Fun romantic happy ever after. Characters were fun
Dumb , gave up after two chapters
This book really wasn’t my cup of tea. It was so disjointed and the main character Annie just seemed so wish washy. She couldn’t make her mind up about anything! It seemed like she spent the almost the whole book crying about one thing or another. She is spineless! She lets everyone walk over her. I will not be buying any of the other books in this series.
It’s ok, characters need more depth.
I loved this story. It is a mixture of going home, laughs, thriller and great recipes! I enjoyed all the emotions this fun-filled mystery offered. An easy read with twists and turns. You think you got it and in the end, well…you will have to read for yourself. Enjoy!
I’m still trying to finish this book. I like an easy to read cozy murder mystery and this seemed to fit the bill but something is missing. The mystery is there but I’m having a hard time finding the characters likeable. I think maybe the problem is the characters are seemingly all too familiar. Like its all been done before and better. Sorry, I don’t mean to be critical but her characters need more originality. Something that sets them apart from all the other leads of the genre.
Pretty lame. Skip this one.
Too much foul talk and sexual innuendos.
I just finished this book, ugh! I found nothing to like, I struggled to get through it.
Fun and Murder
Annie Grace is a fascinating character, combining empathy, compassion, and dead-on detection skills. Wisconsin is a second character, all great locations and homespun charm. A perfectly enjoyable read.
I liked it and give it five stars.
Tries too hard to be funny, which it’s not. There were timeline issues too. Not bad enough to be a one star review but glad I got it free.
a baker get s free ticket to go back home and judge a “Hot guys contest” and gets involved in a murder of one of her old school mates and different and captivating book.
I want the whole series
Ok, not fabulous but not terrible.
It was grade school type writing.
A little to much repeated scenes.
enjoyed it. not overly sexy type of book which had romance
A very fun read.
Really fun easy read. Characters were interesting and bad guys reveled at the end.
