Sharon Nelson, a Colorado woman, had her lover Gary Adams murder two of her three husbands. But more interesting than the crime itself is Olsen’s portrait of Nelson as a brash, trashy, manipulative sexpot who believed that she was entitled to (and got) everything and everyone she wanted: even her confession, given freely to police in a Pizza Hut in 1988, was anything but contrite. Moreover, Olsen … Olsen records the recollections of many community members who saw Nelson for what she was, yet seemed oblivious to the adultery, theft and murder under their noses (Publishers Weekly).

A TRUE ACCOUNT OF SOMEONE WHO IS EVIL
What a “leading” lady! Olsen paints an excellent picture of this killer and her helpers. You keep shaking your head wondering what’s wrong with everyone around her. It’s scary to think folks like this are out there, but it’s good to get an insightful look at them, too. Interesting and informative read.
The title for Bitch on Wheels by Gregg Olsen comes from a description by one of Sharon’s “colleagues.” Sharon probably never had true friends. Sharon only had feelings for people who could provide benefits to her, either monetarily or connections with those who demonstrated the potential for future exploitation. Those feelings changed from moment …
Intriguing. Couldn’t put it down.
I read the book because I know all the people that were involved in this so it was of special interest to me and it was a real tragedy for all the people who were involved with her.
Amazing what a woman can get a man to do
Wow what a ride … aptly named!
Unpredictable scary character. The truth is hard to believe. Well researched and thorough. Hard to put it down.
I enjoy Greg Olsen books. This is an interesting bio of a narcissistic killer. This woman was brought up in a strict Seventh Day Adventist environment. Her first husband was a minister who she repeatedly cheated on. Number two and three were disposable in other ways. For true crime fans, I would recommend it.
It is so hard to believe that so many men could fall for such a horrible woman! I felt bad for the men and their families. They do say love is blind…
This is a true story about a woman who was a master manipulator. She never killed anyone but she got her boyfriend to do it.
the story is unbelievable but true. If you like true crime this is a must
A good story but quite disturbing too… that one can be so clever yet so evil…
With due respect to the authors…the story requires some editing both as to the sentence structure and the story line… but thanks for writing…its quite intense
A bit too soap opera-y for my tastes.
Poorly written and hard to follow. Numerous typos.
This book shows how a person can be insensitive and care only for their self. ..their agenda is the only concern. It is a shame that this is not science fiction. Some people are really “that way”.
Dreadful, quit reading about 2/3 thru. Had enough!
It was kind of a slow read.
Poorly written.
It was okay. The build up (review) made it seem more than exciting than it was.
