Six hot pilots are ready and waiting for you to take off with them! Pack your bags and get to the airport! It’s time to join the mile high club with a brand new romance series starting this Christmas!Caroline loves Christmas because it’s the one time of year that she’s guaranteed to have all her kids together under one roof. They’d been coming to their winter cabin in Switzerland ever since her … since her first born arrived, and it became a tradition the whole family clung to. This year everything changes when tension snow piles from her middle son bringing his first serious girlfriend along and all of her other children expressing their individuality in ways she isn’t prepared for.
Harvey doesn’t do days off, he’s not the vacation type, but it’s been a tough year as owner of Parker Airlines. He is so ready to spend some quality time with his wife. Much as he’d never admit it, his relationship with aviation came before his marriage one too many times this year. He is determined to make this Christmas all about his family, yet Mother Nature has a different plan and disaster strikes.
Can the Parker family weather the storm?
Grab this festive, must read if you love heart warming Christmas stories with a sprinkling of sexy.

This serves as the perfect introduction to the Parker family. We get a glimpse of everyone’s personality, how everyone gets along, and hints of underlying tension and angst. Caroline was a tad too judgmental a couple of times, but I’m pretty sure we’ll be seeing some evolving as the series wears on. And Harvey needs to see his daughter as more than a little girl, but again…I’m sure we’ll see that. Overall, I think this is a great way to see who will likely take on what role in each story.
This is a great short story and prequel to the series. New authors to me, but the way they carefully imtroduced the family makes me wamt to jump into the rest of the books. Amazing characters.
Christmas Cockpit is a heartwarming and delightful Christmas read. I truly enjoyed reading about these two characters. I look forward to reading more of this series. Its well written story and a good storyline.
I read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are of my own.
Title: Cockpit Christmas: Cockpit Series Prequel (Cockpit Christmas Series)
Author: C. Lesbirel and Britney Bell
Genre: Contemporary romance
My rating: 5 Stars
Had a great time reading this wonderful story. It’s a quick read that’s fast paced full of laughter and lots of love. The story starts with the Parker’s: a loving couple who effortlessly model what a husband and wife truly stand for. “Family first and loyalty being their motto.” I loved how no matter how much time flew by their love never wavered. Really fun watching the whole family dynamic unfold. Can’t wait to see what these authors have in store next. I highly recommend reading.
*I received this ARC in exchange for an honest review*
“Cockpit Christmas” (A Cockpit Series Prequel) by Britney Bell and C. Lesbirel is a good read. This is the first time I’ve read any work from these authors, and it won’t be the last. This is a nice start to this series. I enjoyed meeting the Parker family and I’m looking forward to seeing what happens next in this series in “Take Me Away” (The Cockpit Series Book 1). Highly recommend to all fans of romance, pilots, family, and series.
I’m loving The Parkers in this Cockpit Series!! Woowee what drama came to visit them for Christmas but was quickly handled before she came up missing!! Paige just didn’t know what kind of hornets nest she stirred up in this close knit family!! There were SO many good quotes, but I think this one may be one of my top three favorites…’Be yourself and you will never go out of fashion’. Words to live by. Looking forward to reading Liam’s story next…
I received a free review copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Wow wow wow
This is a fantastic book. Greatly written and omg wanting more.
This family is what America is about. Family love happiness. Going from having nothing to having the world.
I want to know about each and everyone of those great kids.
A short fast read that prequels to a new series based around the Parker family. This story sets the stage with a quick Christmas gathering at the family’s mountain vacation home.
This novella was as heartwarming as a mug of homemade hot cocoa with extra mini marshmallows! Perfect for the Christmas time setting of the short read!
It is not often, when reading series based on siblings that authors take the time to focus mainly on the parents. Harvey and Caroline built not only their airline empire but their strongly rooted family. This book has beautifully set up the introduction to their children. It shows different key points of each child’s personality introducing them but at the same time, still promising more to dive into and expand upon in the upcoming books.
While it is wonderful for the ladies to provide glimpses into the children for our introductions, they were able to flawlessly write Harvey and Caroline’s love story in a few short chapters. Caroline calls out to all the ladies that want to be strong and powerful in the business world, to be able to stand by her husband as an equal but to also know that the heart lies at home with a full house and people to love. And Harvey… swoon! He is fierce and has a tough exterior as he has to for being a man who grew an empire; however, he knows he needs his wife and children to be fulfilled. And of course we all want a man who will look at us that same way when we’re 56!
“You were the one who wore that dress. Tell me you don’t want more, and I’ll stop.” That was a lie, the entire Chinese army could march in here right now, but they wouldn’t be able to stop me from making love to my wife.
Wonderful start to what I know is going to be a series that pulls at my heart strings and deal with real life situations, but will bring all of us readers back to what should really be focused on in life. Beautiful ladies!!
I received an advanced copy on this book and have voluntarily provided my honest review.
Six hot pilots at a Christmas cabin! Really that’s enough said, but this little novella is so much more than that. It’s packed full of love, family, winter weather and cozy fires. I highly suggest grabbing it today!
OMG this prequel Novella is starting it all… I can tell that I am going to LOVE this family. It feels like a big tease and a beautiful taste to what is coming. Mom (Caroline) and Dad (Harvey) are intriguing, spicy, and fun.
Dear dad is the patriarch running an Airline and the show, or so you think, until you experience what Mom has to say. She is all kinds of fierce mixed with heart. She loves and is protective of all her children. She has a classy momma bear quality about her. Can you tell I have bonded with this character? Haha.
Caroline and Harvey have a beautiful story to tell with all their grown children peppered throughout. You see that they not only have a great love but they are amazing parents. Eek. Hope you feel my excitement cause I enjoyed this read and look forward to more.
Oh the cover is a bit misleading. This couple is mature obviously if they have grown children. Yeah. My happy dance is happening. It is another thing that makes me like this book. I love when characters over fifty have an interesting and sexy story to tell. Wink.
The icing on the cake is that it is set at Christmas time. Christmas and family really do go hand in hand. Definitely some of my favorite qualities for an exceptional story. Happy Reading Everyone!
Absolutely loved Cockpit Christmas Prequel, loved getting to know Harvey & Caroline and their not so small family! Loved all the Parker siblings l am excited about this Cockpit Series! Bring on Take Me Away!
This was a short but sweet written novella.
It is the prequel to a new series about the Parker family who own and run Parker airlines.
I thought the book was well written and look forward to reading the series…
Love, loyalty and family above all. Bring it on.
I was given an arc for an honest review
The beautifully written storyline and the wonderfully created characters made this book a very enjoyable read! This was the first book that I have read by these two authors and it definitely will not be the last!
This is my first book by Britney Bell and C. Lesbirel and probably wont be my last either. I was lucky enough to win this book as an ARC, this book was the perfect novella to get you ready for the Christmas Holiday. It was about Caroline and Harvey, Harvey owns the Parker airlines, and they have six grown children. This book is defiantly getting you ready for the rest of the Cockpit Series. Al aboard grab those bags we are all going on a trip with the Parker Airlines!
This prequel to the Cockpit series has me flying high and strapped in for this series. A great introduction that gives you an insight to the family and the dramas that surround them in life and love. As the Parker family come together for Christmas, Caroline and Harvey re-evaluate what is important at this point in their life along with adjusting to the realization that their children are all grown up. As a storm brews inside and out, changes are looming and only time will tell if the Parker children will get their happily ever after just like their parents did. Don’t know about you but I’ve booked my flight with Parker Aviation and cannot wait to see where this trip takes me.
Cockpit Christmas is the prequel to a brand-new series. In this book, told in the perspectives of Caroline and Harvey; parents to six grown children. The Parker family spends their Christmas holidays together. That is a family rule. Each of the Parker kids will have their own book. I must say that I am very excited for this series. I loved all the characters. Each of the Parker family members has their own individual personas. Each intense, and complex.
While this book is basically a short novella, introducing the series and it’s staring members, I thought it was very well written. All the feels are present. The family dynamic of the Parkers are love and loyalty first and foremost. I really am looking forward to the first sibling getting his book. I don’t think I have ever read a series where the whole family are pilots. They are established travelers, obviously. An aspect I truly look forward to is watching these pilots travel the world. Just from this novella, I believe the author will do an amazing job with scene setting. Her writing is believable and engaging.
I recommend this book, highly. Fasten your seatbelts, it’s going to be a bumpy ride.!
This is my honest and unbiased review. Thank you for taking the time to read it. 🙂
Perfect form to start a book. Getting to now them through their parents and who is who gets you to want to read everything about them, and let me tell you it won’t disappoint. Can’t wait to read this series complete
Caroline shows what the holidays are truly about. Harvey helps in that department but he seems to speak to us directly – as if we’re a part of the festivities. Some things are just TMI. Part of it is charming because they’re not spring chickens anymore.
We get invited to a family reunion, of sorts, which may have you thinking about your own family celebrations. I get to a point where I start to think of my own parents – it’s a good thing this is a work of fiction. There’re just some things you do not want to think about. But I love the idea of connecting with siblings. This was also the perfect foil for starting a new series and maybe even some new authors. The ending is what will hook the reader into wanting to continue and see where the authors are going to take us – I hope you don’t get airsick.
I was not compensated nor was I required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.
A great introduction into the Parker family. Caroline and Harvey’s love for each other really shines in this novella. You can see where all the siblings get their ideals of love from. A beautiful book.
