Perfect ending for a wonderful trilogy.
Once again I totally loved a Myth of the Omega book. This the the final book of Drocco and Cailing story. We finally find out what’s going on in the Omega compound and what Drocco is willing to do to get Cailyn back.
I think Cailyn is more stubborn than Drocco and looked like she wasn’t so committed with him like I wished but finally she makes her mind about him and what’s more important for them both.
I enjoyed a lot this third book and how Drocco and Cailyn develop real and deep feelings about each other, accept their instincs like part of themselves (mostly Cailyn) and find balance between their bond, their duties to the realm and their family and friends. It’s isn’t easy at all but with good disposition and honesty they finally get their very deserved happy ending.
An outstanding conclusion to this epic and wonderful story
I only have one regret, and that is how quickly I powered through this third book. I’m sort of wishing I’d forced myself to take me time, savour every word and stretch out the experience as long as possible. But I just needed to find out what happened next far too much to do that. Zoey Ellis has created a wonderful cast of characters and an amazing world for them to live in. The Myth of Omega series is a must read for anyone who enjoys omegaverse stories.
The lies, secrets and manipulations of the Mothers was astounding. What had started off with the best of intentions, a way to protect some of the most very vulnerable of females, had been warped by the bitter memories of an old woman. The last two books have very much been about Drocco’s growth, this time it was Cailyn’s turn, and boy did she have some making up to do to.
Great writing held me spellbound, had me on the edge of my seat with my emotions ricocheting all over the place! Oh my word do Cailyn and Drocco have to fight for their HEA, though thankfully it wasn’t against each other this time. I could feel every emotion, every hope and desire, every triumph and tragedy that beset the pair.
This books in this series have just gotten better and better. Looks like I’m going to be finding out more about King Malloron – even if he does seem like a complete arse.
Omegaverse is just my kind of kink and this author is a master at telling it. Third and final book for Cailyn and Drocco and let’s just say the fight never leaves these two. Omega’s have a dynamic to obey their Alpha’s but Cailyn has been raised differently. In the last book, she has suffered much, and just wants to end everything but here.. Everything changes and life gives new meaning.
What did I like? This book has more story than hot scenes. The author really delves into the Mother’s that run the Omega compound and how this all began. Drocco doesn’t change, if anything in this book he is more driven. Cailyn has many purposes in this book but her biggest concern is for the Omega’s. This is a remarkable book, and just sets the stage for the next series.
Would I recommend or buy? Yes, I have an ebook and a paperback. This is my favorite Omegaverse series, and I’ve reread it over and over. I like the story dynamics, and the alpha that is over the top aggressive. If nonconsent is a trigger then move on. I see a ton of one star reviews, and it’s really not fair to the author.
Thoughts for the author? This author is amazing. I’m hoping she writes more of this series. I love the covers of this series and pretty much all the novellas too. Five stars of entertainment!
It’s sad to see Cailyn and Drocco’s story come to an end. I could not put this book down and read it in a few hours.
I had thought in the previous books that their trials could not get anymore painful. Crave to Claim definitely tested their relationship to the max. There was so much betrayal that I did not see where it could be mended at some points.
There was a lot of answers to be had in this book and many, many things brought to the surface. Not all is as it seems here.
I absolutely loved, loved, loved the epilogue and was so happy to see Cailyn and Drocco get their HEA they most definitely deserved!
In this book I got my many questions about the Mothers answered.I was surprised by the revelations. Drocco was pure alpha in this one which I loved. Nothing and no one were going to come between him and his omega for very long. I was almost afraid that Cailyn’s curiosity would be the end of the fragile bond growing between her and Drocco. Sometimes Cailyn seemed a little too headstrong which caused Drocco to react more fiercely but I did enjoy those scenes so not complaining at all. I love a strong male character which Drocco is while I also enjoy bonded mating story lines. Cailyn finally embraced her Omega dynamic which brought about a satisfying conclusion for me.
