If you like thrillers, this is a page-turner!
I have just finished reading a haunting story that had me hooked right until the last page. Rick Mofina has excelled himself with this story of tragic events which almost tear a family apart, but which at the same time pull them together. There are heart wrenching, tear jerking moments, as well as scary action in the wilds of Montana. I felt as if …
If the name Rick Mofina is on the cover of a book, I want it NOW!!!!!
The many twists and turns the plot takes keeps the reader hanging on to see what will happen next.
Heart racing, heart pounding story that could have been taken right out of the news. Book keeps you guessing until the end, filled with believable characters and plot. Highly recommend!
What a book!!! There’s not an emotion he doesn’t touch, well I should say grab; heck, at times I even got mad at Rick himself!
I won’t go into detail about the story, I just suggest that you read it! This book was my introduction to his work and, many books later, I am still a great fan of his!
Well written, page Turner,many twists.
Great read.
Good & Interesting and suspenseful
New author for me. Really enjoyed the book.
I like stories taking place in the NW and could relate to the story.
I have a new favorite author. I could not put this down.
Interesting storyline; edge of your seat suspenseful. Great job weaving the characters into the suspense.
Can’t go wrong with a Mofina book! I’ve loved every one I’ve read so far….keep them coming !
Not for the faint-hearted!
I very much enjoyed the story. I has a good mix of drama, suspense and magic, yet it takes the time to show caring for someone in spite of her defenses. Well done.
A real page turner, even the twist have twist and the FBI rule book was useless. There is a true hero and everybody can make a mistake The mistake doesn’t rule our hero out. Too many chiefs our hero is an Indian Give dad for some credit for have being in pressure situations.
Don’t miss this book. Best book I’ve read in awhile. Plot was excellent. Only c/o is too many characters – hard to keep track of them all.
Keeps you interested until the end as you are not sure what is going to be the outcome .
Without a doubt, Cold Fear by Rick Mofina is definitely a five star read from beginning to end. This story is as much a psychological thriller and mystery as it is a heart stopping search and rescue page turner. All the characters are so life like that the reader feels as if he knows them personally. It’s easy to identify and empathize with them, …
