Perfect! Absolutely Perfect!
I have loved every single word of this remarkable series. And Classified was the perfect ending to a series that I’ve totally fallen in love with.
Solo and Panther are two incredible characters who are perfect for each other. Not only do they compliment each other they are both down right sexy. I will definitely be re-reading this beauty, I can not get enough of these two.
*review by Michelle
Mateo and Grant aka Solo and Panther.
Coming out together as a couple, at the Navy ball, was an epic move. Panther’s dad who is also a Navy Commander wasn’t amused, but Solo is too important to be ignored any longer.
Even though they are together they never really dated. So here they are a day on the beach, touring with their bikes.
Panther can’t believe his luck, having Solo as his boyfriend. Nothing can go wrong now, right?
Panther is focused, determined, and steady. The opposite of Solo.
Solo is explosive, wild, doing 200 percent with everything, good or bad. He’s also vulnerable, only showing to the ones he cares for, and that circle is very small after losing his family.
He has trouble bonding, insecurities can mess up his head, he could wait for it.
The end of the ten-week flight competition is near. The big question is who will win and what will happen with them as a couple when they are done.
Following these two hot men was something, never boring, at times playful, at times stubborn, but always with a lot of sexual tension and attraction.
It wasn’t easy for both, one wild and rebellious, the other quite obedient and docile. Opposite with a strong attraction.
Who knew behind the big dirty-mouthed boy hid a romantic at heart.
The hurt could have, for my pleasure, prolonged somewhat longer, it felt a bit OTT by the shortness.
Looking back at the whole series it was very entertaining with a lot of dirty talk but also sweetness, it was fast-paced and captivatingly written.
Overall a series with a lot of testosterone, strong, passionate, and cocky characters and a lot of sexual tension, the flight scenery was well created and convincing. It had a satisfying end.
Classified is the third and final book in The Elite series by Brooke Blaine and Ella Frank. This series has held me captivated from the first word of the first book. These three books need to be read in order. This final book’s focus is on the growing bond between Grant and Mateo. And I want to warn you, a side effect of this book is massive swooning. Consider yourself warned.
“Now that we were together, I knew we could navigate anything that came our way.”
Lieutenants Mateo (Solo) Morgan and Grant (Panther) Hughes are nearing the end of their time attending the Naval Aviation Fighter Academy, the most elite fighter pilot academy in the world. Going in to the Academy, the only thing either of them wanted was to win, to be the best. But now everything has changed. They have fallen in love. One a buttoned up, always follow the rules man and the other one an unpredictable, pushing the boundaries man, together, they have somehow balanced each other out. Where once, their careers were their only focus, now they are both imagining a future together. But how would that work? When they graduate, they could be sent thousands of miles away from each other. Does their time together have an expiration date? Is this all they will get?
“This man made me believe in words like love, forever, mine, and yours. I wanted to have, and be, all of that with him.”
Grant and Mateo’s relationship is out in the open now and they have the freedom to be together publicly as well as privately. They both pretty much were living in the now, trying to just be together and not think about what happens next. But not having the important conversations left a weakness between them, where doubt can find it’s way in.
“This was what it was like to finally find your person, to know that they chose you, you chose them, and nothing would get in the way of what you shared.”
I think of the three books, this was the most beautiful. I loved the dual point of views. I loved getting into both of these men’s heads and knowing how they felt. I loved that they went into the Academy with one focus, one goal, but watching that goal change. That they changed their focus from themselves to each other. That they realized that love means that the most important thing is no longer your own happiness but the happiness of the person you love. This series was amazing and I couldn’t adore these two more.
“The best things were worth waiting and fighting for.”
This series was incredibly well written and hot as hell. The conclusion to Solo and Panther’s journey did not disappoint
I did not want this moment to arrive, because it signified the end of the amazing journey of Mateo and Grant. I have never had my very existence overtaken so completely by characters before. These two own me. Every thought was of them. Every smile belonged to them. Every emotion was theirs. I read every word like it was my last. The story deserved my undivided attention, and boy did I give it to these gents. Their story had depth, integrity, honour and bravery. But the ultimate high was the love Mateo and Grant had for each other. Their love pulsed from the pages. Their passion for each other knew no limits. I was simply and stunningly captivated by the entire Elite series. From beginning to end. This series, the authors and these amazing characters deserve all the stars in the galaxy. Ella and Brooke. Sublime. 5 stars.
This is just the perfect book and ending for these guys.
I’ve absolutely loved this trilogy and Panther and Solo have been such fun to read.
Their relationship is cemented in this final book and the conclusion is very satisfying. The chemistry is super hot and the banter and rivalry is lots of fun.
Loved the lunch scene with his parents, loved the insight into Panthers fathers true feelings.
The ending is incredibly satisfying, I wish we got another chapter but I’m kinda hoping me can maybe get a quick revisit later on. Probably wishful thinking but I live in hope.
The Elite Series by Ella Frank and Brooke Blaine should be in list of must read MM romance of all time! Classified was the spicy, angsty and absolutely breathtaking conclusion of this unforgettable series!
Solo aka Mateo Morgan and Panther aka Grant Hughes are standing on a crucial point of their relationship. There is no point in denying they have scorching hot chemistry. More than that, their heart is full of unspoken love. And now they have to take some tough decisions as their time in NAFTA and Elite programme is coming to an end. Is Panther ready to openly accept Solo as his partner? Is Solo ready to believer he is good enough for Panther?
This story packed more emotions than the last two books. I had a serious case of pounding hearts, teary eyes and aching soul. It’s just incredible to read the depth of love between two gorgeous men. What I loved about this story is I could openly lust after both of them. Period. My heart was a goner for mischievous, reckless and a whole lot of naughty Solo. And it also loved Panther’s proper bossy demeanour. They are like two halfs of a puzzle. They are opposites and they fit so well. And sparks fly every single time! They had to suffer from a lot of heartbreak and pain in this one because of their own stubbornness and their stressful time. But they conquered all! I was just so relieved that everything worked out in the end.
Classified was an action packed, adrenaline fuelled and one hundred percent steamy MM Romance. The drama, the emotions, the characters, the writing- everything hit me hard!
Received ARC for honest review
4.5 Stars!
Classified is the thrilling conclusion to The Elite Series and it needs to be read in order. Also, while I’ll do my best to avoid spoiling the story too much, but at this point, it’s kind of unavoidable, so you’ve been warned.
Mateo (Solo) and Grant (Panther) have gone through a lot since we met them in Danger Zone and now they’re about to start a new phase in their relationship, but with graduation and their future looming on the horizon, old insecurities might arise and endanger what they’re building.
Okay, so I love both of these guys, they have shown so much growth throughout the series. Mateo, the reckless, cocky bad boy matured a lot, not needing to take unnecessary risks or resort to juvenile pranks to draw attention to himself. And Grant, well, he was the opposite, responsible and straightlaced, until he relaxed and learned to actually have some fun. They really brought the best out of each other and provided the balance they each needed between their training at the Elite Program and their personal lives. They had so much chemistry and were super hot together, but by this last installment, they’d transcended that and moved into something deeper and everlasting.
I didn’t particularly like the part where Mateo allowed his insecurities to arise, or the way he handled it, but all things considered, it was understandable that he reacted like he did and that’s all I’ll say about that.
This was a fantastic read, and damn if that epilogue didn’t make me cry happy tears, it was perfection and so fitting for Mateo and Grant. Definitely a must-read, just don’t forget to start with book 1!

Well I have to say Classified is quite the ending to The Elite series by Brooke Blaine and Ella Frank! It has everything we wish for in a culmination of a scorching hot trilogy from this pair! You do have to read books one and two to enjoy Classified! I just wish it wasn’t over!
Solo and Panther have had an interesting journey! Going into the Aviation Fighter Academy(for the most elite), they each had a singular focus-win! It was so enlightening to see their focus change from career driven to each other and beyond. I am a fan of the dual point of view, and I feel this book shined by giving us what was really going on inside their heads! It showcased how different but alike these guys were. I loved their banter and how they ulitmately expressed their feelings. It took a bit for Solo to rein it in, and Panther to loosen up, but they finally got their day in the sun!
Overall, this was such a sexy and romantic series! The authors attention to detail was noted! Solo and Panther were very likeable guys, and their friends were great buddies! A couple of them may deserve their own happy endings, of which, I would be delighted to read!
Classified was another entertaining, sweet, and steamy read as well as a good wrap up to the series. Grant has always been my favorite of the two, but Mateo made a lot of progress since book one. Grant is more level headed and is very sweet and caring. He’s a real stand-up guy and I have really enjoyed him throughout these three books. Mateo started out rocky with me and I wasn’t always a fan of his attitude and snark, but I’m proud of all the progress he’s made. He can still be his sarcastic, “I’m the best” self, but he now has this whole other sweet and open side to him that’s brought out because of his relationship with Grant. I like him so much more now. Their relationship has some issues for sure, but they’re a strong duo. I really have enjoyed reading their journey to get to their HEA. I really wish we could have had a specific scene, but apparently that’s classified *I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.*
Classified is the third book in The Elite trilogy and if you thought Solo and Panther had it going on in the first two books just wait, because these two men just get hotter and hotter!
Panther and Solo are used to taking risks in their job and now they have to take the biggest risk of all in order to have it all!
I just love these two men and this book is five steamy stars of swoon worthy moments, but I don’t want to spoil their story for you so grab your copy and enjoy! You won’t be disappointed!
I liked this one, but it wan’t my favorite of the trilogy. It was nice to see Panther and Solo together more, but also I expected more conflict? I don’t know, but otherwise it was a trilogy as a whole.
I have to say though I really did love the ending.
I received this book at my request and have voluntarily left this unbiased review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.
Classified is the third and final book in the The Elite series by Ella Frank & Brooke Blaine. You can not read it as standalone. I can’t really say much about the story without spoiling anything so this should be fast.
Two men. Two elite fighter pilots. One Academy. Only one can come out on top. They both want it. They have to fight for it. They also have to fight for what they want outside of the academy. While Solo is out and proud, Panther hasn’t taken that step. He is afraid to shake things up. He is the by the book type of guy while Solo is the type to color outside of the lines. Can they figure out what is going to happen at the end of their twelve weeks?
I love these guys!! Seriously, love them. I read this in one sitting. I didn’t want to put it down. I had to know what was next up in their story. High-speed. Passionate. Intense. That is them. I loved every minute of it. They made me laugh, cry, and blush.
Quotes:
“Okay, that tequila is kicking in.”
“Don’t need tequila to see how hot you are.”
“Both of me?” Solo’s lips quirked as I pulled back to look at him.
“Mhmm. Which one to kiss first…”
“Change the subject, Solo. Or we’re about to get arrested for indecent exposure.”
“Really?” He reached up and slid his glasses down so he could look at me over the top of them. “It might just be worth it to see you in a pair of handcuffs.”
“You were grieving. You acted out. You’re human, as much as you hate to admit it, and hey, maybe drawing dicks in the sky was cathartic for you.”
Classified is the conclusion to the high flying MM Elite series. A perfect ending to an intense trilogy.
Panther and Solo have shown tremendous growth throughout their time together and were able to keep their intense relationship blazing hot, but once their training ends what will happen to them? While neither of them want to really discuss their future, they also know their time is running short and the possibility of being deployed to opposite ends of the world is very real.
Panther is ready to stop hiding and brings his relationship with Solo forward. Ready to risk it all he makes a statement by letting everyone know that Solo is his and for the first time in a long time he feels happy. Sharing simple things like dates and spending all of his free time with the man he’s falling fast for.
Solo may still be cocky, but being with Panther has smoothed his edges out. For the first time ever he’s looking towards a future and he doesn’t want to face it alone. He actually likes having a partner in the air and on the ground and the thought of losing Panther actually scares him.
With the two of them hiding from the future it leaves them in a cloud of doubt and easy for vultures to step in and stir that doubt up. Will their connection be enough to survive?
I love where these two men have come from and what their relationship has grown into. Their vulnerability is endearing, the passion is hot and they complete each other so well. The Elite series is an excellent read overall!
It is finally time for Grant and Mateo’s finale. They have resisted, given in, caught feelings and now it is time for them to figure out what is next. And it all starts right where we left off at the Navy Ball…
But for these guys not everything can go smoothly. They are both growing and changing, but still have some issues. Grant (Panther) usually is the rule-follower with high expectations placed on him. Mateo (Solo) is reckless, outspoken, and uses humor to hide his inner anxiety and emotions. He had walls in place to avoid getting hurt. But they are both realizing that maybe the rewards can be greater than the risk.
But even once they start to figure out their own feelings, they still have challenges. They have to worry about other people’s perceptions and opinions as well as what each of their futures will look like. They started school with razor focus and clear cut goals, but now they find their priorities and focus might be shifting.
Being at NAFTA will change their lives in ways they never even considered. But what happens once school is done?
This was an engaging, witty, sexy, opposites-attract love story full of action and feels. I adored Grant and Mateo who are the most swoon-worthy of heroes. From rivals, to friends, to lovers these two are so passionate, fun, hot, and sweet together. They never saw the other coming, but once they got there it was hard to look away. They balanced each other out and pushed and challenged each other to really live life and be true to themselves.
I enjoyed their friends Gucci, Houdini, and Whiplash and their competition and camaraderie. The whole premise of two Navy men in an Elite flight school added more interest and issues to the mix. I loved this final installment because it gives us the good stuff that we have been waiting for, lets their personalities shine, and wraps everything up. These authors have written another unputdownable trilogy with charismatic and lovable characters, and created a world that I am not really ready to leave.
I need to say upfront, that I’m usually a bit leery of a 3rd book in a trilogy, knowing that the main couple has already realized they are meant for each other. But Ella Frank and Brooke Blaine brought their very best with Classified and I couldn’t help but love it from start to finish. Fearful that it would just be the usual kind of lovey-dovey fest, I was happily surprised (although I should have known better so my bad) as Blaine and Frank give us just enough angst and bumps in the road to make Solo and Panther’s inevitable road to their permanent HEA wildly irresistible.
The best part for me, was getting to see Solo become a more thoughtful person and Panther become a bit more confident and assertive. They clearly bring out the best in each other and clearly rubbing off one another, whether it’s in the sky or in the bedroom. The chemistry is even more addictive in this last book, with declarations of love meaningful and poignant. With sharp innuendos thrown out at the most inopportune times, I couldn’t help but chuckle at these two soulmates and their loving banter. Not to mention the rest of the Elite and their good-natured ribbing whenever they got the chance.
There are a few rough patches that were well-placed and gave both Solo and Panther a chance to truly show just how much they meant to the other. And then, of course, they way they worship each other’s bodies, let’s just say Blaine and Frank know how to make me squirm with these crazy good sexual trysts.
Picking up right where we left off in Danger Zone, we get to see it all: Solo and Panther’s journey to the ultimate in HEA’s, their graduation and a glimpse into their future, 18 months later. I will miss these two beautiful men and hope we get to visit with them again.
The entire Elite series is a great ride and I happily give Classified a solid 5 stars!
What a fantastic series this was its absolutely amazing well written by these wonderful, authors Ella Frank and Brooke Blaine..
The feels that this last book gave me is the same as the previous books in this series, perfectly wonderful.
I thought I could read half and then the other half in the morning , don’t be silly I read through the night .. Now I will read this stunning series again.
So much love in this book , the guys , Mateo and Grant are as one .
No spoilers at all, but this is a series I need to buy in paperback .
I can’t praise this series enough and this last book Classified is the icing on the cake .
This is a magnificent book .
Ending a series or trilogy that you love is always bittersweet. No matter how much you want to see everything wrap up perfectly, it sucks saying goodbye. That’s exactly how I felt starting Classified. I was so excited, then thought maybe I could draw it out, but of course, I read it all in one day and was sad, yet happy when it ended.
Panther and Solo are so freaking great together. Their growth over the course of the three books, not only as a couple but as men, was beautiful and very entertaining. I laughed a lot reading this book thanks to Solo and the things that come out of his mouth being so unpredictable. I also swooned a lot throughout this book, again mostly because Solo is so unpredictable.
The ending was absolute perfection, but that’s what I’ve come to expect from Brooke Blaine and Ella Frank. These two are almost as perfect a duo as Panther and Solo. I can’t wait to see what they have up their sleeves next.
The perfect ending for my perfect guys. I loved Solo and Panther so hard. Their witty banter. Their cocky attitudes. And their fierce loyalty. Sure we have a couple twists tossed into the end but Matteo and Grant made sure to dig deep down into my heart and kept tugging those strings until the last page. Their connection was sweet, angsty with a side of Matteo’s untamed impulsiveness thrown in there to keep us entertained. I can’t stop smiling.
