Five months to plan a wedding really isn’t long enough but Calla and Wes don’t want to wait any longer to tie the knot. To close out this magical year with a bang they will say I do. What could go wrong?Calla Bond and Wes Westminister cordially invite you to spend the holidays with them as they become man and wife.
What a perfect book for this time of year! I loved seeing Wes show his love & support for Calla!! I felt her stress as she was planning the wedding and all the craziness that ensues with that. These two seriously made me smile & laugh and I didn’t want to put the book down! Such a great read!
Cupcakes & Mistletoe was a fun, sweet read. I enjoyed these characters in their previous story and was excited to get even more of them. This book was full of many ups and downs as Calla and Wes try to plan their wedding is such a short time. There were some serious moments as well as some laugh out loud ones that kept the book entertaining from start to finish.

I started reading Teresa’s “One of the Boys” series about a year ago. It didn’t take long for me to get addicted to the storyline and the wonderfully created characters especially Ella. Grab your coffee and let’s chat about Cupcakes & Mistletoe: The Wedding. I will try to be as unbiased as possible. (Just the facts, ma’am. Just the facts, for the most part.)
Teresa wrote this story in the fashion of the 12 days of Christmas. Such a unique way to bring us through the final days of planning a Christmas Eve wedding! Sing along with me: Twelve Ugly Dresses, Eleven Cranky Suppliers, Ten Bad Bands, Eight Florists Fuming, Six Groomsment Arrested, Five Diamond Rings…Lost, Four Family Fights, Two Singles Wedded, and One Happily Ever After! The chapter titles alone are hilarious!
Don’t get me wrong, there are plenty of laugh-out-loud moments but you will also perceive the stress of wedding planning and the disquietude this family feels about the possibility of something happening to sweet Ella (my favorite character). While this is the wedding story of Calla and Wes, it also a continuation of the other books in the series so we get a glimpse of Jax and Forest and the other characters whose lives we have become invested in.
This book series is an embodiment of the phrase “friends become your chosen family,” so it is only appropriate this story is told through the voice of not just Calla and Wes, but several other members of this fantastically diverse family. Teresa has left us hanging about several situations that I am hoping will develop into new books. I just don’t think that this series is over and I can’t wait to see which storyline becomes the next book.
My rating of Cupcakes & Mistletoe: The Wedding….5 out of 5 propellers!!

What could possibly go wrong planning a wedding in 5 months? For Calla and Wes assume everything. In this hilarious and sweet ,swoony story (gently set to the tune of the 12 days of Christmas) we are treated to every emotion under the sun but Calla and Wes were the epitome of calm regardless of outside stresses.
“You were my reason back then, my reason now, my reason everyday.”~ Wes
Share the love with a little bit of holiday cheer and a whole lot of heart. Crumpton is back to make us laugh, cry and celebrate with a few not too distant friends. Cupcakes and Mistletoe: The Wedding is the culmination of a feast of the heart. Calla and Wes are a reminder that good things come to those who wait and that’s reason enough to make me smile. A short sweet treat.
