As a wedding photographer, Cara Mitchell only sees love through the lens of her camera. She has no time for trying to figure it out on her own. So when her temporary trip to Maple Glen to help her aunt turns into a matchmaking attempt, Cara has no idea that Vince Bradley, Maple Glen’s finest deputy and the very man she’s been hoping to avoid, would be the one writing her a ticket for parking in a … parking in a restricted zone.
So much for small town charm.
Vince knows Cara isn’t planning to stick around. Her heart lies with her clients in the city. But that doesn’t stop him from handing over his own heart to the gorgeous stranger who swept into his life so unexpectedly.
Can Vince convince Cara that she deserves the happiness she captures in her photographs? Or will she return to the city and leave him to try and remember life without her?
Everything’s sweet in Maple Glen and Vince has no intentions of letting Cara leave without realizing that for herself.

Cara was home to help her aunt Fran at her coffee shop, but has to decide if she was going back to the big city to work with her friend. Vince was a deputy sheriff that was back after a vacation, when he put a ticket on Cara’s car. Aunt Fran is going to be playing a little matchmaker.
Super sweet story of Cara a girl who has been hurt by boyfriends and a bit unsure. She came to Maple Glen to see her family and have a little vacation. She never thought she would meet anyone that would claim her heart so fast. Vince is a sheriff in the town and moved there after his break up with his girlfriend. He’s always put love on the back burner since he wasn’t thinking it would ever work out for him. But Fran playing matchmaker with these two and they hit it off. Cara was so upset that she was going to leave him but the thing is she left her heart with him and Maple Glen. Will Cara chose love or the career that she also loves and enjoys? It’s hard to know what to do but love has a chance so..
You need to read to find out…..
Another wholesome small town romance winner from this author. I loved these characters and even the supporting characters were awesome!! Great, feel good story!
After meeting Cara in It Takes Two I was excited that she was getting her own book. She was a feisty character and I was really interested in her story. She returned to Maple Glen to help her Aunt Fran in the coffee shop. This is supposed to be temporary, before she gets back to the wedding planning business she has with her friend (she’s the photographer).
Vince is another fun character! He’s the local deputy sheriff in this small town. He seems like a sweet guy who just wants to do his work the right way. Vince has had his heart broken before and doesn’t want that happening again.
Vince and Cara meet in a funny way and neither of them expect anything to come of it. They keep seeing each other (he comes in for coffee everyday) and they slowly start to bond. I loved the connection you could feel from the start and how easy they talked to each other. There was a lot of humor and swoon-worthy moments (let’s just say he’s good at thinking of dates).
A lot of romances have some angst and drama, but this one is pretty straightforward. It was nice to have a romance that leaves a smile on your face without breaking your heart too much to get there. I loved that fact that Coffee for Two shows us that your dreams will follow you everywhere if you really want to make it work.
It was great to be back in this small town with its amazing characters and I really can’t wait for the next book. Small towns like this really make me want to live in one or start in my own Hallmark movie! This author really knows how to write feel good books that make you fall for her characters.
This was a great following up to the first book. Vince is just one yummy cop.
Sweet, small town romance at its best! I have adored Cara since the beginning of the series, and I am so happy she and Vince were the couple to get the second book. I absolutely LOVE Aunt Fran and cannot wait to see how she finagles her next matched pair into getting together. If you haven’t read a Christina Butrum book before, you should really give her books a try. I want to move to Maple Glen and have coffee at Fran’s every morning with the girls!
I adored Cara and Vince’s story. I think it’s my new favorite. It all started with a parking ticket and then there was no turning back. Vince has an amazing heart. The way he pays attention to Cara and supports her in the things she’s passionate about just makes you swoon. So sweet.
I love Cara too. She’s such a strong and compassionate person. It was so easy for me to relate to her.
I would definitely recommend this book to others that love charming, small town romances.
While I love Vince and Cara – Aunt Fran steals the show!!!
This one was sooo cute, it had everything I LOVE in a small town romance, especially the meddling family members. Vince and Cara met in the most unconventional way and you can just feel the connection. In the end, I am so happy that Cara has a friend and business partner like Autumn…
I’m addicted to the town of Maple Glen and can’t wait to read what Christina comes up with next!
A quick read sweet romance that pulls you in from the beginning and doesn’t let you go.
Vince left the big city for a much quieter life in Maple Glen. Cara left Maple Glen for the big city. Now they are both in Maple Glen at the same time. The chemistry and connection is quick between the two. Vince wants Cara to stay and Cara is ready to get back to her life?
Will Cara see that she really can have it all – family, love, dreams and a career? Or will she leave it all behind once again?
Second book I have read from Christina and the second from the town of maple glen. This one I have to say was better than the first one. A parking ticket starts it all. Vince is the local cop in town and doesn’t take his job lightly. He finds her car parked illegally one morning and gives her a ticket. She comes into the famous coffee shop owner by her aunt Fran complaining about the ticket. Little does she know Vince was the guy her aunt Fran was hoping to set her up with. But will things work out between them? Or will her love of the big city tear them apart? I loved this storyline. How great the chemistry was between these two and how easily you could see they belonged together. Just one amazing storyline from beginning to end.
Christina Butrum writes adorable, small town romances. Coffee for Two might be my absolute favorite of hers so far! I seem to always enjoy her sweet, southern feel to her stories. The characters always have heart and are genuinely good people. This is no different for Cara and Vince. I adored Cara. She’s this smart and savvy business woman that’s living her dream as a weeding photographer. She returns to Maple Glenn, temporarily, to help her aunt with her coffee shop. Aunty Fran is awfully naughty and does a bit of match-making with the local deputy sheriff Vince. Vince might have shot himself in the foot though by giving Cara a ticket right off the bat!
Coffee for Two had all the charm I expected. I always find myself smiling these sweet little smiles during Miss Butrum’s books. Her writing is clear and upbeat. I adore how she brings her characters to life and really makes them these average people, like myself. Cara is a woman who I could really relate to and understand. She has a dream and she’s been lucky enough to live her dream. Same with Vince, he has a life he enjoys and loves. Are they able to meet in the middle and build new dreams together?
I received an ARC of this book with the hope that I would leave an Unbiased Opinion. I was not required to leave a review, positive or otherwise, and my opinions are just that… my opinions.
Oh my Christina!!! A heartfelt, emotional, very touching, and loving romance story. A page turner at it’s best keeping me so intrigued in wondering what would happen next. Cara who loves her photography job in the city with her best friend Autumn, who comes back to help her Aunt Fran at her coffee shop, who has no plan on staying, and her aunt and her matchmaking with the town police officer Vince. I cried actual tears for these two. Where would Cara’s heart take her back to the city or to stay in Maple Glen? One of the best romance books I have read and I can’t wait til the next from you. Your an awesome author that pull your readers right in from the beginning to the end. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you.
This is a sweet romance dealing with the characters of Cara and Vince. Cara is a successful business woman (a photographer) and Vince is in law enforcement in the small town Cara has returned to in order to help her aunt with her cafe.
Cara and Vince were both very easy to like. Their “official meeting” was one of my favorite parts of the book. It was very interesting, to say the least (you’ll have to read it). Cara is positive that she’s happy with her life back home, until she gets to know Vince better. Their hearts may be melding, but Vince knows Cara is leaving to go back to her successful photography job in Minnesota. Should he try to change her mind? Is it even possible?
Butrum has taken two characters with different backgrounds and brought them together in such a way that is sure to melt your heart.
I was given a complimentary copy of this book. All thoughts are my own.
Back to Maple Glen for this romance.
I loved this entertaining sweet romance. From the 1st traffic ticket that he left to the end, I loved it. This book and the previous book in this series is a must read!!!
Love Aunt Fran – the matchmaker…..
Definitely hoping for more Maple Glen….
Cara Mitchell left Maple Glen to pursue her dream career as a wedding photographer. When she returns to Maple Glenn temporarily to help her aunt in her coffee shop, Aunt Fran engages in a little matchmaking.
Deputy Sheriff Vince Bradley is the man that Aunt Fran has picked out for Cara. Vince leaves a ticket on Cara’s car before they are even introduced to one another. This complicates matters, but Aunt Fran is one determined matchmaker!
I really enjoyed revisiting the charming town of Maple Glen and meeting even more of its residents. I recommend Coffee for Two and the entire Maple Glen series. Ms. Butrum has become one of my favorite authors. I look forward to reading the next book in this series.
Maple Glen is the perfect little town, does that mean it doesn’t have it’s problems? Of course not! No matter where you got here will be something.
I loved getting to see Fran again! She has something about her that you can’t help but love! Christina did a great job with these characters and town! I can’t wait for more.
Helping her aunt Fran at the local coffee shop, photographer Cara has had a run of bad luck. First a break up, then a broken down car and the icing on the cake, a parking ticket. But to make matters worse the same person who her aunt is trying to fix her up with is the same person who have her a ticket. Being a sheriff’s deputy in Maple Glen is a change of pace from the big city. Falling in love with Cara us one thing but when her heart is set in going home, the only thing that will happen these two is heartbreak. Christina Butrum has done it again either fantastic characters and storyline. She is my go to for all things sweet romance.
Every once in a while you come across an author and a story that touches your soul and this was it. There is a thing called love and it’s shown in all of her books but this series is my favorite and comes highly recommended. I can read it over and over and love it even more every time. The characters are perfect and the story is flawless.
I absolutely love Christina Butrum’s small town romance books. Coffee for Two takes us back to the charming town of Maple Glen. This story is sweet, romantic, and steamy. I got whisked away as if I were really there. A must read!!
Fran who is Cara’s Aunt owns the coffee shop in the small town of Maple Glen. Fran is know as the local matchmaker. Cara an her best friend Autumn leave the small town looking to open their own photography shop in the big City. A new Deputy comes to town looking for the small town life and to get away from problems. Soon after a visit home when Cara goes back to her apartment with Autumn, they both realize they miss the small town life. Just remember that there’s always Coffee for Two. One for me and One for you. You have got to read this book. It is so captivating that I read it in one day. I love the style of writing by this Author. This book is a must read.
