Even nice girls have needs. Erin starts using matchmaker Luxxor Limited, not realizing that the company is truly an escort service. She meets a series of hunky men, but the dates are disappointing. She wants a man that will awaken her senses, challenge her thoughts, and rev up her body. She gets more than she bargained for when Luxxor sets her up with another client, lawyer Colton King. Her big … another client, lawyer Colton King. Her big brother’s best friend.
Erin has always lusted for Colt. Dark, muscled, and brooding, he was her first teenage crush. Now he’s her favorite fevered fantasy. He’s just never taken notice of her before. She has his attention now.
Colton is horrified when he learns the scandalous game Erin has been playing with Luxxor’s escorts. He orders her to stop, but things go a bit too far… and become a bit too sexy… Soon Colt is escorting Erin straight to his bed.
Years ago, her family forbade him to touch her. How will he defend himself when they learn how impure his thoughts are for their innocent, loving daughter? The one who’s grown up into the sweetest, naughtiest, little temptress.

This is the second book in the Courting Series. This is a series of interconnected stories. I love this Series! Erin and Colton’s second chance to love is beautifully written. Their chemistry is hot! Impossible to put it down. Erin is lovely, and determined. Colton is handsome, caring, and protective. I loved to see again the characters from the first book (Sienna, Jason, Nina, and Josh, the sexy detective). Dustin, Erin’s brother, is very protective. Meg Sylvan did a fantastic job with the narration. Looking forward to listen to Courting Danger, Rielle and Darian’s story, the next book in the series. This Series is addictive. I highly recommend it. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Courting Innocence
The Courting Series, Book 2
By: Kimberly Dean
Narrated by: Meg Sylvan
Kimberly Dean delivers another awesome “Courting” series novel and I loved everything about it, from her wonderful writing style to the characters and storylines she created, they are realistic, easy to relate to and connect with. I found this book as captivating and enthralling as the first one “Courting Trouble”, Sienna and Jason’s story. This book is Erin and Colton King’s story, Erin is Sienna’s friend and we meet her near the end of the book when her fiancé broke things off one month before the wedding. Colton and Sienna have been there for her and this book picks up about a month after the other one ended, on the date Erin was scheduled to be married. When Erin comes across one of Sienna’s business cards she is curious but Sienna does not want to tell her what Luxxor Limited is about but Jason thinks quick and tells her it is a matchmaking service. And wham, an idea pops in Erin’s head she will use the service and find out why her ex thought she was boring. Nina and Sienna protect her as much as they can but do find suitable dates for her, but none do it for her so she pushes for more and when they come in with a match Erin is surprised to see who it is, the boy she crushed on growing up, her brother’s best friend Colton King. I adored these two characters, the more I found out about them the more I liked, they both had kind hearts and looked out for others, Colton, came off rough and tough at first but underneath he was all heart, oh and lets not forget the hotness factor, it was off the charts and there is nothing boring about Erin at all. He crushed on her just as much but he respected her family’s wishes to stay away from his sister, a wish made when they were younger but one he still tried to respect. It was not easy for him to stay away or say no to her but he was torn and his guilt was getting the best of him. This is a great brothers best friend & younger sister romance, the story is beautifully plotted with plenty of drama, angst, heartfelt and emotional moments, some hot loving and romance. Kimberly Dean, thank you for another awesome story and emotional rollercoaster ride. I am looking forward to what comes next in you amazing series.
And for the wonderful narration, Meg Sylvan is a talented narrator and a versatile voice artist. She brings the characters to life, does a great job covering both the male and female roles, giving each their own distinct voices making it easy to follow along and tell who is who. Her portrayal of each character is spot on, she grasps each characters persona and plays the role with perfection. You could hear how much heart she puts into her work as she captures the characters emotions and projects them into her performs. She is an entertaining storyteller and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another great listen
Pretty dang good. It’s an erotic romance with equal measures given to each. It worked really well with a pre-established connection. I loved her family’s reaction. The break up was paced well so, that the audience gets that it isn’t a fling on their part. I always hate when people go from meeting to forever in two weeks. Love takes time and knowledge to flourish. You need to be best friends because without the liking and secret sharing you’re only lovers and that gets old.
I definitely recommend this book to all women, because it shows how we can reinvent ourselves to make others happy, and at the same time know that we need to step away when we have gave it all but have not received the same in return.
It taught me that love has to be mutual in everything and that our biggest enemy will always be our fear. Once we have overcome that, everything falls into it’s right place!
Also this book has a lot of steamy scenes that will leave you begging for more! Totally loved it!
A bit over the top with the kink – still a romance story. Different strokes.
The only thing wrong with these short books is they are designed to m good.ake you want more but then the next book isn’t as
It kept me turning the pages, The characters were engaging in this enjoyable read. I would like to see what happens with Nina and the detective.
Great series!! Loved it!
Love it
There were a couple of cringeworthy moments but I was still rooting for the protagonists anyway. Recommended for fans of the genre.
Cute setup that probably happens often but the story makes it come alive
pleasure to read!
Great read
Steamy fun book with good characters
Nice little piece of fluff
Oh wow, I wasn’t sure what I would think. But I truly enjoyed this book. I loved the characters and the emotion. Erin reminded me so much of myself. And since the older brother’s best friend trope is one of my favorites I couldn’t get enough. This was an enjoyable ride I’m glad I took.
