It started out as a favor.I couldn’t resist the heartbreak in those emerald green eyes. I never expected to wind up in her bed.Now we’re back on tour and I can’t get Jenna out of my head. Every time I close my eyes or step off stage, she’s there at the front of my mind. There’s nothing I can do.But then she leaves me a message. A message that leaves me with more questions than answers. Now, … questions than answers.
Now, distance doesn’t matter and I’ll fight for her with every breath in my lungs. She doesn’t trust anyone to stay. Somehow I need to get her to believe in me.

Cover Me
Heath was the keyboard player of Jaded Ivory and the nicest guy of the band. He was sexy, gorgeous and the most caring of them all. So when he saw a customer abusing the waitress for spilling his drink he rushed to her aide. Jenna is beautiful and like Heath, she was raised by her grandmother. So in helping her that night things got complicated. Jenna got on my nerves a lot because she wouldn’t let Heath help her. There’s a little too much reality in this book that I find really unromantic. There’s a lot of conversation and internal dialogue that’s just boring and not moving the story forward. But thankfully past a certain point things move along and the story picks up and so does the chemistry. Somehow I think this book was sort of written backwards and it works. I liked this story a lot and I’m giving it four stars and recommending it. Now it’s on to book String Me.
Want a modern-day Cinderella story? Well Cover me is the perfect fairytale love story minus the wicked stepmother. Cover Me is an entertaining story about a stubborn girl determined to make it on her own and a rich Rockstar that wants to do anything he can to make her life easier. Rebecca Brooke wrote this wonderful story that wasn’t like other romances with misunderstandings and drama due to “wrong time wrong place pictures” or tabloids “this just in” gossip which tears the leading lady’s heart out. Cover Me is just a sweet story about two people falling in love, oh and they have some spicy behind closed door time too. I give Cover Me by Rebecca Brooke 5-stars.
Heath Marshall could keep his eyes off the strawberry blond waitress as she served drinks in the VIP lounge. When he had the chance to come to her rescue and help her out, he did want any knight in shining armor would do, he swooped in and helped. Jenna Fiorna doesn’t know till the next morning the man she spent the night with is a famous rock star and feels that their night together will only lead to trouble for her. Pushing Heath away was one of the hardest things to do, at least till two months later when she needs to get ahold of him again. Heath hasn’t been able to get Jenna off his mind, but she hasn’t called and when she does the news, she gives him sets his world on tilt. Now Heath and Jenna must see if they are going to be there to cover for each other or if everything will fall apart.
This is my favorite book in the Jaded Ivory series. Rebecca gave us an exciting read about the keyboard player, Heath, and a server at a club he goes to, Jenna. After a night together she decides to move on and he wishes she’d call. They come from very different worlds and fate has a way to bring them back together.
Cover Me is sexy, emotional, and well written. I loved every second of it. If you are a fan of rock star romances than you need to pick this one up. It doesn’t matter if you are reading this in the series or as a stand-alone I can tell you that you won’t be disappointed.

Exactly the mix of hot and sweet, funny and touching that I love
Book 3 in the Jaded Ivory series, I hadn’t read anything by this author before, but I have a weakness for stories about rockstars so I decided to give it a try. I thought the book worked really well as a standalone, but I’d guess having the additional background from the first two books would amp up the enjoyment here.
As someone who was extremely close with my own grandmother, I resonated with both Heath and Jenna immediately. Honestly, I just adored both of these characters: Jenna for her fierce independence (sometimes stubborn but never really unreasonable) and Heath for his caring while still doing his best to give Jenna the space she needed.
As for the secondary characters, one of the reasons I tend to like the rockstar genre is the camaraderie and sense of family often to be found between the band members, and Jaded Ivory certainly didn’t disappoint. In fact, I was so invested in this story and these characters, the pages just flew by for me, in spite of being a longer than average book.
With great characters and a story that was exactly the mix of hot and sweet, funny and touching that I love, I was left anything but jaded, and this author has a new fan. 5 stars

What an amazing 5 star story this was. This is the third book in the series that feature members of the Jaded Ivory rock band. They all can be safely read as a standalone
Heath likes to be the saver, the protector. He meets Jenna at the bar where she works. On the night they meet she needs help. Heath is there to the rescue even if she’s reluctant to accept. She doesn’t like taking help from others. One night of passion leads to possibly a life time of happiness.
I enjoyed this story immensely, it was way up my alley. It was a sweet romance story. I loved the amazing characters that completed an already great storyline. I also enjoyed hearing about the other members of the band. I can’t wait for more.
I think it can be safely read as a standalone. But of course for better enjoyment, they should be read in order. Told in a dual POV with an HEA. I highly recommend this story.
