18+ for language and sexual situations…The Burning Saints Motorcycle Club is the only family Clutch has known, and violence his only stock and trade. Humanity has handed him nothing but pain and struggle, and he’s come to expect even less from it. As an orphan, he’s always found it easier to bond with machines than with people. Now his club family is in danger of losing its way, its identity, … identity, even its very existence.
Dr. Gina Gardner is newly single, completely unprepared to mingle, and as it turns out, cannot sing and safely operate a motor vehicle at the same time. What she craves is time away to figure out what she wants. What she just might get, however, is a detour to what she needs.
When Clutch and Gina find themselves at the same crossroad, will they speed by each other, collide in a fiery crash, or blaze a new trail together?

This is a great story. Clutch and Gina will have you all caught up in their drama. He is the Sergeant of Arms of his MC and the President has warned him about going after Gina. The fire between him and Gina is too intense and someone is bound to get burned! This is action packed and has you cheering Clutch and Gina on to find their happiness.
Excellent character development throughout this well written story of struggle and acceptance of one’s own life as well as each others. Oh yeah, hot as hell.
Jack Davenport creates wonderfully flawed, believable, sexy alpha bikers and the women who love them. These bad boys have a heart of gold. Yes! I love this author’s work, and I have a new MC series to devour!!
Very good read until the author initiated unneeded S&M. Great ending and the other really wasn’t necessary to complete the story.
I can’t seem to get enough of these books. Keeps me reading and not wanting to put the story down
I LOVE this book!
I have all 4 books in this series and have enjoyed them all. This author is worth reading
Great read!!
An unlikely MC romance that ends in a HEA. Entertaining read.
Eldie and Clutch are fire together. Their story will fill.you with so much emotion that you won’t want to stop reading or for the book to end.
Not really a fan of Eldie or Gina In this book. I mean I get where she is coming from but she came across as whiney and wishy-washy. Despite clutch always being upfront with her about his stance on everything. And to top it off was way more forth coming than he should have been about club business for someone who wasn’t officially an old lady. Loved clutch he is awesome and loyal.
I wasn’t sure about Clutch after reading Minus, but I really enjoyed him here. Gina just seemed too indecisive to me, and for a professional in her 30’s she seemed much younger. Clutch is struggling with the changes in the club because he is now unsure of his place there. He thought Gina was unavailable, but unbeknownst to him she is recently divorced, and their plan for a one night stand doesn’t go the way they expect. So overall I really liked this book, and will start reading Ropes today.
I really enjoyed reading this story, it is exciting and kept my attention from the beginning. I even read it in one sitting.
4 Stars
Clutch is the second title in the Burning Saints MC series, and features Clutch and Eldie, aka Gina.
Gina is a dedicated, strong, confident and independent doctor and is well known to the Burning Saints.
Clutch is the gruff, rough and tough VP of the Burning Saints MC. His world is turned upside down when the only family and life he knows starts to change. The Burning Saints have always been a 1% MC, but have decided to earn their funds legitimately and in law abiding ways, where his strength and brawn are no longer required.
This story is full of heat, heart, humor and the chemistry this pair share is incredibly intense. The love scenes are incredibly hot and steamy.
Although this title is not quite as full of intrigue and suspense as the previous title in the series, it has well placed drama, and angst throughout and I found myself completely captivated. I will be eagerly awaiting future titles in the Burning Saints MC series.
This was an okay book. There were areas I was not into, but I finished the book.
Clutch was definitely willing to do anything for the family he wanted. Gina wasn’t my favorite person with how she was willing to let Clutch leave her life.
