Beauty and the Four Beasts. A Deadly Curse. A Fallen Kingdom. With magic banned in the human realm, Bee, a powerful witch, has had to offer her services in secret. Exhilarating, action packed, four sexy, bear shifters and a sinfully, beautiful witch.
Mila Young is an outstanding storyteller! Cursed: A Reverse Harem Fairy Tale Retelling (Haven Realm Book 3) is like Beauty and the Beast but with a dynamic twist. I loved this book! With its whirlwind action, nail-biting suspense and the erotic thoughts, words and deeds! OH MY! Fellow book readers there needs to be a warning put on this book! Read at the cost of getting HOT and BOTHERED!
I had a good chuckle when I spotted a familiar name in the storyline…mainly the authors name was written into the story in such a clever and funny way. I’m kind of jealous of the library that Bee gets to enjoy in the castle…really loved the twist on the fairy tale story and thought this was a fantastic second book in the series! Looking forward to the third installment of the fairy tale.
Another sexy retelling of Beauty & the Beast RH style. I was excited to read this story since it was Bee’s story and I wasn’t disappointed. Bee was hired to lift a curse and meets 4 Princes. Nothing goes as planned and now they are in more danger, but Bee will do whatever she can too help the Princes. Hot sexy story that will have you reading non stop.
Interesting twists… This story is another twist on a classic tale. Bee is a witch who writes romance novels. She takes on odd jobs to help pay the bills with her Father. She has taken on a major curse cure when she is suddenly in the middle of all kinds of danger. Inside herself as well as all around her. The four bear shifter Princes need her to release this curse, but they also find her holding their hearts. Steam 9/10 * Sweet 10/10 * 1st POV * RH * HEA
This was another great RH retelling done by Mila Young, this one is Beauty and The Beast. I enjoyed Bee in the first book and I’m glad I she got her own fairy tale, her sexy Bear shifters were amazing characters and Bee’s trip of self discovery. The story itself was great and the continued world building and characters evolving, just fantastic. I look forward to seeing what Mila comes out with next.
Book three in the Haven Realm series. If you are a fan of the Beauty and the Beast fairy tale then you really have to read this book! I am a huge fan so the take on it in this one was just fantastic. We start with Bee a witch that is hired to break a magical curse on a prince in another realm. I love how she gets her herbs from Scarlet (book 1) as it ties the stories together for me though each works as a stand alone. As Bee travels to her new job she is surrounded by some awesome bear shifters and then we get to the curse which is an odd take on the story but man does it make things interesting. Her attempt to break it is just makes the story even better. The relationship development with the guys had me hooked and by the end of the story I was all in loving every minute of it. If you enjoy a fairy tale retelling with an RH twist then you really have to try this book. I loved every minute of it (including the awesome library scene) and give it 5/5 stars.
This was no ordinary power… 5 GREEN HEARTS
You sure you can break curses? How the *heck* would bear shifters behave? I’d never me a bear shifter before. Goddess, what had I gotten myself into? Was it a bear attribute to resemble a god? This was so unfair, dangling these men in front of me when they weren’t on the menu! Don’t we all dream of having someone special to share our lives with? that kind of stuff only happened in fairy tales. Thank you Goddess for this fantabulous story! and then some!! I love how in-depth this story is! It may start off fairytale-ish, and while at the heart of it, it is based on fairy tales, it very quickly evolves from semi-lighthearted into one helluva deeply enriched story with surprises, twists, turns, hot and OMG! moments to keep you enchanted from beginning to end!! I had to read the last part at least three times just to catch it all because I was so caught up in it all, I couldn’t slow down and read it all the first time! Or the second!! Phenomenal storytelling!! I found it so creative how FULL of story this one is, WITHOUT dragging it out, and yet giving them a full, deep story where all parts that needed to be there were there, nothing added in that felt awkward or like it was just there to make the story longer, to fill in parts, how she didn’t sleep with any/all of them in the very beginning, etc. PHENOMENAL JOB on the story & character development!!! I loved Bee from the first time I met her in Scarlet’s book Hunted, so I was beyond excited to read Cursed! But Bee is so much more than I first thought, so kind, loving, fight for what’s right, so of course her story is so much more too! And those princes! *fans self* All are perfect in their own way, ensuring that picking a favorite is pretty much impossible!! I love how the story unfolds, taking me on a journey like no other! The enriched, detailed descriptions, the multifaceted characters and the deep connections I forged with them all, the way I lived this story as Bee – Hey! Who hasn’t had fairy-tale dreams/fantasies! – had me COMPLETELY captivated from page one, not releasing me from its grasp even now! Mila Young has created a new series of fairy tales for me to love, cherish & devour!! These ain’t your childhood fairy tales!! But are PERFECT adult ones to replace them with!! wink
This is the third book in the Haven Realm series and yes can be a standalone read but why would you want to miss out on the other two books? This book is about Bee who we meet in one of the other books and we get to see the trials she has to go through. This book does have more of a completed character development than the previous book and has a nice slow burn on the relationship development. I can not wait to see what is in store for the rest of the Haven Realm books.
