AN AMAZON TOP 25 BESTSELLERIn the power struggle between two elite groups, one feisty girl will bring them to their knees… me when I turn eighteen.
But, behind closed doors, I plot my escape.
Trent, Charlie, and my twin, Drew, rule the hallways of Rydeville High with arrogance and an iron fist. I execute my role perfectly, hating every second, but they never let me forget my place in this world.
Everyone obeys the rules. They have for generations. Because our families have always been in control.
Until Cam, Sawyer, and Jackson show up. Throwing their new money around. Challenging the status quo. Setting hearts racing with their gorgeous faces, hot bodies, and bad boy attitudes.
Battle lines are drawn. Sides are taken. And I’m trapped in the middle, because I made a mistake one fateful night when I gave my V-card to a stranger in a blatant F you to my fiancé.
I thought it was the one thing I owned. A precious memory to carry me through each dark day.
I couldn’t have been more wrong.
Because the stranger was Camden Marshall, leader of the new elite and my perpetual tormenter. He hates me with a passion unrivaled, and he won’t be the only one. Fire will rain down if the truth is revealed, threatening alliances, and the power struggle will turn vicious.
My life will hang in the balance.
But I’ll be ready, and I’m not going down without a fight.

This book blew me away. I never saw the ending coming. Highest recommendation. This author creates unforgettable characters and I am sitting on pins and needles waiting for the next book. This is a five star read.
*I received a free copy of this book which I voluntarily chose to write an honest review for.
I am at a loss for words when it comes to describing this book! Our FMC is the only daughter of man that thirsts for power in a world where the elite run things. To make this happen he makes an alliance that will marry her off to one evil dude once she graduates. She has no control over her life instead being forced to do as she is told. The status quo changes though when a group of new elite arrive just in time for the men of the elite to leave on an extended trip. This makes for some interesting and dangerous events to happen. This poor girl has a spine of steel to endure all of this yet she still manages too pull through no matter what they throw at her. Add in a man with secrets and surprise twist at the end and you will want book two right now!! A total must read! I totally loved it so I give it 5/5 stars.
This was a fantastic example of angsty, emotional enemies to lovers. I loved the twist Siobhan put on the dynamics between the MC’s with their initial meeting, and Abby’s strength and sheer stubbornness was refreshing. She was realistic in her weaknesses but never gave up the fight. That ending has me dying for more, and as I’m a serious cliffhanger fan this whole book gets two thumbs up!
This book does not start off with any happy feelings but rather some very dark thoughts. Those that are trying to deal with their own demons may want to tread lightly when reading this book. Even though this is a story of high school students, in no way is this book for teens and young adults.
Abigail “Abby” Hearst-Manning knows where her place is in the pecking order. Her family is far from normal. I’m not into shows like 90210, Pretty Little Liars, or any of the other teen series currently out there but if I knew that our author wrote the screenplay and these characters were the stars than I would quickly become a fan. She’s very good at creating complex characters. Their agendas aren’t squeaky clean and neither are they.
Originally, I thought this would be more about us against them. It was turning out to be more of a man-hater woman-hater type of story as well as a family mystery. I did like how Abby could take care of herself but there’s always two sides to a coin and her other side shows how she shrinks in stature around certain people.
It’s hard to sympathize with her but it’s also hard not to. This story certainly had me hoping that the young people in our schools would not behave this way but in today’s world it’s not too hard to believe there might be some out there somewhere. As I got to know Abby, one young lady did come to mind. After watching part of her life play out in the news and in court it wasn’t hard to have her take a staring role.
There are so many twists and turns with this story. Our author is very good at guiding our way so that you won’t feel lost. This becomes a problem when we seem to hit a dead end. It just means that I will have to prepare myself to see where she guides us in Twisted Betrayal.
I was not compensated nor was I required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.
Siobhan Davis, you did it again! I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book. Hands down, the best book I have read this year, and I have anticipated a lot of books! The instant I started this book, I was hooked. I could not put it down! I stayed up all night, knowing how hard the next day would be, with raising 6 kids, 7 if you count my husband…. But there was clearly, no other option.
The characters are beautifully written and well developed. The whole story will keep you on the edge of your seat, from start to finish. The twists and turns, the angst and raw emotions, make it truly epic! Siobhan, this is some of your best work, and I cant wait to see what you have in store for us next! GREAT JOB!!
First off I have to say that high school and teenage stories are not what I usually read. But I can tell you that I was glued to my kindle from the very first page on this one.
This is a story about old money families and new money families. But the thing that binds them together is what will rip this young girl’s world apart. Abby knows her father is cruel behind closed doors and she even believes he had a hand in her mother’s death. But can she escape his wrath before it’s too late?
Cam saved a girl at the beach one night and he can’t forget her, but when he sees her months later, it takes all he has in him not to tear her apart. He is out for revenge for what her father done to his family.
Can Abby escape before all hell breaks loose? Will Cam see that Abby is the not who she appears to be? Will the old elite continue to control the town of Rydeville and the school? Or will Cam and his buddies be able to take over and protect Abby?
As I said, this story had me from the very first page and I couldn’t put it down until the end. And that ending left me with WTH? Seriously though it is one whopper of a cliffhanger and I need book 2 now, please. If you haven’t read Siobhan Davis yet, then start here, you will not be disappointed.
**I voluntarily reviewed an advance complimentary copy of this book.**
Holy shit! Does this offer a thousand star rating???? Vicious, cunning and brutal, Cruel Intentions is high school drama on crack. Welcome to HELL, aka Rydeville High, where your keep your friends close and your enemies closer. It’s a jungle in there and only the strong will survive.
The twists and turns in this book are so sharp I was gasping for breath. The angst and mounting tension couldn’t be any more acute.
Heart-pounding, suspenseful and intense, Cruel Intentions gave me chills, sky-rocketed my heart rate and left me desperate for more.
It kept me on the razor’s edge from the very beginning. The twists and turns are so sharp and unexpected. The suspense is off-the-charts intense.
Cruel Intentions turned everything on its head. When I thought something was going to happen, it went in a completely different direction. When I thought I knew who was good and who was bad, things shifted yet again. This book has me crazed. It is EPIC.
This is the first book I read by this author and it’s absolute kindle crack. I need my next fix as I’m already in withdrawal. I also need the next book, Twisted Betrayal, like I need air
I received an ARC of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
. ?!?!?!?
Alright, this is my first book by this author and I am kicking myself that I haven’t read anything of hers until now. This was amazing.
Lately, I have been sucked into these bully romances. I honestly could not tell you why, or how or when it started to happen, but I am obsessed… So when I saw the blurb to this romance, I knew I had to read it and Ms. Davis did not disappoint.
Cruel Intentions is the first book in the Rydeville High Elite series and let me tell you now, you are in for one hell of a fucking ride.
. . !
I really don’t know how to put into words how epic this book was, how mind-fuckingly amazing it was.
We are tossed into the elite world in which Abby lives. A teen just about to hit 18, and once you turn 18 in her world, it means arranged marriages, it has been passed down through generations and it is what is expected of her. The man that she is meant to marry. He is a . Seriously, he’s an asshat. I did not like him. I didn’t even slightly like him. But I am pretty sure that was the authors intention.
Abby isn’t dealing well, all of this is pushing her limits, she is at a point of breaking and everything happening around her has become too much for her to deal with… She is breaking. I could feel it as I read each and every word, and my heart hurt for her.
An unexpected stranger, a man she knows nothing about comes into her life and gives her one night…One night in which she can see what her life would be like if she had the choice on who she was meant to be with.
She comes down from this night in bliss with this man, and her reality comes back into focus, where her every move is mapped out for her, her life isn’t really her life, it’s in the hands of her father and what he expects of her.
As the plot thickens and we get deeper into the story, we see her life at Rydeville High. Where things just seem to get even crazier for Abby. After the Elite boys leave for a secret trip and Abby is left behind, a new group of guys starts taking over, and they give her absolute hell. There are two types of elites… Old money and new money. Abby is old money and this new group of guys are new money, and they are out for blood. They do nothing but bully Abby, causing her even more trouble than any average 18 year old should go through. It was brutal.
Abby went through her fair share of hell, but to surprisingly, for the most part, she remained strong. She gives off a strong-willed vibe, and I loved that about her. With all this going on, the author still managed to weave in a romance that had my heart fluttering to the max. it was swoony and you couldn’t help but fall in love along with the characters.
This book was intense, to say the least, it sure as hell took me on the ride of my life. There were so many twists and turns, so many things I didn’t expect or see coming, and it left me with my jaw hitting the floor a fair few times. The angst, the push, and pull, and the unpredictable plot twists were enough to send me insane,… in a good way of course!
Highly, highly, highly recommend giving this book a read.
I am SO SO SO glad I took a chance on author!
If I could rate this more than 5 stars, I would.
Siobhan Davis really knocked one out of the park with Cruel Intentions! Let me tell you, it’s NOT just a pretty cover. Although that cover is enough to leave your panties wet. Her Rydeville High Elite Series starts off with a bang where we see our MC, Abby, is very unhappy. She is dealing with a lot as an Elite and has no control of her own life. As we flip the pages we learn the Abby is not the push over that everyone thinks she is. She is smart, cunning and capable.
Then, after the Elite boys leave for some camp, a new group of guys move into Rydeville High and start causing a lot of trouble. They bully Abby and cause her all kinds of trouble. Jackson Lauder, Sawyer Hunt and Camden Marshall. They’re from Rydeville New Money Elite. Whereas Abby’s Family and their associates are from Rydeville Old Money Elite.
The things Abby goes through. Yet she has so much strength. You can’t help but admire her for that. The romance parts are so romantic, I was swooning. He was so sweet to her, taking care of her when she gets hurt. So don’t worry, you will get VERY caught up in the romance.
There are so many twists and turns, I swear I have whiplash from reading this book!! But you’ll love it, if you’re like me you won’t want to put your kindle (or book) down. This is a great beginning to what looks to be a Fabulous series. A powerful and emotional story that has left me obsessed and begging for more!!
Holy crap. Siobhan Davis has done it again with write an amazing book. I couldn’t put it down. I loved everything about. One of my top 10 reads. By far the best. So can’t wait for more in this series. I could not put this book down. Had it done in one sitting.
I’ve been a long time Siobhan Davis fan, but this book is NEXT level and a wild ride.
You’ll have to pick your jaw up off the floor multiple times- the world of the Rydeville Elite is patriarchal at best and horrifying at worst, but these are the realities of these privileged and talented teens. What is expected of them, how those around them operate, the mystery and twists and surprises will knock you off your feet, but you’ll get right back up again but at the core of this story with this crazy and dark world of the elite is a story of interesting, complex, soulful, and enigmatic characters that you love to hate and hate to love.
I don’t want to give too much away with an overview, because the shock value of reading it blank slate is so delicious, but know that we have an amazing heroine Abby- she’s strong, focused, and driven, yet underneath her veneer she is hurting and trapped. She’s surrounded by a motley crew of elites- some we love (like her best friend or her brother) and some less so, like her significant other and especially her father. Her crew runs the show, until a new crew, some new “elites” roll into Rydeville and shake everyone up, including our hero, Cam. Their chemistry is explosive and combative, and so so yummy.
Like All Siobhan tells get ready for nothing to be as it seems, for some nuanced and complex story telling, for fatally flawed but endearing and full realized characters, for a story that has more twists and turns than a mountain away, and for an EPIC cliff hanger. This world and these characters are so intriguing- I’m ready to take up residence in Rydeville just to see it all unfold.
The chemistry between cam and abby was absolutely amazing!!! This is just the first book and many questions of mine are still unanswered , so i’ll be diving straight into the second book after this review because let me tell you, that once you start this series , you wont be able to stop even if you tried!!!
so here we meet Abby , who is basically a pawn of her fiance and his friends. one night she is fed up and is about to give up on life , that’s when she meets Cam who is a stranger to her. She ends up giving her virginity to him on the beach and later finds that he is her enemy in her college!!!!
from there the real bullying starts and the story unfolds.
In this book there were times when i seriously wanted to smack Cam for being such an asshole!!! like the cafeteria scene. That scene had me so angry!!! oh god!!!. i just hope he makes up for his assholish ways in the next book.
this book is recommended to all the people who love a healthy bully romance , high school bully and dark romance too!!
Wow. This book is wicked. Like seriously wicked. All the players in this book keep you guessing until the very last, and even then you’re not even sure where they stand. For once I am truly, honestly, stumped on writing a review. I can say this book is seriously good, with amazing writing and characters. It has definite dark elements so beware on the front. Otherwise go in, and be shocked out of your mind, because it is an amazingly good book. Cam, Abby, Sawyer, Jackson, Drew, Charlie, and the whole bunch will shock you, but keep you turning pages to see what happens next. So many stars for this.
5 Out of this world stars! This book had me on the edge of my seat from page 1 to the very end. I’ve never read anything that made me want to strangle the characters yet love them so unconditionally. I just can’t express how much this book made me feel. Ally is one tough chick. I can’t even imagine the kinda things she has to deal with. I’m not so patiently waiting on twisted betrayal!!!! If you want a book that will tear you up from the inside out then this is the book for you. Can’t wait to see what Siobhan has waiting for us next.
When I started this book I couldn’t believe I was reading about 17 and 18-year-olds. The Rydeville High school is ruled by the Elite, which consists of Abby and her twin Drew, Trent, and Charlie. They are considered the rich and powerful. Now Abby may be part of the Elite, but she doesn’t have much say. She is expected to listen and act accordingly. Most of the Elite, are already arranged to be married. And Trent, the dude Abby is supposed to marry, he really tops the asshole cake !!
Not wanting to give any of herself to her “fiancee”, she decides to give her innocence to a stranger…a savior of sorts. Someone she chose for herself…a moment she will always hold dear. There is not much else she can do though…she is stuck in the life she was born in.
She doesn’t know that everything she knows is about to change…and she will come face to face with her savior again… Will he still be her savior though.
I love high school settings, and when they have bullies in them…even better !! I was a bit confused when I started this one though. For a minute I thought they were all much older, but then I figured they were just that screwed up. I can’t imagine my parents just giving me away in marriage because of family business and status…
As much as Abby was stuck, she still tried to be as strong as she could be. I really admired her and I can’t wait to see what is gonna happen next.
Fair warning….we’ve got another cliffy right here !!!

OMG! That was flipping fantabulous!
I just finished reading Cruel Intentions, the first book in the Rydeville High Elite series, and I have a major book hangover!! It tells the story of Abigail Hearst-Manning, who is from one of the ‘old’ elite families. These families have expectations that they require everyone to follow. The ‘new’ elite families are tired of these rules, and they protest. Unfortunately, Abby is the one that’s been caught in the middle with no idea of who she can trust.
Cruel Intentions is a bully romance, so know that this is not one of those sweet love stories. It’s one of those books that once you open it, you can’t close it. I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough, and about died when I got to the last page. I didn’t realize it had a cliffhanger, and I seriously cursed for several minutes. Now I’m majorly jonzing for the next book in the series!
Grab a drink and some snacks, get comfy, and buckle your seat belts! You’re going on an epic ride. It will have you gripping your Kindle tight as you beg for more!

Cruel Intentions was a thrilling 5 star read.
My head is still spinning as I write this review.
I was pulled in right from the beginning with the prologue. Abby has a twisted father who has made arrangements for both she and her brother to wed after they graduate high school. Abby is disgusted with her current fiance and her father and does something extreme to get back at them.
We jump ahead a few months and Abby comes face-to-face with a man she didn’t expect to see again, Cam. Even more shocking is who he is. When her brother and fiance have to leave for a month, Abby has to represent and when the new elite start to challenge her, things take an interesting twist.
There is so much more to this great read, I don’t want to give anything away. There are some shocking moments that do include bullying and there is a scene that can possibly be a trigger for some. The strength that Abby had was great, she is a fighter that’s for sure. Cam was hot in a bad boy way, but yet he had a soft side as well. All of the secondary characters were great. I would love to see more from each of them. I will warn it does end on a cliff hanger and I’m impatiently waiting for the next book in the series. August can’t come quick enough. 1-click and get started on this must read now.

Wow, I don’t even know where to start with this one! This is my first book by Siobhan Davis and my first bully romance and she really knocked my socks off. This book is dark, intense, steamy, twisty, suspenseful, angsty and captivating. This book is just so much, but in a good and gritty way. I just wanted to devour this entire book. Now I am left anxiously awaiting the next installment.
I really enjoy the characters and how the story unfolds, the suspense, the trust issues and everything. I love the secondary characters, some are funny, engaging, fierce and infuriating.
This book is a real page turner. It does deal with very mature content and is recommend for 18 and over. It also has some possible triggers.
Wow! Talk about a roller coaster of emotions. This book was crazy. There is so much deceit. You never know who’s telling the truth. This book had me on the edge of my seat. I loved every part of the book and am anxiously awaiting the next book.
This author never disappoints me! NEVER EVER! This is not just a bully romance, it’s so so much more. I loved Cam, I loved Jackson and the rest of the boys. Abby what a strong heroine. This book had me on the edge the whole time. I could not put it down. Wow just wow, bring on the next in the series.
