Raven’s secrets have shaped the woman she is; solitary and closed off. After being let down by the one person that should have always been there, Raven has built her wall up so high, nobody could possibly scale them. She takes care of herself. She has her own back. She might live surrounded by her brother’s club, the Fallen Lords MC, but the family and brotherhood they preach is a load of crap … and she isn’t buying any of it.
Babysitting his president’s baby sister isn’t a hardship. Keeping Raven safe from the Ultra isn’t a problem for a man like Clash either. Keeping her from being destroyed by her inner demons is what threatens to bring him to his knees. When truths come to light and clash with reality, Clash is determined to be the one Raven can count on. Even if she refuses to admit it’s what she needs.

Clash is another great story of the Fallen Lords MC . Raven is a woman with sass, secrets, talent and so much grit. She keeps her emotions to herself expect for the attitidude that she gives to everyone around her including Clash. The walls that she has built around her are their for her protection.
The moment that he was assigned to watch Raven she captivated him . Clash has watched her never let her gurad down but slowly he is wearing down her armor by just being himself. They have a crazy witty sexually charged banter and I loved getting to them !!

Raven learned at a young age how she couldn’t rely on her brother as he left her in a hell that she barely survived. She has a huge chip on her shoulder and a target on her back. So she is now staying at her brother’s MC clubhouse and being watched by her warden Clash. Clash never expected the sassy woman that he was assigned to watch would lead him down this road. His job was to watch her and now he wants more. Great story and I love this series, I can’t wait for more from this author. She definitely knows how to write an amazing MC book.
The story pulled me in right from the very beginning like all of Winter Travers books. Clash was giving the job of keeping an eye on Raven and Raven wanted no part of the club. Raven kept to herself and was very mean to everyone but that was because she was keeping some secrets about the past. Clash was able to look past Raven’s attitude with everyone and get to know the real her. I enjoyed their story and I am waiting for the next Winter Traver’s book.
Another great addition to the Fallen Lords series. If you are like me, and have read this series from the start, this particular book brings Raven and her brother, Wrecker (the Prez), full circle. As such, even though this book can easily be read as a standalone, it would be a much better reading experience if you’ve read the prior books in the series (In My Humble Opinion). The author has given us a great storyline involving Raven and Clash and lets us catch up with the status of the club, the bikers and of course their ol’ ladies. However, this addition may have triggers for some so be forewarned.
Raven has been a bitchy, troubled soul ever since she arrived at the clubhouse. She doesn’t get along with anyone and just seems to cause trouble at every turn. Clash has been assigned the task of keeping an eye on her, or as she so fondly put’s it, he’s become her warden. But the more he watches her the more he senses there is more to her than meets the eye. However the more he tries to befriend her and be there for her, the more she pushes him away, just like she has everyone else in the clubhouse. Then one fated night, the truth comes bubbling out in front of Clash and her brother Wrecker. Will her finally opening up bring peace or cause even more friction in the clubhouse?
This is a very well written storyline. At various times, my heart ached for all three: Raven, Clash and Wrecker and had me hoping for any kind of happy ending. 2 Thumbs Up and 5 stars for Clash and the entire Fallen Lords series, I Highly recommend grabbing them all up and enjoying the ride.
Finally the story of Wrecker’s sister! After reading Wrecker’s story and getting a little insight into Raven and her personality, I was dying to find out what happened to cause that personality and feelings towards not only Wrecker, but the MC as a whole. It was heartbreaking to read what Raven had been through both with and without her family, and it made sense the actions and personality she had in relation. While Clash initially takes on the babysitting role reluctantly, the more he spends time with Raven the feelings begin and continue to develop for the both of them and they start to understand each other and their responses. When everything finally comes out and Raven’s flight response hits, Clash does anything he can do to find her but is unsuccessful and waits until she comes back to address their feelings and situation. Overall, this was an enjoyable story aside from there not being any catalyst moment like in the previous stories. I was most excited in reading the last chapter, because I know the next book is going to be SO GOOD!
I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
Wow, opposites really do attract.
Raven just can’t forget now that she’s stuck living with the MC her brother abandoned her for all those years ago and she has a warden with her 24/7 . Raven was a little bratty but once you found out the reason it’s a little bit justified . Clash was right all she had to do was be upfront and put all her feelings out there on the table . Raven with Clash is such a great couple, because she’s a little crazy and he’s so level headed . I really didn’t know if they were gonna end up together by the end of the book, because they had a mutual hate for each other …loved that tension .
A favorite series continues.
Clash has been assigned to watch over the president’s sister. She’s got attitude. No one seems to like her and she likes it that way. His job is to deal with it. The more time he spends with her the more he wonders what made her this way. Until he finds out.
Raven didn’t want to be here. She didn’t want to be by her brother–not that he cared. Clash was just one of the brothers at her brother’s beck and call. That is until she started to get closer to him. A little alcohol and persistence from Clash and she let him know. Putting him in the middle of a situation that couldn’t end well for him. The last thing she expected was understanding and then more…much more.
The Girl’s Club is a riot. Will they include Raven? These ladies keep their guys on their toes and in their beds with enjoyment for the reader. That group of women is a big reason this series is so good.
As usually there is plenty of steam, family/club loyalty, and a read you won’t want to end. Bring on the next.
I thought the way Winter told the story of Raven and Clash was very on point. Raven has such a sad life and what she had to go through was terrible. The was Clash helped her was truly an amazing love story. I love to see the rest of the group also. Love this series!!!
I received an ARC in return for an honest review. While this book can be read as a stand-alone, if you haven’t read previous books in the series you will feel like you missed the beginning. I feel like it would have been better if the story began or at least had flashbacks to when she first came to the club in the first few chapters. I’ll liked the back and forth between Clash and Raven but I missed the build up between them so when they finally kissed it wasn’t as monumental for me. The story was good but I probably wouldn’t read it again.
Disclaimer: I did have all the books in the series but i did review it based on someone reading it as a stand-alone.
Winter Travers does it again, never disappoints. Clash and Raven’s journey was intriguing, intense, and enjoyable. Loved Raven’s fiery spirit. She gave everyone a run for their money. Clash is amazing, an alpha male, a little gruff, but knows how to be protective, caring, and simply wonderful. I enjoyed every single moment of this story.
I won’t lie, before this book came out I was a little worried. I wasn’t sure how Winter was going to be able to get me to like Raven. She really was just that big of a bitch in previous books. But I was wrong, I shouldn’t have been worried at all. This book does beautiful justice to Raven, helping to understand her and see her open up.
Clash and Raven are great together. Two people who are willing to take the time to see the other person and allow them to do/be what they need in any given moment. This series just keeps getting better and better. The characters are well developed and each story sucks you in from the first page.
So open mind here…I was pretty sure I hated Raven. I mean I love love the “Girl Gang”, feel almost like I am part of it. Lol. Raven is a witch with a B. Sorry Amazon can be an A and blocks my reviews sometimes. Anyhow I am now Team Rash or Claven how ever you wanna put it. Raven is actually now one of my favorites and Clash oh my freaking hot sticks….Wrecker I’m sorry….have you seen this freaking cover…I got wet, well my Kindle screen did after I licked it. Much love Winter Travers, your books make me happy.
I wondered what would happen with Clash and Raven. She is so against the club and her brother , then slowly there two got closer and they found out more about each other and opened up and secrets were told, when she runs she runs to a 0lace no one expected and finds out just who she is and wants to be with.
I loved their story.
This is the 6th book in this phenomenal series, and is Raven and Clash’s turn. In this story we get to learn more about Raven and why she acts the way she does, and her journey is an emotional roller coaster ride throughout. Raven is Wrecker’s younger sister, and when she is in danger, Clash is assigned to babysit her which she is not at all happy about as he can see through her facade and see her true self and the demons that haunt her. This is a beautifully written story which is heartbreaking, and with suspense and love. I was totally captivated throughout this addictive page turner, and I cannot wait to read more from this talented author, whose work I highly recommend for all.
I absolutely loved this book.
The story was very well written and held my attention until the last page.
I can’t wait to read the next book in this series.
The characters had such good chemistry.
I would recommend this book to others.
Looking for a book that has steam and moments that will have you laughing out loud well this is the book for you. Winter gives another good read in the latest installment of Fallen Lords series that leaves you waiting for the next book.
Wonderfully written story. When I can see the characters in my head and picture their emotions as they speak, you know what a great story it’s going to be. Raven has built a wall around herself by being sassy and hard headed. Clash is the perfect man to call her on crap and help her move on from her past. Cinderella story but with a badass chic and a biker. Once Ravens walls come down Clash moves in and sweeps her off her feet without her really knowing. Can’t wait for more of the Fallen Lords MC.
I’m so hooked on these Fallen Lords and Clash did not disappoint. A fantastic read from start to finish. Raven and her attitude kept everyone on their toes and I loved that about her. Her inner strength is amazing. Their story kept me flipping pages and I loved every minute.
I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
As things have been getting interesting in this series each book becomes more eagerly anticipated.. this was no exception. Raven and Clash had a rocky start as Raven’s attitude upsets everyone. No one can break the walls she has up until Clash proves he’s not going anywhere. This was an emotional and heartbreaking storyline. It gives us more insight into Raven and Wreckers lives growing up. I couldn’t put it down. Great book
Winter pulled me right into this story with the fire and the grit. If you read this book and you don’t want Clash for yourself, you are crazy. He is sexy and sweet, but strong and loyal. Clash is my new book boyfriend. Raven is a spitfire full of sass and she isn’t afraid to speak her mind. They are my new favorite couple. I want Raven to be my crazy bestie. You need to read this book to find out about barbecue barbies, bitch dust, cow overalls and Raven’s secret alone. I also love having the crew back together . You know there will never be a dull moment in the MC. Family and friendship are taken to a whole new level in this book. Winter, I devoured this sexy story full of passion, pain, hope and love, but I adored the HEA!
