The dragon king….another excellent shifter romance. Full of action, adventure and the very unique brotherhood fun that the Colwood firehouse firefighters share. Against all odds, they stand together as a united force of reckon. Draven dragon is just as stubborn as his mate, lol. Her story is heartwarming, their story is gripping and fast-paced. I love and thoroughly enjoyed reading this whole series which are all so good that I will be rereading them in the near future whenever I need a guaranteed exciting shifter story.
Draven, Gunner & Aleida return to England to find the famous sword that will make it so he can rule as King of the Dragons. Draven has to fight his cousins for his birthright and find the sword to do it. A good story teaches you to be careful how you interpret a prophecy with and interesting twist.
I loved the entire series but Draven was my favorite. Draven has a destiny he doesn’t wants to avoid but life isn’t cooperating. His search for a sword leads him to a show stopping discovery. Loved how the author pulled all the elements of this series together and tied them up. I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. I gladly and freely leave this honest review.
Dragon shifter Draven is with his sister and her lion shifter mate searching everywhere for a special sword that is supposed to make him invincible. He will need it to stop his brothers before they try to rule the world.
His brothers are very strong because they are mated. That gives them a big advantage over him.
Cali has been imprisoned in the tower of a castle for five years because a dragon mated her mother. She and the other mated women will never be freed.
Battling dragons can be very dangerous. Luckily the Calvary (fire crew) are coming.
Lots of giggles to go with the excitement.

Update
As you know Drav-anus aka: Draven’s family ruled over Europe in Medieval Times, his father was King Artorius (aka: King Arthur) with Draven the legitimate heir to the Dragon Throne. His father had six children each with different mothers. When the Queen, Draven’s mother was dying she told him of a prophecy: Place Caliburnus (aka:Excalibur) in the hands of the one true Dragon King and he will be unstoppable. With his father’s death and his brothers trying to kill him Draven sailed across the great ocean, changing his name to Daniel Boone. As time went by his travels ended up in Colwood, Montana where he became the Fire Chief.
Present Day
Draven’s sister, Aleida and her mate Gunner flew by dragon power to England and exhausted every source that Draven could remember, looking for Caliburnus, failing at each place. The only castle that was left was the castle he was born in, that he grew up in, that his mother died in, the one he fled from by the inch of his life. The only hope he had was if he didn’t run into his brothers.
Was he that lucky?
