I enjoyed this book from beginning to end. It was a great with the having characters that are well developed and engaging and have plenty of chemistry. The flow of the storyline was steady and smooth. This was a great addition to the series.
Linda and Ray have moved into their dream home and are ready to start trying for a family. Somehow they aren’t getting pregnant and after Linda talking to him Ray finally agrees to get tested. Things are strained between them as they struggle through this journey in their relationship. Linda ends up making friends with Mark and talking to him about their problems. Mark usually a playboy wanting in any woman’s pants ends up being a true friend to Linda and offers support when her husband turns away from her. Ray accepts a job from his family that takes him out town and while he is gone Linda learns that she is pregnant even though the doctor said ray has a slow sperm count. When she tells him he pulls further away from her and accepts more work from his family instead of coming home to be with her. Will Linda decide she’s had enough and confront Ray? Will their relationship survive this?
We learn more about Kendra and Cassandra in this book and what is going on in their relationships. However this is Linda’s and Ray’s story. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Loved the book it was great, the story was well written and the characters are interesting. Ray and Linda are married and trying to start a family, then Ray took off with his uncle out of the country. Now that Linda is pregnant she is relying on friends, Linda ends up relying on one person more than the others and that is Mark.

The story follows three couples: Linda and Ray, Kendra and Ian, Luke and Cassandra and their friend Missy.
Linda longs for a baby with her husband Ray. Her friends seem to get pregnant so easily while she and Ray battle infertility. It does not help that Ray takes a job in Oklahoma that keeps him away for months. The heartache of infertility is deep for Linda, while Ray is afraid to get to the root of the problem initially.
Kendra and Ian are expecting a baby, deeply in love and supportive of one another.
The ending is unexpected and poignant.
The third book in this series concentrates on a group of friends who are experiencing births, marriages, and divorces. The group is close-knit and are interwoven closely with each other. One marriage is Ray and Linda who have been trying to get pregnant for years. He decides to take a job with his uncle in Oklahoma, albeit Linda discovered she was finally pregnant. Linda became very close to Mark a friend of everyone. With Ray being gone all the time, their friends, especially Mark has stepped up to be by Linda’s side. The truth finally comes out and now Linda does not know which way is up or down anymore. What will she do? Is she in love with Mark? Him her? Where will her life lead? This book is full of humor, romance, and deep friendships! The characters are realistic as are the situations. I received this book via Booksprout and am leaving a voluntary review.
I was truly compelled to finish this book because of Linda’s heartbreaking journey with her desire for a child and her emotionally painful relationship with her husband Ray, the love of her life and holder of her heart and loyalty. Her attachment and dependence on Mark was understandable, and I was glad the author kept their relationship platonic but also caring and loving.
I found the format a bit disjointed as it flipped back and forth between the friend’s relationships as they were happening real time. It may be because I was only interested in Linda, Ray, and Mark’s story and the other side storylines were more of an interference that took away from the momentum and pacing of her life.
