I loved it
The characters really come to life. Keeps you entertained. One of the best books I have read in a long time.
I loved the characters, Ella is my favorite. She is funny, witty and nothing bothers her not even a vamp. It will be interesting to see how their story unfolds.
Loved the unusual story line.
Crazy is a fun read with a quirky heroine. I enjoyed the humor mixed with action.
Loved this one!
It was cute but sexy at the same time. I found myself re-reading some of the scenes once I finished it. It’s a quick read and kept my attention.
This series is absolutely charming. The characters are fresh and funny, and the premise engaging. A lovely summer read.
Boring
I highly enjoyed this book and author and looking forward to the next book by this author.
Kind of … I would set aside my disbelief because I really liked the premise, then the plot and characters would become too formulaic. Good, not great.
A fun story to enjoy.
Eva Langlais never disappoints! This book was original – how many clever, witty, funny books, start off in an insane asylum besides One Flew Over the Cookoos Nest? Can’t wait to start the next book in the series.
I have to laugh because Ella is so child like but yet not at the same time. Yes, it was a little cheesy because of how naive she is but with the background she had it fits right in. Zane is so protective and and intrigued by her. It is kinda of like a fated mates type of love. The edition I read was well written and the characters are beautifully developed. It has some action and drama with some suspense. It had parts that make me laugh and truly enjoy what is being said. It is definitely worth reading.
A crazy, charming, and entertaining story! With original, chaotic, insane, and unpredictable characters that are bigger than life! Nothing is as it seems in an insane Asylum, the ones that are crazy are the victims of undertrained and uncaring people, that take advantage of them! Instead of protecting them they prey on them! When the best offer of protection is from a real monster, a vampire, and she is not even afraid of him! She trusts and loves him on sight! If only she can get the voices to accept him! A fantastic adventure awaits her as for the first time, since she was a child she is out of the mental hospital, but how Ling will it last!
Ever since Ella was born she heard voices in her head. Her parents thought she was the demon incarnate with her ability to know secrets and at a young age was put in a mental institution. At 25 Ella still hears the voices, they don’t scare her nor does the vampire who arrives to feed.
Zane doesn’t befriend humans, but for some reason Ella has created a soft spot for him. Zane decides to break Ella out and give her a fresh start, with him of course until he becomes board. However, what happens when Ella becomes the most important person to him and what secrets does Ella hide that she has no idea about?
Great read, very fun and quickly paced. Like Zane,he was a bit confused about his attraction to Ella. Ella is a delight, quite go with the flow type gal. Can’t wait to read the next book.
Poorly written
A great fun and interesting read.
Read this many, many years ago as CRAZY VAMPIRE LOVE.
Ella has been institutionalised since she was 7 years old due to hearing voices. When Zane, a vampire, helps her break out after finding her in the asylum, both their lives will face some major changes.
Great that Ms Langlais is bringing it out as a series as I always wanted to know what happens re the prophesy regarding Ella.
Loved Zane and Ella and how they clicked together.
Cannot wait to see where this is going to go and to read Felicia’s story next year.
Delightful read!
I loved this book! I laughed.. especially when someone questioned his sanity. Thank Tony for this book. Can’t wait for the sequel
