A good story with nice setting in Alaska. Too mich explicite srx
Not necessary for story about family.

Sawyer is looking at the end of his career in the Navy SEALs and wants to go out on his own terms and not a medical discharge. Now he must convince Violet that he’s here to stay, but can he break through the barriers she so easily puts up?
This book was awesome, sexy, steamy and sweet all wrapped in a great story! Check it out today!
A nice storyline with likeable characters. Well written but very heavy with sex. Foul language is minimal.
Very good!! Violet moved to Alaska from New York to start a new life. Her fiancee broke their engagement cause she couldn’t have kids, due to childhood Leukemia. She swore off relationships. Sawyer was from Diamond Creek and came to spend time with his family while recuperating from a surgery he had to have on a injury he recieved a couple of months ago as a Navy SEAL. Violet was the one that had to draw his blood before surgery. Sawyer didn’t think he would have time for a relationship but wasn’t sure what was going to happen with his injury. He may have to take a desk job and didn’t if he could handle that. Sawyer and Violet meet and sparks fly!!! Great standalone with a HEA!!!
Crouch always delivers great stories!
Liked the whole series
Love anything from J.H. Croix. This really is a joy to read
Loved It
Sawyer was the last of the siblings to finally find his was up to Alaska. He and an IED got a little to close to each other and he has to have surgery. But when he gets to Alaska he has a slight limp and a couple of pieces of shrapnel that need to come out. Violet moved from NY city after her ex fiancee broke up with her because she couldn’t have children. Sawyer & Violet meet when he gets his blood drawn and something clicks.
Love the series, Alaska is an inspirational setting.
I love the family in this series . They seem real as they struggle with life’s very real issues.
I enjoyed the book but thought it was a bit too long and the story didn’t develop as fast as I like. The connection happened fast at the beginning but then bogged down in the middle and didn’t grab the attention it deserved. Love the author, but this wasn’t the strongest book. Thanks.
I really enjoy this series.
Too graphic sexy scenes.
Good read
great series set in Alaska
I always enjoy J.H. Croix’s novels. Love how she carries through other books so when you read a series, it makes the setting feel familiar and like you’re a part of the story or location.
Fantastic. I love all her books.
