sexy story that you won’t want to put down!
DILF Diaries: Oh Baby is a fun enemies to lovers story that will have you cracking up! Jack and Jules have chemistry that sucks you in from the first page. Balanced with the right amount of sarcasm, sass, and sexual tension, you’re in for a fun ride. Great start to a new series.
This is such a fun book! Jack and Juliet are neighbors and Juliet is annoyed by Jack and his frequent parties. Jack also has a reputation around town of being a player. When a baby is dropped off at Jack’s doorstep his true personality starts to shine through. The banter between Jack and Juliet is fantastic and the way their relationship evolves is fun. Loved this book and found it hard to put down until I finished it.
“A Maybe Dad”
After I wrote my review, I noticed almost every sentence had the word FUN. That’s because DILF Diaries: Oh Baby is a fun read. A fun, brilliantly written romantic comedy. It has fun, witty banter. Fun and interesting characters. Two very different people, yet they are so right and good for each other. A wonderful, enjoyable, enemies to friends to lovers story. One of my favorite reads this year.
I have read Stephanie St. Klaire’s romantic suspense books and loved them. I binge read them all in less than a week. I have to admit, I was a little leery about her venturing into such a different genre.
I should have known better. Stephanie St. Klaire NAILED IT!!!!!! She blew me away. I laughed so hard my sides hurt. My mouth fell open so often I am sure I caught flies. Oh My!!! The sexual innuendos kept me reading just to discover more, highlight more. If this is what I can expect in the rest of the series count me in.
There were twists. There were turns. There were shockers and so, so many drool worthy moments. The characters just fantastic. The story was a exciting page turning adventure in love and risks. This book needs a reread soon.
What a great book! The banter back and forth between jack and Juliet was fun and enjoyable to read and then arrived the baby on the door step! Things got steamy between the two, then came the big family oh my! Who’s family ,Jack’s kinda shorta but not really? Oh and court hearing and a horrible dad in there could this couple survive?
