Molly Elliott’s quiet life in Tallahassee, Florida, is disrupted when routine errands land her in the wrong place at the wrong time: the middle of a bank robbery. Accused and cleared of the crime, she flees both media attention and mysterious, threatening notes, to move across the country to Cranberry Cove, where she has inherited her Aunt Maggie’s bed and breakfast on the Northern California … coast. Her new beginning is peaceful — that is, until five guests show up at the inn for a weekend, each with a hidden agenda.
Mix together one blushing honeymoon couple, one flamboyant boutique owner, a deadpan traveling salesman, and a charmingly handsome novelist, and there’s more than scones cooking at Cranberry Cottage Bed and Breakfast. As true motives become apparent, will Molly’s past come back to haunt her or will she finally be able to leave it behind?

I enjoyed this book. There were some discrepancies – the brother’s arm did not always seem to be unusable.
It was an interesting, thoroughly enjoyable book. I liked it very much.
Light enjoyable reading. Had an interesting twist at the climax.
Enjoyed the plot and the location. An easy read
It was a good read with great characters but a little short for a novel
It was ok and a good short read.
Predicable
A fun read………. and it’s amazing what one can do with Cranberries
A bit predictable but a good relaxing read
A bit repetitive, but an easy read.
Fun fast read!
If you are looking for a quick, easy read, try this one. Five guests arrive at a small B&B in a quaint town and no-one is who they claim to be.
Simple read. Entertaining. Up
Loved the twists and turns leading to the solving of the crime as well as the recipes at the end of the book. Wish that the word “cranberry” was used less, but other than that, really enjoyed the book. Worth the read!!
It was not as engaging as I had hoped.
Not my cup of tea. Main character to wimpy for me.
I enjoyed this book. I read it on a day when it was way too cold to spend the day outside in the fresh air and sunshine. Happily, this book was quite fine for such a day. The recipes at the end of the book are appealing and a nice treat (no pun intended) at the end, after reading about the food in the book. I will look for other tales by this …
This is a limited recommendation. The book is a fun read but all the recipes at the end of every chapter interrupt the flow of the story line and can be very irritating.
The recipes were interesting on their own but would have been better at the end of the book or in a separate book in my opinion. I finally just skipped them in order to continue …
Fine author but this novel doesn’t hit her high mark. Characters are mostly cardboard cutouts.
THIS BOOK KEPT ME INTERESTED FROM THE 1ST PAGE TO THE LAST…HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
