From New York Times bestseller Lexi Ryan comes a sexy friends-to-lovers romance. A family wedding with a fake boyfriend, meddling parents, and an obsessive ex . . . What could go wrong? The only thing worse than being single at my sister’s wedding is finding out that my ex will be there too. Not just any ex—the guy everyone expected me to marry, the man I came to Jackson Harbor to escape. Now I … I came to Jackson Harbor to escape.
Now I need a date, and fast. Enter Carter Jackson—the firefighter who’s dealing with an unwanted five minutes of fame ever since a shirtless photo of him saving a puppy went viral. He’s warding off propositions left and right, and he needs a fake relationship as much as I do.
Sweet and sexy, Carter is completely off-limits. See, I have a rule. A no-heartache rule. Not only is Carter my friend and a known heartbreaker, but his job as a firefighter puts him in danger daily, and that’s something I just can’t handle.
The commitment between us might be pretend, but the passion all too real. As crazy as it makes me, I have to keep Carter at an arm’s length. Even that might not be enough to spare my heart.

This is my favorite Jackson Harbor book as of yet. Im in love with Carter, yes I ve said that about everyone of the Jackson brothers but this time I really mean it. Ha!
What started out as pretend and helping a friend out turned into to so much more. The chemistry these two have is explosive and I couldn’t get enough of their story. Both broken, together they heal. Absolutely loved it!

Crazy for Your Love by Lexi Ryan is book 5 in The Boys of Jackson Harbor Series. This is the story of Carter and Teagan. I haven’t yet read the previous books, so for me this was a standalone book.
Teagan has to go to her sister’s wedding which she finds out a ex boyfriend will be attending too. So she asked her friend Carter to go with her as her date. Carter is dealing with some hard stuff too. But with this wedding weekend they end up facing the attraction that they have been dancing around. But can this lead to more or a loss of friendship?
Enjoyed their story.
This book is emotional, and sweet and all the things a good romance book should be. I really enjoyed it!
I absolutely loved Crazy for Your Love by Lexi Ryan, the fifth book in The Boys of Jackson Harbor. I have read other books by Lexi Ryan and have always thoroughly enjoyed all of them. I absolutely loved this book. I loved the characters and the cold Michigan setting. I could not put it down and I loved every page. Each book in the series keeps getting better and better and I have truly loved each book. Lexi Ryan has once again provided her readers with amazing characters. I love all the characters in Crazy for Your Love, they feel like family! Who doesn’t love hot sexy men, strong, passionate females, and big loving families, who always support one another? Lexi Ryan continues to deliver all that and so much more. Once again Lexi Ryan has given her readers another amazing book. Crazy for Your Love is filled with all the heartbreaking and heartwarming moments and surprise plot twists, that I have come to love and expect in a Lexi Ryan love story, I especially loved the poignant and bittersweet moments that filled this page turner. She has once again proven that she is an incredible storyteller. I really enjoy how the story is told in the first perspective from the main characters. I love getting into the minds of the characters to know what they are really thinking and feeling. Crazy for Your Love is the story of Teagan Chopra, nurse and BFF of Nicole and Ava and Carter Jackson, firefighter. Carter is experiencing his fifteen minutes of fame because of a recent rescue, and a date with him is being auctioned off. During the auction, he announces that he is dating Teagan to take some of the heat off of him. Teagan agrees, but later convinces Carter to pose as her date for her sister, Saanvi’s wedding. Teagan’s parents invite Rich Nasser, Teagan’s ex-boyfriend. Teagan wants Carter there to be a buffer between her and Carter. Saanvi convinces her parents to let Teagan and Carter share a room. As Teagan and Carter spend more time together during the wedding festivities, they begin sharing their fears, dreams and secrets with one another, and they grow closer. Carter has guilt over the death of his fellow firefighter. Carter has never considered himself a one-woman man and Teagan is aware of his reputation. Teagan is guarding her heart of Rich and the death of her last boyfriend. A surprise plot twist that happens during the wedding reception that could change things for Teagan and Carter. I really loved Crazy for Your Love. I loved Teagan and Carter’s love story and all the plot twists. Crazy for Your Love was so perfectly written love story. I love how all the women in the book are best friends and support one another. I love how Teagan and Carter work out all their issues and get their happily ever after. My favorite part are the epilogues and how that wrap up all the details of the happily ever after, I especially loved the epilogue in Crazy for Your Love and Carter’s proposal. I loved the book; I am so excited for the remaining books in the series. Crazy for Your Love is a beautifully written friends to lovers love story and I loved every moment. Highly recommend this beautifully written story.
Really good! One of my favorites of this series. I liked the chemistry between the characters. They are a great couple! The plot was good, the description of the family drama was great. I really recommend this book
I thoroughly enjoyed this friends-to-lovers romance but was a bit hesitant at first because I feared it would be too similar to the other Jackson story with the same romance trope. My worries were in vain though because although the characters also secretly had feelings for each other, it was still a different story. Especially considering all the drama going on with him faking to be her boyfriend and the craziness about her ex and her family.
It took a while for the story to pick up but I liked how Carter helped Teagan out and how both characters were so cautious because of their pasts, his current struggles with life and her fear of getting hurt again. It gave the story a heartrending feel and there even was a moment later on in the book when I couldn’t hold in the tears due to Carter’s friend’s story which broke my heart.
I love the author’s writing and she always delivers great reads. I just wasn’t very fond of how Carter slept around though, even with his understandable reasons to get off track, but he was still a sweet hero and I liked how he cared about Isaiah.
For whatever reasons I couldn’t really connect with the characters although I liked them. But I still very much loved the Jackson family and the small town vibe from this series.
Now I can’t wait for the sister to finally get her book because I am crazy excited for Shay’s story!!!!
Crazy for Your Love by Lexi Ryan is an absorbing and powerful novel. Main characters Teagan and Carter share an amazing chemistry, and Ms. Ryan does an excellent job of creating sexual tension, longing, and steam. Considering the roller coaster ride that Teagan escaped from, her ability to love is truly remarkable. After surviving a tragic event, Carter needs someone to love and Teagan fits the bill.
This a small town romance with many twists and turns. Teagan and Carter are perfect for each other and their respective back stories are both heartbreaking and compelling. If you like the friends to lovers and fake boyfriend tropes, then you will enjoy this book. A wedding, a manipulative ex-boyfriend, and some wild women contribute to this engaging read. This is the fifth book from The Boys of Jackson Harbor series and it can be read as a standalone.

Once again I’m blown away with Jackson family.I love them, every single one of them.
This story felt a bit different to me,in writing, than the rest of the books.
Carter and Teagan started their relationship in unusual way. Teagan’s sister is getting married, which is great but there is one problem.Teagan’s obsessive ex-boyfriend is invited to the wedding and nobody but Teagan know who he really is.So,to avoid him,Teagan asks Carter to be her fake boyfriend until the wedding is over.Carter’s been harboring feelings for Teagan for quite some time,so he accepts. And all would be great because these two work great together and you can see that they both love each-other,but right know they are not at the best time of their life.Carter is feeling guilty for some things and Teagan is hiding some secrets. So yeah, they had to overcome some bumps in the road. But it was worth the wait.
I wish this book was longer and I can’t wait for the next book.
Crazy for Your Love by Lexi Ryan is the fifth book in her The Boys of Jackson series, a series of standalones, and is a fake relationship/friends to lover romance. Teagan and Carter are friends, so when Teagan needs a date to her sister’s wedding, which will also be attended by her ex, she decides to ask Carter. Carter has been garnering attention he does want, so when Teagan needs a date, a fake relationship/date seems like a win-win.
Teagan and Carter were both going through their own issues, while trying to maintain this fake relationship when real sparks started to fly between them. They had their share of ups and downs and a whole lot of sexual tension. I loved their crazy journey from start to finish!

Happy reading!

Oh how I have missed Jackson Harbour, it was like visiting old friends. Once I started this I was unable to put it down. Sleep is for the weak.
I was hooked with Teagan and Carter. They both have feelings for each other but don’t want to risk their friendship. Teagan needs a date to her sisters wedding as her ex is going to be there so she convinces Carter to go with her on a ‘fake date’. How long is it going to be before the lines get blurred.
Lexi Ryan did a brilliant job writing this flawless story that is filled with witty banter, hot chemistry and some sweet, swoon-worthy love. Teagan and Carter are both beautifully damaged but together they seem to blossom and heal.
I am looking forward to Shay’s story.
Super steamy small town friends-to-lovers that had me yelling at my kindle, anticipating some angst, but not all the hyjinks that these two got up to, and certainly not expecting what actually happened. Kept me on the edge of my seat as these two held tight to their secrets, their fears, and their pasts with iron fists and cheering each to let go and give in to their obvious attraction. As they both fell deeper, I sighed, I swooned, and at some points wanted to throw my kindle, because it was just such a fun, engaging, at times frustrating, and all around magnificent read!! I thank the Author for providing a copy to review!!

I have enjoyed The Boys of Jackson Harbor since the author has been publishing them, but I think Crazy for Your Love is my favorite of them all! These books can be read as a standalone without a problem, but believe me when I say you don’t want to miss anything involving this fun family!
Friends to lovers has been done time and time again by many authors, but Crazy for Your Love did this in an unique way! It wasn’t the typical ‘we feel attracted to each other, but don’t want to admit it’, but Teagan and Carter both had their own demons to face. Without even realizing it, they were just what the other one needed. Whether it was pretending to be Carter’s girlfriend at bachelor auction or being together at Teagan’s sister’s wedding, there was something there.
I loved watching their relationship develop. It was clear from the start that there was an attraction there, but they both didn’t want to admit it. They had a lot of fun teasing, some serious conversations and it was very clear that they really cared for each other. Both had some stuff to deal with before really giving in to what they were feeling.
Even though both Teagan and Carter had some past issues, I didn’t think the drama was too much. For both sides it was clear why they were having trouble with certain aspects of their lives. Being a firefighter and losing a friend made being seen as a hero for rescuing a puppy a bit too much. Teagan had some relationships that weren’t right for her, but she didn’t want to bring up what happened. I think they brought out the strength in the other that they needed to fight just a little bit harder.
Crazy for Your Love is another amazing installment in this series and you really love the characters before the end of this book. I was actually sad to see it end! If you’re looking for amazing romances and an amazing family, definitely pick up this series!
“I will never be that perfect girl you were looking for. But I’m hoping that, just maybe, your life is better wit me in it.”
Teagan needs a “fake boyfriend” for her sister’s wedding. And after being Carter’s false girlfriend to save him from a mess at an auction, nothing easier and fairer than to ask her friend to return the favor. But the actual chemistry they feel for each other can complicate things a little.
Two events marked Carter’s life recently: the rescue of a Golden Retriever puppy, which earned him an uncomfortable fame, and the warehouse fire that transformed his life and tormented his nights.
She fled from a past that frightened and shamed her. He hides from his brothers the resentment he feels for being called a hero. And both are consumed by guilt. In this book, we’ll look at other aspects and layers of Teagan and Carter.
Two lives marked by secrets and guilt. Despite appearing to be light at first, the story of Carter and Teagan is engaging and exciting. As in all Jackson Harbor novels.
More than just romance, the narrative brings up issues such as self-confidence and forgiveness. It shows the importance of above all, forgiving ourselves. That book that makes you reflect, sigh and that in some moments is able to leave you out of breath. It warms the heart and makes me want to give hugs when the reading ends.

Carter and Teagan were just… PHENOMENAL
I have waited for their story SO HARD, and Lexi Ryan knocked it out of the park!!!! Carter is undoubtably the BEST book boyfriend!!!!! He tugged on my heartstrings, and I loved every second of it!!!!!
In Crazy for Your Love we finally get Teagan and Carters story. Carter is the youngest Jackson brother and is a firefighter. Teagan is Shays best friend and friends with all the Jacksons and their significant others. Carter went through something very traumatic and carries a lot of guilt that he keeps to himself. Teagan has a crazy ex that is going to be at her little sisters wedding, so she asks her friend Carter to be her fake boyfriend. Their fake relationship ship quickly turns into something more, but Teagan is a little worried about getting hurt. This book is full of drama and sexiness. I really enjoyed getting back to Jackson Harbor. It’s like catching up with old friends. I’m looking forward to the next book in the series.
This was okay for me. The writing flowed well, but I wasn’t a huge fan of the story. It’s hard for me to say that, because I’m a sucker for a fake relationship story. Carter was a decent guy, but he was trying to sleep his way out of depression, and that’s just not working. Teagan was okay, but she let just about everyone else walk all over her. It seemed like every chapter there was another woman pop up that Carter slept with. Was it really necessary to have that many women to make appearances? We get it. Carter had A LOT of sex. Teagan should have just straight up told her parents what the deal with the ex was. Instead she lets it go way too far. The whole mess with Teagan and her cousin is crazy, and it was made into more than what it was. I haven’t read any of the other stories in this series, but that didn’t keep me from understanding this one. While this wasn’t my favorite, I would definitely read this author again.
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book.
I love going back to Jackson Harbor because these Jackson boys are real heartbreakers and Carter wasn’t the exception. But Teagan knew what he was all about because they are friends that have always been attracted to each other. Then Teagan has to bail Carter out and pretend to be his girlfriend and vice versa and the fun begins. Carter’s fans weren’t happy that he was “off the market” and Teagan wasn’t the sensitive type to get mad. She also had her secrets just like him but then fake feelings started getting real and so many things came to light. When this happened Teagan handled it like a champ; she was not your typical heroine that gets hurt for everything and that’s what Carter loved about her. These two were made for each other because they both suffered losses and together they were able to overcome those losses. Teagan accepted her loss but Carter was still hurting and she helped him. They were frustrating at times but still a very good story.
I knew from the previous books in this series that I was going to love Carters story, and when I read the blurb I knew it was a sure thing. I still wasn’t expecting to be quite so engrossed in this book as I was though. I think when you’re brushing your teeth with one hand and holding your kindle in the other because you can’t bear to put it down for the three minutes it takes to brush your teeth, you know you’ve got yourself a great book.
Carter is absolute perfection. Ive never wanted to marry a fictional character more. Teagan is perfect for Carter. Their banter and chemistry is exactly how I wanted it to be. Another fantastic book from the Jackson family.
Amazing! I loved this and couldn’t put it down. I laughed at the humour between Teagan and Carter, and as they dug themselves deeper into the fake relationship the feelings of being unworthy came out. Wonderful story with laughs and angst.
