Deadly secrets stalk them both…
Archer: The whole world knows that Zara hates me–she’s told them several times over. But she’s the only one who can help me right now. I can’t be distracted by her short skirts and sassy mouth when my dark past stalks me. If I lose my focus, we’ll both be in danger. But when I’m near her, she’s the only thing I see.
Zara: Humorless, stuffy, and completely … and completely wrong for me, that’s Archer. I’ll laugh in his face before I translate anything for him. But then he makes me an offer I can’t refuse. The more I learn about him, the more I see that his past is more mystery than fact. And that his stuffiness hides a passion I can’t resist.
I need to keep away, but the closer I get to knowing the real man, the harder he is to resist.
Band of Billionaires: A tragic secret binds them together… Revealing the truth could tear them apart.

Mr conservative, stiff, stuffy Archer and flowery, animated, brilliant Zara are as opposite as you can get but the contrast blends so perfectly within them it just works! This is the third book in the Band of Billionaires series and it’s my favorite so far. The conclusions like the last two leave it open to continue the series but they’re not cliffhangers. They do leave me hungry for the next installment and for the first time I am glad I didnt gobble this one up at release. I’m glad I have the next one already on deck to dive into! Raleigh Davis has built an AMAZING world in her books and I have actually tried finding the characters IG accounts. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful. Surely these people must exist for how bold and clear they are written in these stories. I love this series! It’s dark, compelling, interesting! Part mystery, part romance, not the traditional trope but something entirely new and exciting. More please!
I enjoyed the book
The writing was well executed
However the story doesn’t fit “covert sins” title in my opinion
While yes the mystery of the notebooks makes it seem covert it’s more focused on outing a bad guy that doesn’t even happen
Worth the read but definitely read the other books to get full satisfaction

I really enjoyed this book. You do get a lot more background information if you read the other 2 books in the series first but it’s not a must, it just makes the story more enjoyable if you do. I loved the chemistry between Zara and Archer. I didn’t want the book to end though I am now anxiously waiting for Gage’s book.
They puzzle out their attraction
Covert Sins is the third book in the Band of Billionaires series and this time it is Archer and Zara’s story. This series must be read in order and it is worth it as the books are well written and have a seriously wonderfully mysterious story.
Archer and Zara do not much like each other when they first meet as the sparks fly. But soon those same sparks are flying for a very different reason. Add in the continuing mystery story-arc and this one is another great book. I can’t wait to read the next in this series and see what happens.
I received an ARC of this book from the author for my honest review. My opinions are all my own.
Covert Sins is book 3 in the Band of Billionaires series. And I found it to be a fantastic story with characters who make you laugh, grumble and say oh my . Archer and Zara are a true opposites can attract couple and I think that you’re going to love it. I definitely recommend this book and looking forward to reading the next book.

This third book in the series didn’t disappoint. The guys are still trying to figure out the notebooks and Archer is their go to smart techie guy. He has a network that can decode but he is not making any progress. He’s smart enough to know he needs help. In comes Zara…she’s a genius with translations and loves poetry.. Their first meeting/debate didn’t go well and left both with bad feelings towards one another. Both notices each other in a primal way and Archer decides to ask Zara for help but he knew it will be a battle. Zara is forced to assist him but she doesn’t regret it..She loves puzzles and Archer sexy self is beginning to grow on her. The attraction between the two is intense and they begin to fall for each other. Their banter is hilarious and entertaining. I love Zara’s free spirit personality which is very opposite to Archer’s cold and controlled one. Opposites do attract in this case. Secrets and lies tests their new found romance but Archer does something sooooo hilarious at the end to win Zara back that it had me in stitches. If that ain;t love I don’t know what it is…LOL..Loved the ending and the set up for Gage’s story.. If you haven’t started this series you should…very addictive…I’m hooked!

Covert Sins is the 3rd book in the band of billionaires series and it happens to be the second book I have read by the author. I would recommend reading the other books in this series or you will most likely feel lost, although I do think the author does a good job trying to recap the important details in case you missed them!
I loved the pace of the story, the way the mystery continues to build, and I especially love the dynamic between Zara and Archer. These two have this intense push/pull dynamic that just sucks you in and has you rooting for them in no time flat. While Cassian is my favorite character in the series, Archer is a very close 2nd!
I definitely recommend this series!
