I was not certain I would like this book but I found myself captivated by the storyline and completely thrown at the end of the story. I can’t wait until I get the next book. I have no idea what to expect.
I think it was so good. If you read this book you will see why I have recommended this book . It is funny and and somehow tearful. Everyone should read this book
Crystal Magic was an enjoyable YA novel. The first chapter was rough, and I pushed through to give it a chance. It turned out to be a fun book to read.
The author kept me turning the pages and I found myself thinking about the story, wanting to go back and finish it, every time I went to put the book down. The ending is a hook/cliffhanger in …
I went on to buy the rest of the series because I enjoyed this so much.
I wasn’t expecting that ending. She hinted at it throughout the book but I was still a bit shocked. Definitely need to keep reading.
Crystal has always been difficult.
And after her mother dies in an accident, she moved to a new town where she slowly discovers her aunt is a witch and she, too, has power as well. What she does can change her life and that of her friends and family. The end of the book gives us an incredible cliffhanger. Well written and imaginative and young …
I enjoyed this book, but was definitely disappointed with the ending. Why did the author have to end on a cliffhanger??? Krissa and Crystal performed a spell to move them back in time to get a Crystal to save Jodi’s life. But when they get back, everything if different. It wasn’t really a great end… Just a quick read.
Crystal Magic, Clearwater Witches book 1 was written by Madeline Freeman, and it was a spellbinding story, ha ha pun intended. Her writing style was colourful and descriptive enough that I was able to lose myself in the story, and I didn’t have to think too much about what she was trying to say, it was an easy entertaining read. This book is …
This one had me going, and then time altering! BAM! Deus Ex Machinae is one of my pet peeves (though I forgive it in cases like Infinity War). So I’m going to say, I realllly liked 3/4 of the book. And maybe if I can get over my annoyance with how they messed with time, I might come back to this series. But if you like time altering, you will like …
MAJOR Cliff-hanger. I’m reading series. Editing in the series is poor at times and is disjointed with plot but it’s good enough that I bought all the e-books
Really good book couldn’t stop reading.
This book had the potential to be good, but was just a boring flat read. It was predicable and not very interesting.
My teen age granddaughter loved it
I loved this book. I don’t order many books, but I did pay for the next one following this one. And that’s saying something. Thank you for a great read.
Easy simple read, some grammatical errors, very predictable up until the ending
