This is not a traditional romance, but a dark love story with a twist that will leave you wanting more. The greatest love stories begin with blood… woods. He has no name. Or none he will tell me.
As snow creeps across the harsh and isolated landscape, he is my only company. My protector, my caretaker. A fascinating enigma, with mysterious eyes, gentle hands, and a rough voice that demands more from me than I ever expected to give. I make up different stories, different names for him depending on his mood, because I know nothing about him except that he is my only connection to the real world I want to return to. So I work to please him, plotting my escape, yet all the while I start to crave him and every touch of his dominating body.
He has saved me from the cold. From death. But in taking me and my body, will he destroy me?

The plot line was captivating and the steam could’ve melted the Alaskan snow!
Loved the twisted hotness of it.
Amazing read. I read all three because I couldn’t stop myself from wanting to read more. Amazingly written.
Weird and boring, very unpleasant read. It was interesting in the beginning, but soon I mostly lost interest, and the end was the weirdest part of the book.
interesting character exploring
Was not sure it was what I had expected. Definitely different!
a terrible waste of time
Very different from what I have ever read. Shocking at times as well. I read the trilogy but don’t think I would read this genre again. Way to dark for me. I did like the way it ended.
Although they were killers I was sucked it to the story.
Very dark, also a cliff hanger and there are three books to this story.
I expected more. The ending had me thinking about it for days.
So disturbing, but I couldn’t put it down.
This is not a book a would be normal for me to read it is really twisted in the truth of how the world we live in today is but its not something I would want to read again.
Want a book that is unusual, a bit shocking and yet hot, hot, hot? You’ve got to check out this one. The perfect break from the too sweet stories on Hallmark channel. Gritty and dark. And like I said hot, hot, hot!
Never finished
Awesome writing. I purchased the other two sequels. Loved them all.
Loved this book but it’s not for the faint of heart!
It was weird, and not at all typical, and quite strange. I wish I had my hour and a half back that I spent reading it.
Amazing
Definitely not what I was expecting but it was hard to put down. I dont normally read books like this but I found myself wanting to know how she would make her escape and then that ending did me in and I was so thrown off. I found myself walking around days after I finished it thinking, “what the hell”, was not the ending I was ready for. Its an amazing read, very gripping and kept me on the edge of my seat.
