A swoon-worthy romance from USA Today Bestselling Author J.H. Croix!Opposites attract in a big way when an ex-military pilots rescues a sassy Southern chef in small town Alaska.Daphne is everything I don’t need, and she makes me crazy in all the wrong ways. This princess does not belong in the wilderness. Or, so I think. But then, thought is hard to come by around Daphne.Between flying tourists … come by around Daphne.
Between flying tourists all over Alaska’s skies, hotshot firefighting on the side, and raising my sixteen-year old sister, I don’t have time for anything, much less for a woman.
But time’s been laughing at me ever since Daphne showed up. I can’t get her out of my mind, and my control has fled the building. Oh, and I’m her boss.
One night, just one night, I let things go too far. Now, all bets are off.
Daphne & Flynn’s story is perfect for readers who love small town romance, military heroes, sassy heroines, opposites attract, workplace/boss romance, slow burn, emotional romance with a dash of angst, plenty of steam and swoon, and a grumpy hero with a protective streak as big as Alaska.
*A full-length, standalone romance.

Daphne wants to escape her life after a major tragedy and finds herself in Alaska. She hopes the change of scenery will help her regroup till she decides what to do next. She meets Flynn who runs the inn she is staying at. Their attraction for one another is instant but it is a connection neither one of them want and do everything they can to ignore. Flynn was trying to do what he thought was the right thing. He was impatient and cranky but had a heart of gold. You just wanted these two to find their HEA.
What fun it was to read this story. It had the suspense, excitement and romance you want in a book. I loved the epilogue. This is the first book in the new series and I am looking forward to the next venture. I am a big fan of J H Croix and have always enjoyed her books.

This is a heartwarming book about healing and learning to let go. Daphne has had her share of tragedy and she needs a break from her past and her family. She decides to take an Alaskan vacation but she had no idea going in what she would find and how a change of scenery would mend her broken heart.
Flynn is holding everything together by a thread. He is the oldest and in charge of his siblings and trying to not only keep a roof over their heads and keep them feed but to expand his business for the future. He is trying to be too many things for too many people and it is catching up with him. Then along comes the southern princess he rescues on the side of the road but little did he know she would be the one to rescue him.
This is such a well written love story that has twists and turns and struggles to get to the other side but the journey is part of what makes it so good. Life isn’t always easy and Daphne and Flynn learn that on their journey to their happily every after.
I loved this book and highly recommend it.
This book was just phenomenal! I absolutely loved Daphne and Flynn together. All the JH Croix books I’ve read are wonderful, but there was something special about the love that developed between these two characters. JH certainly managed to blend all sorts of emotions into their story to create another swoon-worthy book for her readers. As always, there’s a HEA and no cliffhanger, although she tends to include characters from her other Alaskan series and you feel the connection between stories. Only one of the many reasons why I’m such a huge fan of hers!

Daphne has had too much tragedy in the last year, losing her son to a rare form of brain cancer and finding her husband was seeing her best friend. On top of that, her parents want her to forgive her EX and come back to work for the family business with him. She escapes to Alaska for a month at Walker Adventures Resort.
Flynn Walker is owner of Walker Adventures, pilot, brother, ex military, and substitute parent to his sisters. He first meets Daphne when he rescues her stuck in the mud with a bear outside her car. Daphne tries to help him get her car unstuck and ends up covered in mud.
Daphne enjoys the adventures she partakes of and tries to not be drawn to Flynn. She is never going to marry again.
This is their story. It’s filled with twists and turns, interfering parents and siblings, a plane crash, and lots more. I hope you enjoy their adventure as much as I did. I highly recommend Crash Into You.

Interesting premise with heartbroken heroine going to Alaska. However, a setting which should be explored as seriously as any character was treated as an afterthought. Steamy sex descriptions seemed to be thrown in to cover a weak plot.
A great way to start off a new series. J..H. Croix is one of my favorite authors and this is why. This book has so many feels. Daphne and Flynn have both gone through so much in their lives and they deserved happiness and each other. I loved these two and the other characters that I know we’ll see more of. I’m excited for what’s to come.
I normally love all things J.H. Croix but this one, I am not sure. I love the characters, Flynn and Daphne along with Flynn’s s family Grant, Nora and Cat. It’s not that Flynn and Daphne aren’t perfect for each other because they are. I can’t explain it. The crazy chemistry that her main characters always seem to have is there, the side stories that keep things interesting are there, even friends from other books and series are there…but I feel like something is missing.
Do not read this book and give up on J.H. Croix, take the time to read some of her other books
