This anthology was bound to be a grand slam from the very beginning. The list of authors was fantastic and I was eager to read each individual’s installment of romance.
Toxic had such an intriguing feel to it right from the start. I loved the tug-of-war that was taking place within her through the whole story. And just when I thought she had found peace, the tug-of-war began again. It was a brilliant little story and very entertaining.
Love to Hate You had a lot of fire and drama, which made it fun to read. I loved the constant push and pull of Callum and Mia. They were both full of spunk and passion, which made for a bit of a bumpy ride. I enjoyed this story and would even like to read more of these characters again.
The Trouble with Love is… was actually rather heartbreaking in a way. Liv felt she had so many shortcomings, but John was able to see past those to all of the wonderful things about her and found a way to share those thoughts with her. It was a look at a side of love that many don’t get to see; those broken bits and the support that will try to slowly piece them together again.
Tattooed Fate was very well-written and had me hooked from the start. The banter in the beginning of the story had me smiling and snickering throughout. This was my first time reading Taylor Henderson and I found her to be a very talented writer. I look forward to reading her again.
Crazy About Her reminisced about a young love and changed plans. It was a delightful story to read and very refreshing in its truths, yet heartbreaking in its tragedy. Delude is a wonderful author and I really enjoyed her addition to this anthology.
Addictions had my attention right from the beginning as I was curious about how things were going to play out for Ethan and Irina. As the story went on, I had more and more questions building. The mystery was intriguing and had me hooked and needing to know more. It was a long time coming with the story, but when things finally became clear, I loved it! It appealed to the history-lover in me and I found it to be quite the perfect and unique story to be added to an anthology about love.
Each story had their own unique flavor and view of love which made them come together beautifully in this anthology. There is a story in here that will appeal to everyone in one way or another. I thought it was fantastic.
All I can say is bring the Kleenex box when you read this book. Crazy About Love Anthology is one of the best books I’ve read in regards to love in a long time.
Taylor Henderson’s, Tattooed Fate is one of a kind, who would know a tattoo would cause so much trouble. Erin Lee’s, Toxic was a mix of love hurts and you have a choice. Erin Lee brought in the mental illness that is one of the best hidden and hardest to treat. Sara Schoen’s, Love to Hate you has a flare for love but don’t let your guard down. Then there’s Alana Greig story, The Trouble with Love is about a women who’s life of pain physically and mentally did not run her husband away. He only loved her more and cared for her with the love they had from the first day and forever. Lainy Bradshaw’s, Addictions is just what it said addictions of love but for what? Last but not least is Rita Delude’s, Crazy About Her takes you into young love and the changes in life. The story of Ben and Jessica is one that is to real in any day of the week.
All in all this book should be on your shelf to read when you think you have it bad. “Love hurts more than hate.” -Michael Todd
