This book is great , must read the whole series ,:-) Mr.Ripley never disappoints
This is the scariest masterpiece i have read besides, Darcy coates. I ventured out and glad i did…It’s way outside the box of anything i could have imagined it to be….a very captivating twisted horror adventure…
Great story line. Immediately wanted to continue with the series.
I throughly enjoyed reading this book and would be interested in reading the follow up books.
Scared myself reading it at night, but hard to put down.
It ended abruptly without finishing the tale. You never knew if they ever stopped the bad guy from continuing his murderous deeds. It was OK but incomplete.
I absolutely loved this book! Reading it inspired me to purchase the remaining books in the series.
Now this is a strange book for sure and totally unexpected. Very original. Loved it.
Way different than what I normally read. Was nice to delve into the supernatural!
I owe it to the author and his readers to explain my one star rating. I don’t often NOT finish a book. Hardly ever. I did not finish this one. I found the writing juvenile. The characters unappealing. The story line and gratuitous violence uninspired. This said, the author has a published novel…and, I hope it’s someone’s favorite.
I did not like this book! It was too dark for me!
Great premise and characters are introduced. Good mix of genres.
Unique paradigm. Somewhat gruesome if you have the imagination I do.
I liked the book but thought it was the complete story when I bought it. Hate when you finish and have to buy the next one but was not told it was part one.
Not quite sure of this one. It was unusual to say the least.
For the ‘grisly ‘ at heart, this is a good book ! Very well written, but it actually made me sick, because of the way it is so darned ‘could happen’ & ‘there are really sick people ‘ in our world like that ! Just COULD’NT read the next book !
The only problem with this book is that it didn’t end.
Really liked this nothing glitzy or fancy just very well written and genuinely scary, reminds me off the hammer house of horrors films from back in the day.
A very creepy read. Stories and movies with possessed dolls and toys always creeps me out. The story line and characters are very intriguing. There is definitely a lot of possibilities, I am interested to possibly play out in future books of this series. This was my first Ron Ripley book and will not be my last.
By getting started with this one I want to know so I keep reading.
