GabrielaStefan Sabbioni showed up uninvited in my bedroom on my sixteenth birthday. He stood in the shadows smelling of whiskey and death and wrapped a broken, blood-crusted necklace around my neck. I thought he’d strangle me with it.That night, he left a message for my father. He said he’d be back to take something precious.I never delivered that message, though. I wonder if things would be … though. I wonder if things would be different if I had because now, two years later, he’s back. And he’s not hiding in any shadows.
He’s come to make good on his promise.
He’s back to take that something precious.
Me.
Stefan
Marchese is the manipulator of my family’s tragedy. I won’t just bring him to his knees. I’ll bury him for what he did.
Taking his daughter is only the beginning. I’ll do it knowing I’m starting a war. I’ll do it knowing my enemies will become his allies. They’ll stop at nothing to destroy me and he’ll stop at nothing to get her back.
I’ve never shied away from war, though. I’m not one to play nice and I don’t share my toys. I’ll demolish you if you touch what’s mine.
And she is most definitely mine.

I was intrigued by Stefan, wanted to read about him sooo long, that when i read that his was going to be released, I was so happy.
This is the story of Stefan Sabbioni, the man who will stop at nothing to have his revenge on Gabriel Marchese, even use his innocent daughter as pawn in his twisted games. He just never considered tiny detail… Gabriella…. the Marchese heist, the princess, but… is she the spoilt brat as Stefan thinks or is she the pawn as well? He take her as a collateral damage, but…
I loved Gabriella’s strong character, her individuality, and Stefan’s stubborn ways. They are amazing for each other. yet another amazing story from Natasha Knight. And she never disappoints.
Natasha Knight…where do I start? She’s an amazing writer who creates such distinct worlds and characters that the reader gets completely drawn in and absorbed in the story. This is typical of her writing abilities. And she holds true to form in this first part of a duet, named Collateral.
This is the story of Gabriela and Stefan, two people thrown together through an arranged mafia marriage. Gabriela is only 18 and that is clearly illustrated in this book. She’s young and naive and honestly a bit of an immature hot head. Stefan has been somewhat patient, knowing she never wanted this marriage, but I wonder if his patience will come to an end after that cliff hanger conclusion to book one. Now, I have to wait until book two to get my answer.
I have a small number of authors who top my go-to list for books, and Natasha Knight is most definitely one of those authors. I can’t think of one book she’s written that I didn’t appreciate in more ways than one. I loved this book and so will you. Don’t miss out.
I’m feeling like I might be collateral
Magnificent story by Natasha Knight, that grips you by the hair and tugs until you know you need to get to the end…..and now I’m feeling like I might be collateral
Gabriela is a pawn in a deadly game between her father and any person he deems appropriate….in this case it ends up being Stefan. He came to her on her sixteenth birthday and warned her, that he’d be back….and now he is, as her future husband
Lots of secrets revealed in this story and I’m looking forward to the conclusion I received an advanced copy for which I voluntarily leave my honest review
I’ve been anxiously awaiting this first book in the duet, and it is incredible! The story of Stefan and Gabriela will hold you entranced from beginning to end. So much so, that I just couldn’t put it down and read it in one sitting! Stefan is not a man to fool with. He is a total alpha who when he wants something, nothing can stop him. When something happens in his past, he comes to take his revenge by taking Gabriela from the clutches of her Father. Gabriela is young, and has no choice. Make no mistake, Gabriela is a force to be reckoned with. She is a strong, intelligent, takes no nonsense type of young woman and she won’t make it easy on him. As I read, I felt that these two truly belong together, but sometimes people and circumstances won’t allow that to happen. So many secrets, so many lies, but also so much chemistry and lust between them. I’m a lover of Mafia Romance, and this book absolutely delivers it in spades. I can’t wait for the the conclusion to their story. Will they end up together? I certainly hope so!
Stephan and Gabriella had an u usual meeting. Now they must wade through lies, secrets and half truths. This was a perfect dark mystery
OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mafia Romance was never like this!!!!!!!!!!
The plotline is divine. This book is complex. Layers on layers of emotions. What can I say… I LOVED IT!
Gabriela is the thorn at his father’s side. Once you get to know her, you will side with her. Her father is a monster! All she is doing is trying to escape the inevitable destiny that her father has chosen for her to no avail.
As she is once again caught, she comes back home to find out a new arranged marriage has been agreed to. One problem. The man she is now supposed to marry is the mysterious man who surprised her in her bedroom on her sixteenth birthday. He only had a message for her father, but the impression he made on her, left her trembling in fear. This was in addition to the scent he had about him… the scent of DEATH.
As Gabriela prepares to marry Stefan, she continues to wonder if she has gone from the frying pan into the fire. She is still fighting for her own freedom. Life with her soon to be husband in Sicily is definitely not better than what she had with her father. Or is it?
Great book! Great writing! Great plotline!
I am voluntarily reviewing this book. Thanks to the author for sharing a copy with me.
