Is there anything hotter than a growly, overprotective Marine cradling a baby? My melted ovaries don’t think so.When you work hard and have the bank account to prove it, you’re entitled to play hard. I’ve seen some crazy things. I’ve caused some crazy scenes. And there’s no shame in my game. But I’m still knocked off my stilettos when an insane chain of events leads to me inheriting a baby. The … inheriting a baby. The craziest part? The baby comes with a by-the-books, no-nonsense retired Marine who’s so regimented that I wouldn’t be surprised if he irons his boxer shorts.
Parenting? Bring it on. I don’t need sleep—I once started my day with business meetings in Cairo and ended it three days later at a club in Melbourne. Changing diapers? Please. It can’t be any more challenging than changing out of Spanx on the back of a moving motorcycle. Training the little guy to run the family’s real estate empire? He’ll be all our bosses by the time he’s four.
But living with my new co-guardian? The gruff, muscled, tattooed former military man who manages to check all my boxes while trying to sneak under my skin?
He needs to go.
Because the longer he stays, the more layers he’s peeling off my heart.
But love isn’t something that’s ever diluted my gene pool, and I like my life just fine without it. I have awesome friends, this adorable baby and an obscene amount of money. Who needs love?
Turns out…maybe me.
Crazy for Loving You is a larger-than life ride through accidental parenthood featuring a fun-loving billionaire playgirl, a crusty Marine with a gooey center, a horny dolphin, the world’s most obscene pool, and all the fun you’d expect from a world built by Lucy Score, Claire Kingsley, Kathryn Nolan, and Pippa Grant.
The Bluewater Billionaires are four shared-world hot romantic comedies written by Lucy Score, Claire Kingsley, Kathryn Nolan, and Pippa Grant. They can all be read as stand-alone novels.

Humor, tenderness and mystery
4.5
It’s a good story with a hint of humor, a little bit of mystery, tender and touching on the conquest of parenthood for two adults who aren’t prepared for that or who aren’tprepared to loved by each other. They find themselves together without knowing each other, with a baby who is not theirs, whom they must raise. It’s an excellent romance with Pippa Grant again, with very good contemporary characters: a woman, Daisy, who built and managed her career with the image of a party girl, while she is very competent and generous in a wealthy family, inherits the baby from her detestable cousin and husband who have just died in a stupid accident. She’s the co-guardian with a former Marine, West, who has trouble dealing with women because he reads them badly and he seems to be attracted to single mothers.
The only point neither of them understand is why they are guardians: West knew the parents only because he had worked as a constructor in their nursery, but the mother had rated him very badly, and Daisy had the same notation from her cousin that she couldn’t stand. But West doesn’t seem to be able to leave the baby abandoned in this family, especially when the other guardian thinks she is completely unfit for parenting.
The first mission for Daisy and West is to protect this baby from the grandparents, keeping the guard of the baby, and this objective is the link that brings them together, keep them united and allows them to discover themselves, without knowing that the other was maybe the one they were looking for without knowing it.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book
OMG Pippa Grant had me laughing out loud! Wendy for Janise’s Jivin’ Book Blog
Daisy and West have so much chemistry and both adore baby Remy. Love Daisy’s journey to find her true self. I absolutely loved all the characters and so want to move to Bluewater and meet the Vagillionaires and Steve the 3 legged alligator!
So much rollicking fun. I loved this book. We have the billionaire Daisy, who has a world class heart of gold, with little self esteem and the retired Marine who is stumbling through life to find his niche, along comes a newborn to make life more interesting for two new guardians. There are laugh out loud antics, underhanded conspiracies and romance. Don’t miss this one. My favorite Pippa Grant book so far. Top of your TBR list.
This story is the most perfect blend of eccentric and beautiful, humorous and heartwarming, sexy and sarcastic that I have ever had the pleasure of reading. Pure entertainment with that special something that Pippa Grant brings to every book, which makes you feel happy inside by the time you are finished reading it!
What’s a wild-child billionaire to do when an infant and his co-guardian are dropped into her lap? Panic, swoon, then fall in love. Daisy hides behind her play-girl persona, and most people don’t bother to get to know the real person underneath all the glitz and glimmer. When she inherits her cousin’s new baby and the big burly Marine, her world is turned upside down.
West is trying to sort out his civilian life after retiring from the Marines. While doing remodeling for some wealthy Miami clients, West gets named as a guardian of Rhett and tossed into crazy Daisy’s universe. Both of them are thrown head first into parenthood and realize quickly that they will do whatever it takes to protect baby Rhett. The hardest lessons though seem to be learning to trust each other and face their insecurities head on. With a growing attraction they face hilarious trials and tribulations as they navigate co-parenting, uncovering a mystery, and falling in love.
What a delightful end to the Bluewater Billionaire series! All four of the books flip the usual trope of the Billionaire boss by casting the female protagonists as the Billionaires. In this book Daisy Imogen Carter-Kincade (great initials) is the Billionaire running her family’s real estate business. She is the ultimate party girl, but underneath she is all heart. When her dreadful cousins die, the leave their newborn son, Remy, with her and Westen Jaeger. Westen has just retired from the Marines and wants to settle down. He is a great guy, but he has the worst luck in the romance department. He never expected that the woman who rated him a one star for his remodel of her nursery would name him as her child’s guardian. When the evil grandparents try to contest the will, they have to work together to keep Rémy safe. This book has all of Pippa Grant’s zaniness and incorporates characters from her other book series. If you like steamy, laugh out loud RomComs, this book is for you. I received an. ARC of this book from the author for my honest review.
Quirky, zany, and full of fun while combined with a ton of heart. This is the Pippa Grant magic at work in her newest book, Crazy For Loving You.
Pippa is the queen of mixing comedy with smexy time. You are going to both fall in love with Daisy and West while laughing at the crazy world that surrounds them.
Daisy is known as a party girl, while also running her grandmother’s real estate empire. Her motto is basically work hard so she can play harder. That all comes to a crashing end when she inherits her cousin’s baby, Remington.
The adorable two month old comes attached with a grouchy, retired marine, who also isn’t aware, or really understands why he was given co-parenting rights to the little guy, except he seems to have the only parental instincts with the baby. Meet Westly Jaeger.
These two are thrown together into raising the sweet, adorable orphan, Remy, and agree to do so without entanglement, because who needs that? That’s like getting a full nights sleep when you have a newborn right?? Never going to happen. Only sometimes never say never.
Sometimes while I’m reading a book certain songs will pop into my head. Two songs that kept coming back to me were: “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” by Queen and Crazy by Patsy Kline. Seriously when you read this book look up the lyrics (especially Crazy Little Thing Called Love) and when you’re finished you’ll see what I’m talking about. In my mind I can imagine Wes and Daisy singing them both to themselves. Both songs fit many occasions in this story.
This story starts out a little crazy. Daisy is a freewheeling, party girl, who’s heart is bigger than the ocean. Just like the ocean she can’t be contained. She’s like the wind (another good song that could fit). Daisy is all over the place. People think she’s funny, high spirited, bizarre. That’s all people see. The thing about this is when you see people like this they’re usually hiding something, trying hard to make people like them. Think about comedians. Not all, but many, have said they just wanted to be noticed and make people laugh not at them but with them.
Now we have Wes, a straight laced, gruff, muscled up, marine. He’s had his share of misfortunes and is looking to live his life in pretty normal manner. He knows what he wants (or so he thinks) and he knows what he doesn’t want
.
Through a bizarre situation these two are thrown together. Cue the music cause the craziness starts to ensue. During the course of this story things become a lot clearer. I didn’t say easier, just clearer. Sometimes when we see people, anyone, we are only seeing what they want us to see. Letting us in on the parts they only want us to know. Things aren’t always as they appear.
If you’ve read any of the other Bluewater Billionaire stories you won’t be disappointed because all of our favorite characters have reoccurring parts. Don’t worry it is a standalone but seriously why wouldn’t you read the others. Quadruple your enjoyment.
As crazy as this story is there’s a lot of depth to it. That you’ll discover along the way. As Freddie Mercury says, “This thing called love, I just can’t handle it. This thing called love, I must get around to it. I ain’t ready. Crazy little thing called love”. Here’s the thing, when is anybody ever ready? To the author I say, I’m crazy for trying….and I’m crazy for loving your books but in the best way! This is the way to end a series.
