Everyone said our love wouldn’t work. That it was too hard, too complicated, too messy.Oh how I enjoy proving everyone wrong. My men are smart, sexy, sophisticated—and most of all, crazy about me.The only problem is trying to explain that to my big, opinionated Italian family. But after all we’ve been through, we deserve ahappily ever after. And if there’s onething I know about my guys, they always … one
thing I know about my guys, they always
manage to have a few surprises up their sleeves.

The perfect ending to what has been an amazing series. This has definitely been one of my most favorite series of 2018. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!! (But you have to read the entire series of 4 books…these are not standalones.)
This series was definitely one of those series that I read quickly and then was mad at myself that I read so quickly, not that I could help myself. It was just that good. PLUS I stayed up until 2:30 am reading Priest (the 3rd book) which didn’t help me prolong my experience.
The fourth book in the Confessions series is a wonderful way to come down off the high and action of the 3rd book. It’s definitely a book in its own right and not merely an extended epilogue, which I really enjoyed. At the heart of the story, the guys are moving their relationship forward and looking to the future. Priest and Julien want to cement Robbie within their relationship and also give him the security of a long-term commitment. But how does one do that? I think Ella came up with a wonderful way of allowing her characters to do just that in a plausible and sweet way.
Additionally, I also loved the conflict Robbie felt about taking the guys home. This created so many sweet moments, but also some really funny ones, in this story. Priest drunk – that is all I’ll say. It was so fun to see the entire Bianchi clan in action.
This series is one I do believe I’ll be returning to when I need something familiar and delightful. It was everything I look for in a romance. There is plot, character development that leaves you feeling like you know all the main characters well, cameos from other favorite characters, steamy moments, action, and dialogue. Quite simply, it checked all my boxes for what I’m looking for in a great read. Not just a story to entertain and distract you, but one that you find yourself talking to others about and recommending.
The Princess, the Prick & the Priest finally got their HEA and while it was super fluffy and a bit OTT I am 100% here for it!!
When I first read Robbie book one in the Confessions series I knew that these guys would get their happily ever after eventually, but I wasn’t sure when or how. This whole book was about Robbie finally being who is with two men who love him because of that and Julien and Priest finally getting that something extra they knew they needed but didn’t realize exactly what it was until Robbie. There is not much else to say because if you have made it to this point in the series you know what is to come. I must mention that epilogue though!!! OMG!! I didn’t see part of it coming necessarily but at the same time that is one of those moments that made me tear up. Just because their relationship isn’t traditional doesn’t mean it isn’t perfect for them.
5+**
I read Books 1-4 of the Confessions series. I couldn’t even stop to write a review of book 1 before starting book 2. I was so hooked. I absolutely loved Robbie, Julian and Priest. Every one of these characters were so different with different histories or baggage they brought into the relationship. They each deserved their own book and of course the last book brings it all together.
These books are beautifully written. I LOVE the French interspersed in there too. It is the language of love after all.
This love story is beautiful and unique and super H.O.T.. Those sex scenes were smokin!!
I’m just sad I’m finished with the series.
These are my first books by Ella. I’ll be adding her to new favorites list.
Fluffy sexy goodness!!! This book is their happily ever after. Maybe like an extended epilogue. Loved how happy they all are.
Priest and Julien finally meet the Bianchi clan and it’s as fun as expected. I thought drunk Robbie was hilarious but he’s got nothing on drunk Priest! I loved this book and loved the ending.
Highly recommend this series!
Perfections.
The saddest experience is when you’ve reached the end of a series that has made your heart beat faster. As you read these books you find yourself wishing that life was really this wonderful. Luckily for these men they have love, romance and a family that fits them perfectly.
Le sigh… I truly enjoyed getting to know Robbie, Julien, and Priest and fell in love with them as they fell in love with each other. This book felt like the emotionally inevitable conclusion to their story, but while it gave me life in the feels, it lacked the tension, action, and suspense we got in the previous books. That being said, it was so much fun meeting Robbie’s family and seeing how the men navigated their relationship after overcoming the obstacles that were set before them. The Princess, The Prick, and the Priest is sweet, poignant, and emotional and a fitting farewell to the trio. 4 out of 5 wine glasses.
This was a great ending to Robbie, Julien, and Priest’s story in the Confessions series by Ella Frank. The author did a great job in pulling their story together to the perfect ending. I have enjoyed the journey of these guys. It has been fun and this is one series that I will reread.
This was the perfect conclusion to a brilliant series and if I could have given this book 10 stars it wouldn’t be enough, I picked this book up at night and that was a mistake because I was up all night there was no putting down til I had read the final line. I was excited for this book and it did not disappoint it was everything I expected and more, in the first three books we got to know the individual’s and see them breaking down the walls all of them have put up for one reason or another but this book we see the happiness, the love and the passion they have for each other without any obstructions. We see the Princess, the Prick and the Priest comfortable not only with each but with themselves, they are in love and settled and now it’s time to move on to the next stage of their life’s.
I’m not going to talk about THE EPILOGUE because it’s epic and it’s perfect and you need to read the book to find out what’s happens to the men we have fallen in love with. Brilliant addition to a great series from a very talented author. Great job Ella Frank can’t wait to see what’s next.
Priest, Julien and Robbie are back and damn I’m going to miss these three! Perfect conclusion to a story that has touched my heart and to three men that have been through a lot to get to the place they are now. Thank you to the author, Ella Frank, that brought these characters to life! Next to Logan and Tate, these are definitely some of my favorite men 🙂
Robbie, Julien and Priest are still reeling a bit from what has happened with Priest’s dad but they are now in a good place to start somewhere fresh and just be together. To be happy together! They are going to celebrate Robbie’s B-day but there’s still something they need to do and that’s to meet Robbie’s family. And that’s one thing that gives Robbie stress; hoping both of his worlds come together and blend. They wouldn’t be who they are now if they didn’t have the love they share and Julien and Priest will do whatever it takes to make him see that he has nothing to worry about. After all they’ve been through they’ll race even more to a happy ending and one that will be something that even Robbie didn’t even see coming 🙂
A brilliant celebration of the love between three of my favorite characters ever! What an incredible way to put the cherry on the proverbial cake!
After all that Robbie, Julien and Priest have gone through together, it was great to see them get this big romantic send-off in this fourth and final book in the Confessions series. This is definitely the most romantic chapter in their story, with Julien and Priest pulling out all the stops for their Princesse. Yet it never gets corny or predictable, the intensity and the depth of their feelings is never in doubt and always so powerful and moving. If anything, it continues to build and grow ever stronger.
Reconnecting with these three amazing characters, when they are so settled in domestic bliss, was a pleasure. I have to say that I’d been looking forward to the moment where Julien and Priest got to meet Robbie’s family, openly. And it was everything I hoped for! I adored Robbie’s father most of all. Though of course his entire family is a delight.
I also very much enjoyed Logan’s and Tate’s appearances throughout the story. Robbie, Logan and Tate have come far, and I love the bond between them. Logan’s protectiveness of Robbie is so endearing.
I all but melted when I read the epilogue!! What a wonderful surprise awaited us there <3
Oh this was the PERFECT end to this series – to see Robbie’s family and how the ins and outs of this throuple work was sheer steamy fun. I was so very sad to see them go and I hope all three characters make appearances in new series going forward.
Love love love this series. The characters are awesome.
3.5 Stars!
This is the final book in the Confessions series and it is everything you crave and love in a finale! Ella Frank has woven her magic with this story! I am sad because I will miss these characters! I originally read this as soon as it came out, but knew I would be getting the audio too. I have read all of them by audio as well as ebook! Charlie David did a phenomenal job with voicing these three men! All very different, have their own cadence and idiosyncrasies, he gave me sound to their images. It made everything tangible and real. More emotional, more joy-just so much MORE! Everybody has always embraced Robbie, and loved Julian with his French accent, but Priest was the real sell here! Over this series, Ella made me a fan of all things Priest! How he was with his men-loyal, protective, but also so caring and loving. I am now a huge fan!
Set up as a spin-off of the Temptations series, it is not required reading to enjoy Confessions. I would highly recommend that you start there though because this is where we First meet Robbie and eventually Priest as well.
A+ reading here that firmly holds a spot on my “read before you die” shelf!
Only Ella can write such hotness and describe it so well.
I knew this would be an compelling read .
It was fascinating to see them all together and to see how they managed their lives and it was beautiful..
The sex life was astonishing they maneuvered themselves exceptionally well….in all honestly they were beautiful to see together their kindness to each other was their first call.
Such a wonderful story with such comedy and its always Robbie he always makes me grin ..
Thanks again Ella for a fantastic four books about these men it has finished on a high….
LOVED IT!
Confessions #4: The Princess, the Prick & the Priest is a love letter of sorts – one that Ella Frank gives not only her loyal readers but also the three men who have dominated her head and her heart as Robbie, Julien, and Priest demanded she tell every single part of their unique love story, and I think fans of these three gorgeous and complex men wanted a seductively sexy and kinky conclusion to their series and that’s exactly what Ella Frank delivers.
Robbie, Julien, and Priest had to endure quite the maelstrom in the first three books of the series, but as their story continued from the first book to the third, readers have been privy to the ups and downs as well as the highs and lows that they had to weather through, and while there were times when it appeared that one or more of these men lost their way or found themselves drowning in the past, that’s when all three of them proved just how much stronger they are together and what they’re willing to do for one another if it means that this threesome stays in tact because it’s more than been established that they are perfect for one another, regardless of what society or anyone in their respective families or friends feel.
These three men have such different personalities, but somehow, it works, and they’ve figured out a good balance amongst themselves, which means that when peace and calm are needed, that’s able to happen and when they’re ready to play and get a little or a lot frisky with each other, they’re more than willing and able to bring the steam, and let me tell you those scenes are so hot and so sexy that I for sure couldn’t read this book in public!
I loved getting to meet and get to know Robbie’s family, and while I never doubted that they would be just as crazy and just as lovable as the princess himself, the fact that they are strong Irish Catholics made me a bit concerned, but I should have known that they would be just as unique and amazing as Robbie is, which made me love them and him even more.
I’m not ready to say goodbye to this wickedly handsome threesome, but I’ll admit, I think it has more to do with them being a part of Logan and Tate’s world, and I don’t know if I’ll ever be ready to completely let that couple go, and hopefully, I’ll never have to.

It’s been a few months since everything that went down in Priest’s book and these three amazing men have settled into their new home and lives, but there’s one more thing they need to do…meet Robbie’s family. I ADORED Robbie’s family. Julian and Priest didn’t have great family lives, but Robbie, let’s just say he was nervous for nothing. He knew his family accepted and is more than supportive with his coming out, but will that continue when they find out he’s in a relationship with a married couple?
This story just warmed my heart all over, and seeing Priest let loose (with a little help from Robbie’s sister, Valerie) made my day. It’s sweet, sassy, and a whole lotta sexy. It’s a fabulous ending to a fantastic series! These three deserve this happily ever after so much and I enjoyed every single moment of this ride with them. And that epilogue…cue the sigh! I will say I am definitely curious to see how the situation with Robbie’s pregnant sister Penny pans out. I really hope Ella does something with that, because I need to know 😉

The Princess, the Prick & the Priest by Ella Frank is book four in her Confessions series and the conclusion to Joel, Julien and Robbie’s epic lovestory.
The men are found their HEA with each other and everything could be peachy. But it isn’t. Robbie, yes sparkling, glamour Robbie became the master of deflection. He loves his men and he loves his big loud family, but fears his family will not agree with his decisions. Everyday life turns out a lot more difficult than he thought. And he really drags his feet informing his family about his unconventionell relationship.
I really, really couldn’t wait to get my hands on this book. I read and loved the previous ones and was giddy to Confessions four. What can I say, it was so worth the wait!
The Princess, the Prick & the Priest is a highly entertaing, extremely well written, scorching hot, nsfw story and I can’t get enough of Robbie, Joel and Julien’s story.
I recommend the book and the series and give 5 + stars.
