I loved the different quirky characters and the many choices of who-done-it. The author was very creative & made it a great page turner.
I enjoy all of the books by this author.
It looks like murder suicide, a tragic end to tow lives. But what are the chances that it is happening over and over again? Kate cleverly sleuths out and exposes the deaths for what they really are….murders.
I enjoyed it. Easy read.
I love DS Kate Redman. This book was one I had to read in a sitting. Although i was able to identify the perp early on, the book was still original enough to stay until the end.
All of Celina Grace’s Kate Redman books are excellent. When I get a new one I always read it immediatley
Incredible read. Exccellent
I like the Kate Redman series because the writing is always good and the plots intriguing and well-developed. And even though the books are part of a series, each books on its own and the reader isn’t burdened by multiple references to previous books.
There’s one the thread that ties the books together that I find problematic: Kate Redman’s ongoing personal problems. As you would expect, she always pulls it together in the end. However, after several references in Creed to Kate becoming so involved in her thoughts regarding various aspects of her private life that she didn’t hear what her co-workers or others were saying about the case, it became annoying. It’s a tribute to the author that she presented Kate sufficiently realistically that I found myself suppressing the urge to tell her shape up or take some time off and let her very competent co-workers take over.
What can I say? I like to see the main characters in the books I like show some evolution during the course of a series. When this doesn’t happen, it cause me to withhold a star. Childish perhaps, but also something I suspect Kate Redman would do.
Love Kate!
Great author, enjoyable read
I have read other Kate Redman mysteries and this one does not disappoint. She is working a bunch of suisides at a local art school. Each case is solved and closed, and another suiside happens. The story keeps you guessing. You will not guess the ending. Very good read but a little gruesome.
Intriguing from the beginning and knuckle biter by the end
Love this series
I loved this series and would highly recommend them!
