A craving greater than he can bear… special ability Sarah realizes it’s time to learn more about his father, and the adventure begins. From the skyscrapers of Glacier City to the sleepy suburb of Tarker’s Hollow and the wilds of the Blue Ridge mountains Sarah will go to any lengths to offer Orson the future he deserves.
Max Reynolds has it all: close family, good friends, and a burgeoning logging business. But the burly bear shifter still feels lonely. No matter how many local women express their interest he just can’t stop craving the curvy software developer who spent a night of ecstasy in his arms last year.
When Sarah turns up out of nowhere it’s Max’s chance to show her she needs him too. If he can keep the bear from frightening her off with his need to claim her. And if they survive their inadvertent camping trip into the stormy woods…
Crave This! is a steamy standalone paranormal romance in the 300 Moons Series.

I love the storyline. I enjoy shifters. The story is very well written and the pace is superb. It makes for a fast easy read.
Sarah Bennett was looking for a long term investment and decided on timber. She found a lumber jack named Max Reynolds. They went for a walk through the property, went to dinner, and found each other together in their arms that night. Sarah had the next day blues and never went back and only spoke with him to buy the trees. It turned very professional.
Until. Orson. The most lovable little baby a mama and auntie could love. Sarah couldn’t decide whether to tell max or not, then Orson began to change. Her sister knew of a farm that helped children who changed very young in life. What will happen? Will Orson get his 300 Moon song? Will Sarah tell Max? Will romance win out? As I say the future is in your hands. To find out the answers all you need to do is read. You might also want some tissue, your favorite beverage, and some chocolates. Just a suggestion.
I was given this book to review with my very own personal opinion
Sarah and Max’s story is amazing. Orson won my heart right away. I’m so glad they finally said the right words to each other. This is a fun, quick read.
As many of this series, it is an easy and enjoyable reading; you know it will work out at the end, but the journey is fun. It has a twist to the shifter community that others haven’t thought of. A fun one to read with a cup of cocoa and a comfy throw in an armchair.
Excellent book have bought others in the series. Definitely a should read
A heart-warming story that involves bear shifter Max and his human mate Sarah. The book is rather short, at 109 pages, so the depth of characters is not quite what I enjoy. However, the plot is very good. Overall, the story was quite good, and I recommend it to anyone who enjoys shifter stories.
A single mother and her infant son. A son with a surprise. A shifter approaching his 300 Moons. Shifters. Romance, both past and present. Each book is a standalone but is more fun when read in order as beloved characters keep popping into the stories. Family, both by blood and by choice. I love this series. Bravo!
I received a free copy of this book via BookFunnel and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Every time I enter Tarker’s Hollow, I don’t want to leave. You can’t help but to fall in love with these characters. I can’t wait to read what happens next.
While I enjoyed the idea of 300 moons and that the main characters figure things out, I was left with questions. I guess that is why I need to read the next book. LOL
It was a little different but I liked it.
Yes!!! Still loving this series. There’s nothing like a good uplifting romance story to make the day brighter. Max is a man of action and has no shame in his feelings for his mate; Sarah needs some convincing, whew…she got on my nerves a time or two, lol. Crave This? Yes! Very fitting title, Max is most definitely crave worthy. Their happiness shines brightly and warms the heart. Love the family love and support that is shown in every single one of these stories, that kind of love is also hard to find.
Max and Sarah have a one night stand a year ago and Sarah left without saying goodbye. Sarah discovered a few months after leaving that she was pregnant. Sarah believes she is dreaming or just sleep deprived when she sees her 3 month old baby boy turn into a bear cub. Sarah receives a call from her nanny in a panic telling her to come home. Sarah arrives home to find a bear cub instead of her son. Sarah loves her son Orson and will do anything to keep him safe. It’s time to go see Max and find out what others surprises are in store for Sarah with Orson. When Sarah goes to the logging office to see Max she is not happy with the welcome she receives and decides not to tell Max about Orson. Max shifts to his bear in front of Sarah when some wolves surround them while they are hiking her property. Max and Sarah spend some time together in a cave after a storm and things get steamy between them. Will Sarah tell Max about Orson or she should just leave without saying anything. Love this book. The characters are great and the story is amazing. I plan to read this book again, it has become one of my favorites. This is a must read.
This is book eight in this series and Sarah and Max’s story. Sarah has a one night stand with Max resulting in her having an adorable baby boy, Orson. When Orson shows off his special abilities, Sarah decides she needs to find his father and tell him. I really enjoyed Sarah and Max’s story and highly recommend it.
You don’t know it all
This is the first book I’ve read in this series and it was well worth the read! I really enjoyed the characters, although there were a few times that Sarah would have done with a little bit of patience. But it’s just her character, and really she wouldn’t have been as endearing if she wasn’t the way she was. And Max was fantastic! Even when he was hit with a surprise, he was all in and willing to wait as long as it took. The author did such a wonderful job with this story and I can’t wait to read more.
It was short and sweet. HEA story with shifters.
Too short! Wanted more to the story!
This was the first book I read in the series, and it’s kind of a standalone but really would probably be better if it was read in order in the series. This book hinted at some trouble that other shifters had on their 300th moon, but this wasn’t one of them. The plot was very thin and I was left wanting more and trying to figure out what I missed. I hate to knock a book without reading more in the series, but this one didn’t really seem to fit into a series because it didn’t have any drama to it.
The storyline was interesting but needed to be more informative.
Was okay….
Formula story.
