It takes a lot to impress a Dalton girl.Family feud or deep, dark secret? Jessamine Dalton is determined to uncover the reason why one branch of the family tree broke off and headed north to Colorado decades ago. Hitting the road to visit their distant relations seems perfect—she’ll get away from her interfering sisters, and making a proper family tree will double as a Christmas gift for the … gift for the entire Dalton clan, right? Trouble is, Jessamine’s expected back in time for the festivities… and well, Colorado winters are unpredictable.
Holidays always depress Jake Strahan. While everybody else on the Blackburn Ranch enjoys Christmas cheer, he’s in the barn with the horses who understand him best. So when his fellow ranch hand Gracie asks a huge favor of him—to travel to Colorado and bring her sister home in time for Christmas Eve—he figures why not? He’s got nothin’ better to do.
Now that Jessamine finds herself trapped in the very tight confines of Jake’s truck, she’s got too much time to study the quiet, rugged man. And Jake knows a spirited filly when he sees one and knows better than to try to break her. But maybe it’s the magical snow falling that has him thinking things that are far too sweet for a rough man like him. And maybe Jessamine isn’t really looking back at him with twinkle lights in her eyes.

Jess loves her family but feels stifled at times, with a chance to go to Colorado to spend time with the other branch of the family and hopefully uncover the secret that split the family all those years ago. Jake is a wanderer who does settle in 9ne place for long, but Jess has him rethinking his life and making new dreams. This was a fantastic story of a little Christmas magic and love. Characters are wonderful and story just pulls you in. I loved it.

A delightful entry in the huge Dalton family series. This time centering on one of the formidable women. Lots of family drama, a mystery and of course some romance all add up to an exciting book that will keep you turning the pages to see what comes next.

This is a delightful story set in Texas and Colorado.
The main characters, Jessamine and Jake, are well suited, and they are depicted beautifully.
The path to their HEA is particularly rocky as neither of them shows their true feelings.
Jake is sent to collect Jess from Colorado and bring her home in time for Christmas. This means long hours together….plenty of time to talk you’d think. It doesn’t quite work like that!
Why is Jess in Colorado? She’s visiting a branch of the Dalton family that split from the Texas families in somewhat dubious circumstances.
Can she find out the reason why?
Will she finish the family tree in time for Christmas?
And will being snowed in with Jake (in a very small cabin) change their relationship?
You’ll enjoy finding out!
Even cowgirls get the blues.
Well, Jessamine “Jess” is in search of her family. Jake is the rancher who goes to pick her up. I really liked Jake, the gruff rancher who avoids his family.
And steam.

In Cowgirl Miracle Jessamine feels the need to get out of Texas to visit her cousins in Colorado. Her sisters are afraid she will miss Christmas at home so Gracie sends Jake after her. Jessamine is independent, strong and confident. She falls hard and fast for Jake and he falls for her. They have to work around what Jake thinks is in his future. The story is well written. The characters, including the secondary family characters, are well written. The story line is interesting and provokes all the feelings.

Wonderful characters in this holiday western romance that was well written. Jake and Jessamine has steamy hot chemistry that ignites when they are together. I enjoyed how tough and rugged Jake was with her dog. The storyline kept me intrigued from beginning to end and even had me laughing out loud.

Is it time for Jake to settle down.
Jessamine Dalton wants to get to know her Colorado family. Now her Texas family had other ideas and they are really bossy. So like an adult, Jessamine is off but now her sister Grace sends Jack Strahan to bring her back from Colorado. This quick read is a wonderfully sweet romance and I loved every minute I spent reading. True family love in this one they are noisy and bossy but truly love each other. I look forward to more stories about the Dalton family. I did receive a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.

I love the Dalton family and their stories of love.
Jessamine is forging her own way in her life and career. Drifter Jake, is he ready to settle down? Circumstances throw these two together. This book is a quick, sizzling read. A perfect holiday story. I’m in Australia so I know nothing about snow at Christmas but I sure enjoy experiencing it in books.
This is a great “Come and Get Me” book to read and enjoy. It might help to have read some of the others in the series, but you won’t be totally lost – the chemistry is almost touchable and gets hotter with every chapter read!

The weird thing about holidays is that it causes me to think about family that we are out of touch with. Yet there are always so many tragic or comical stories of how family gatherings become such a disaster. I guess it is always best to at least give it one try … Right

Cowgirl Miracle is the eleventh book in the Dalton Boys series, but can be read as a stand alone. Jessamine is determined to finish her family tree and travels up to Colorado for help. Jake agrees to get her after a snow storm leaves her stranded and she misses a Dalton family Christmas. But when sparks fly, will they follow their hearts?
I really enjoyed reading this book and getting to know even more of the Daltons! Jessamine and Jake were so sweet together, I loved their passion, their curiosity for each other, and their drive for more. They both had a surprising amount in common with each other, neither fully settled in their current position, and both looking for more – a family of their own. Jessamine was adventurous, and I liked her upbeat attitude. I could relate to Jake because he liked to think things through before acting, although he’s very quiet. There’s not too much drama in this book, but I still felt completely swept away by this book and the romance between Jessamine and Jake!
Great book! Daltons times two in Texas and Colorado, a mystery of the family feud from the past, a beautiful Dalton gal looking to solve the family split mystery and a bruiding, handsome and lonely cowboy. Finding answers and finding love.
The Dalton family story continues in Cowgirl Mystery with answers from the past. The intense attraction of Jessamine and Jake is woven thruout the story. This was my favorite book from this series!

“Cowgirl Miracle” (The Dalton Boys Series Book 11) by Em Petrova is a terrific read. I loved Jessamine and Jake’s story. This is a wonderful addition to the Dalton Boys Series. This story has romance, passion, family, hot cowboys, and more. I can’t wait to see what happens next with this interesting and entertaining family. Highly recommend to all fans of romance, cowboys, family, and series.
There is something about this series that keeps you coming back to visit this big, loving and loud family. With every book you fall in love with this family a little more. Jess is looking for answers to a long time family issue and Jake is a cowboy who is unsettled. Watching how far these two will go for the ones they love keeps you wanting more.
Loved Jess’a story. It’s the perfect holiday story with the added benefit of a huge family from brothers and sisters to cousins galore. If you’ve read some of the other Dalton stories you’ll get to meet more here and if you haven’t, you’ll want to read about them right after. Jake and Jess have that country girl and guy thing going that has you hooked on them from the beginning. This is story of finding yourself and what you really want in life but also about family and finding love when you least expect it and going after it even when you’re scared. It gave me all the feels.

The family keeps growing and now there’s a whole slew of cousins in Colorado to contend with my heart as well. I have loved each one of their stories, but I think Jess’s has a special place in my heart. She just wants to be part of her family’s lives, especially the distant cousins. This is a sweet read and I can’t wait to see what happens with Kizzy and the cousins too.

Em Petrova’s Daltons have continued to be one of my favourite fictional families and their journeys from childhood to adult, showcase the pressure of measuring up, and the deep-seated love and devotion this crazy, exuberant and affectionate clan, have for each other. So while I have revelled in the stories of all the super sexy Dalton men; the struggles and hurdles that are constantly faced by the strong and formidable Dalton women have been enchanting in the telling.
Jessamine is a woman who strives to please but realises that something of great magnitude must have caused the past generations of the Daltons, to go their separate ways leaving the family homestead to her branch of the Daltons in Texas. Venturing into a Colorado winter, and fighting off her over-protective and meddlesome sisters, Jessamine is determined to uncover the whys of this decade’s old mystery.
But a Dalton story is never complete without a romantic element, and that’s provided by the stoic and drool worthy presence of Jake Strahan. Jake is a cowboy destined to be a drifter, so why does the sight of this feisty, buoyant and fascinating woman make him question his goals in life? Set with the task of retrieving the curious Jessamine in time for Christmas, Jake is about to discover that life as he knows it will never be the same.
Once again Ms Petrova has penned a delightful story of family interference, the ultimate adventure, holiday cheer, and an overwhelming chemistry experienced by two exceptional and diligent people. And while every story in this series offers something special and unique, the Dalton gals are truly outstanding! I can’t wait to see who is destined for a trip down the romance trail next.
