Felicity has always been there for her friends and portrayed the strength needed to get through the toughest situations. Can she risk her friends getting hurt and learn to let them help her this time?

When he comes to town to meet his brothers, he meets Felicity and decides that she’s the woman for him and is determined to help her with her problem, whatever it is.
Their relationship develops slowly but they are determined to make it work and for Felicity to finally settle down and stop running.
I love Susan’s work. Great reads every one of them.
What an amazing read!! This was a perfect way to end this series.
What can I say about Ryder? I absolutely adored him. He was just right amount of alpha and tender that I like in my book boyfriends. Given the type of job he has, you know he has to be tough and demanding but yet there was a softer side when he was with Felicity. Even though this book had almost an instalove at least for Ryder, I loved the he was able to see through her and she who she really was. This was not an easy task being she was able to fool the Anderson men.
I want to be Felicity!! Here is a woman who even though she was scared for the past 10 years was able to still have friends, own a business and just be an all-around kick ass woman!! This woman has been through so much but yet she is there for her friends and godsons.
I loved getting a feel of the new spin off series that will be coming from the snippets in this book.
Have very much enjoyed this well written tied together series! Although I understand the need to preface a new series… I didn’t like the end of this story or how each of the brothers stories were “wrapped up”! It read as rushed and unfinished.
I absolutely loved this book!!
It is an awesome romance suspense story. Felicity tried to do the right thing,
10 years ago. She’s been on the run,
ever since then. Lately, life has been pretty good, for Felicity. Until she receives a note. Ryder is in Castle Rock to meet his three half brothers. They never knew
he existed. Ryder, joins them when
there is a problem, at their friends gym.
The second Ryder see’s Felicity,
his protection mode kicks in. He could tell there is more to her story, then Felicity is letting on. Ryder see’s fear is her eyes.
The connection between Felicity & Ryder
is undeniable. The story pulled me in,
& kept me reading, wanting to find out what happens next.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR EVERYONE!!!
What a fantastic end to a great series. This book was my favorite in the series, H/h clicked, storyline flowed and plot was good. Questions were answered and resolutions given to those that needed it; we also get to meet the guys for the upcoming series.
OK, so, I know this will come as a complete surprise to anyone who knows me, I LOVED THIS BOOK!! I’d been hoping from the start of the series that Felicity would get her own story and this book was well worth the wait. Ryder is simply wonderful, strong, insightful and intuitive (at least when it comes to Felicity). Felicity is a strong woman that has been through a heck of a lot in her life, and she can finally let down all of her walls and rely on someone else for a change once Ryder storms into her life. I adored catching up with the Anderson boys and their women. All of the characters are fabulous, the writing is top notch and I adored the plot. I absolutely hated the bad guy and what he put everyone through. Plus we got to meet a new team of protective alpha men that will be another series. This book ROCKED, I can’t say enough positive things about it. Thanks Susan Stoker for another fabulous book!
Fighting for what’s right is never really easy. And when what you’re fighting against sets its sights on you? Sometimes the only thing you can do is run. A decade later and Felicity is still running. Despite making friends, being accepted into their family, and having a steady job with people she loves it seems her trouble has found her again. When her preparations for running bring all her friends into her drama it’s Ryder, the mysterious fourth brother, that gives her the hope of freedom.
Ryder is a man who knows himself. When his brothers jump at the call to go to Felicity he knows the call is meant for him too. He’s not sure why, he just knows that when that feeling hits his best bet is following it. What he finds when he does is the woman who was meant for him and him alone. Immediately he’s on her side, in her space, giving her the support she needs to face her demons, her worst fears, and her past.
The drama from her past is pretty big. We get a good sense from the prologue that the man haunting her is no one to tangle with. Felicity has used all the tools in her brilliant mind to stay as many steps ahead of him for the past decade but it’s clear that he’s found her again, and he’s close. What she feels from Ryder is sincerity and safety. Never in her life did she think it would be possible to have a future free from fleeing and free from loneliness. But it looks like Castle Rock is the place meant for her, for them.
I loved Felicity. She was strong, smart, and still scared. She was honest and still such a badass when it mattered. She had the biggest heart and would do anything for and to protect those she loves. I especially loved it when she agreed to not go alone to meet Joseph. Her response was all sass, all intelligence. A lot of times when a heroine is strong and finally feeling anger instead of fear she also gets stubborn and willing to give in to the villain’s demands because of their perceived power over the situation. What Felicity does instead is perfect. Trusting that she has a whole team of awesome at her side and behind her she knows that it’s not smart to put any faith whatsoever in the bad guy and to only go into the fray with both protection and support.
And Ryder. I’m a huge sucker for a big alpha man who is perfectly devoted to the one woman he knows he’s meant for. From the beginning it’s clear that he’s not a manwhore, not a playboy, not a badass mercenary who takes physical pleasure just because he can and needs soft bodies and intense release to balance the evil he fights. Instead, he’s reserving his sexual passion for encounters that matter and because his job isn’t one that allows for encounters that matter, he’s mostly celibate. That is so very rare in romance, romantic suspense, and other novels featuring strong alpha-type men who are physically captivating and I find myself craving those kinds of men more and more frequently.
So anyway, back to Ryder. He’s all in when it comes to Felicity and his passion for her is matched by the zeal he feels towards her protection. Knowing who she is inside from the very beginning there’s no angst in them regarding her past self and present self. He’s just in. No questions, no reservations, just devotion. He’s noble, honest, and absolutely determined to protect what’s his and everything she loves. He is also incredibly resourceful. With no hesitation he called on all his friends to give him the information he needed to do his job.
The direction of the drama wasn’t exactly expected and yet when Joseph made his move we could look back and say, “Yeah, I can see that he’d do that.” It escalated the drama into more than just a “final showdown” and it also made for a much more powerful ending. It was a catalyst for so much more than the plot’s progression and resolution, it tested the couples, the friendships, and the connection they all shared. By having short little scenes from each couple we get to see each of the brothers as they experience their hard-won love and how much intimacy means to them after overcoming tragic events. Their lives are dramatic but so very filled with the tenderness that connects them, gets them through all the crazy that comes to them.
And then the little scene from Rex’s POV? Dang. I haven’t heard if this is going to be its own series but Susan Stoker doesn’t introduce a group of men and not give them their own stories unless there’s a crossover of some kind with another author. I’m more than eager to get to know the rest of the Mountain Mercenaries. All the men are charming, intriguing, darkly awesome, and have that same noble, protective streak that I love about Ryder. Each of them deserve their own kick ass woman and I can’t wait to get to know them and the women they fall for.
This is the 4th book in Susan Stokers Ace Security Series.
In this book, Ryder Sinclair comes to town to meet his half brothers. While there he meets Felicity Jones. Felicity seems to have a problem. All of a sudden, she wants to sell her part in the business.
Can Ryder save the day? Will Felicity be saved? Do they get their HEA?
There is only 1 way to find out… Read the book!!
Ryder & Felicity’s story is SO GOOD! From the moment they meet, Ryder is smitten & makes absolutely NO bones about it. Felicity is his ONE and he does everything he can to show her he can be trusted – with her secrets, and her heart. Felicity has been on the run for half her life, and she’s determined not to trust anyone 100% for their own safety.
I love the hearts these two possess. I love their sense of family, loyalty, and that their trust is unbreakable once given.
This story is full of heart and action, and the way Felicity handles herself when confronted by her “big bad” was awesome! I loved the kidnapping “twist” (it’s a Susan book – the fact that there is a kidnapping somewhere in the story should not be a spoiler! *grin*) and the hints at future books, and the updates on all the brothers & their loves in the epilogue was appreciated!! : )
Rating: 4.5 Stars
Ryder “Ace” Sinclair is trying to come to terms with part of his past. Felicity Jones just met someone who’s given her hope. She also has secrets and she wants to keep them that way.
There are previous characters that make appearances throughout. So if you’re behind in reading this series or if this is your first foray into the world of Ace Security you may want to look into what you’ve missed. This could be considered a standalone but hopefully you’ll want to try and stay true to the series. It always surprises me in how creative the author is when creating her stories. You never read one of her stories and think that you’ve read it, or something similar, before. They all seem so original. We get plenty of action and how much you sink into the story you may even hold your breath. You have to wonder if she has a mean streak hidden somewhere. She just has a way in creating an evil character that seems so believable.
One thing I really love is that I have no trouble tuning out the rest of the world so I can get lost in Ms. Stoker’s world. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good ending but the worst part about an ending is that it means the story is over. Something I loved about the ending was getting caught up on some of the couples that have already had stories. Then the sad part comes around because I’ll have to wait for the next book to see if they make another appearance. Then you end up happy because it feels like there’s been a hint and then maybe I won’t have to wait too long to see what Ace Security will have in store for me next.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Ryder and Felicity are an amazing duo. Both have seen much more in their lives than anyone should and despite seeing all of that, they are not afraid to love.
I really enjoyed Felicity’s spirit. She was a tough woman and she fought fiercely for those she allowed into her inner circle. Despite her past, she has found people whom she loves and knows that she needs to protect them. The men of Ace Security have become her surrogate family and along with them, their wives and children too. I love how much they love her.
Ryder is new to the group and even though he is new, when he first sees Felicity, he can see her for who she is under her tough exterior. He knows that she’s hiding and despite knowing that, he pursues her because there is something about her that calls to him and his protective nature.
Felicity does not make it easy on Ryder – she makes him work for her trust. Ryder also has to work to prove that he won’t hurt her – prove to his brothers that he’s there for good. When the danger draws even closer, they all pull together to figure out how they can protect each other.
I really enjoyed watching Ryder with his own friends and Felicity, as well as with his new family members. It was nice to see that underneath his rough exterior, Ryder is sensitive and knows how to woo Felicity.
I can’t wait to see if more of these books come through.

This is the fourth book in the Ace Securities series and I am sad to see it end. But in the end, there is a new series coming that I cannot wait to read.
Felicity Jones is the strong BFF of Grace, she has been in Castle Rock for about five years. No one has questioned her about her past or her family. She seems to have her life in order until the day she wants the part of the money she gave Cole to help them start the gym. Does everyone start to question her why? She doesn’t want to tell them her secret, she just needs to run before “HE” gets too close to her.
Ryder Sinclair comes to Castle Rock to get to know his half brothers. When he goes with his brothers to see what is going on with Felicity, he immediately knows she is running from someone. He wants to protect her, or he will die trying. He wants her to tell him why she wants or needs to run but he will not rush her to tell him. Ryder is beginning to have feelings for her that he has never felt before. He knows that he has to tell her about his past and maybe she will tell him what is going on with her.
Can Felicity trust Ryder to protect her and keep her friends safe? Will Ryder be able to keep her safe and let his brothers know he is there to help them keep everyone safe? In the end, will the Anderson triplets accept Ryder as their brother?
I love this series and I think Felicity and Ryder might be my favorite. I think you could read these as standalone stories, but I recommend reading them in order, that way you don’t miss anything.
Reviewers on the Wicked Reads Review Team were provided a free copy of Claiming Felicity (Ace Security #4) by Susan Stoker to read and review.
Claiming Felicity is the last book in the Ace Security series by the amazing Susan Stoker. Except for a bathroom break, I wasn’t able to put this book down. I enjoyed seeing characters from the previous stories in the series but especially learning more about Felicity and Ryder including about Felicity’s past that she’s running from. I was on the edge of my seat a few times and that is exactly how this author rolls. Susan Stoker never disappoints in romance or suspense.
Once again Susan Stoker has kept me up way past my bedtime. Not complaining mind you, just a fact since I couldn’t put this book down. Ever since we met Felicity I wanted her to find her happily ever after.
Felicity just wants her money and to leave town. There’s a reason she doesn’t have her name anywhere on the Gym with Cole. Now that reason is close again and she has to leave to protect her friends. Fortunately for her they aren’t having any of it and the Sinclair brothers including Ryder are ready to step in to stop her from running.
Ryder immediately senses Felicity is in trouble and needs a way out of it. First she’s going to have to trust him with the whole truth.
I couldn’t stop reading, with every page you learn something new and terrifying about Felicity’s stalker and what he’s put her through for years. Now he’s close again, sending her things and putting things in her apartment.
This book was scary on a number of levels but there was humor, love and damn does it get steamy. The close ties of the Sinclair family that expanded to include Ryder will bring a tear or two. As will that ‘OMG No!’ moment Susan is noted for.
We meet the Mountain Mercenaries in this book, as they help unravel the mystery of just who this Joseph Waters is. I look forward to seeing how they find their HEAs.
TERRIFIC!!! This is a definite page -turner! There is lots of mystery, excitement and it is definitely steamy! I have been curious of Felicity’s past from the previous stories and finding out what she was hiding was so worth waiting for! I also loved how Ryder was this big alpha hero with such a hugh heart you couldn’t not love him! I am not going to say anymore because I don’t want to spoil it BUT, if you love a really good romantic suspense you will NOT want to miss this story!!
This book is exciting and entertaining. What if falling in love could cost you everything? Maybe even your very life? What would you risk for those you love? These are the questions that power this well written and thought provoking story. Rich with drama, danger, passion, family, friends and deep emotional connections the storyline is engrossing. I loved the romance that blossomed between Felicity and Ryan. They were simply perfect for each other. I recommend this for readers that enjoy books that have strong storylines and emotional depth.
3.75 stars–CLAIMING FELICITY is the instalment in Susan Stoker’s contemporary, adult ACE SECURITY romantic suspense series focusing on the Anderson triplets (Blake, Logan and Nathan) and the family owned Ace Security. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary.
NOTE: Due to the content of the story line including murder, emotional and physical abuse against women, there may be some triggers for more sensitive readers.
Told from several third person perspectives including Felicity and Ryder using past and present day CLAIMING FELICITY follows the quick building relationship between former mercenary, and the Anderson triplets’ half-brother Ryder Sinclair, and gym owner Felicity Jones.

Not wanting to stray too far from the woman with whom he is falling in love Ryder becomes Felicity’s personal guardian and protector as their relationship begins a slow-burn towards a happily ever after but saying that, the instant claiming and profession of ‘ownership’ is a little reminiscent of the stalker from who she is trying to escape. The $ex scenes are intimate and intense without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.
There is a large ensemble cast of secondary and supporting characters including Logan and Grace (Claiming Grace #1), Blake and Alexis (Claiming Alexis), Bailey and Nathan 9Claiming Bailey #3) Bailey’s ten year old brother Joel; Felicity’s business partner, and self defense instructor Cole; her former roommate Colleen and Colleen’s boyfriend Joseph Waters; as well as a large number of mercenaries for hire known as the Mountain Mercenaries. What a fantastic ending to a wonderful series!
Claiming Felicity is the last book in the Ace Security series and picks up where book three, Claiming Bailey, left off. At the end of book three we are briefly introduced to Ryder Sinclair when he shows up on the doorstep of Ace Security in Castle Rock, Colorado. Ryder grew up with the knowledge of his three half-brothers and their father through his mother but was not aware, until meeting them, that they had no knowledge of him in return. The realization is a shocking turn of events they all must come to terms with in their own ways and emotions run high as Ryder and the others navigate the familial waters. In the midst of their meeting and understanding what this means for them all, Ryder meets Felicity and instantly knows she is the one. He sees the fear hidden in her eyes and knows she is battling demons of her own and he immediately, upon meeting her, steps up to be her champion; to put himself between her and the rest of the world. He vows to her that he will protect her and keep her safe, aside from knowing her secrets, with the hope that she will confide in him and open up to the possibility of a future for them both. Even though Ryder is instantly drawn to her the more he gets to know her and understand the tragedy of her past the more he wants to break through her walls to see the woman hidden underneath the disguise. When that woman does emerge he is in awe of her strength, courage and determination and is unwavering in his belief that she is meant to be his. With the help of his newfound family and his handler and team (Rex and Mountain Mercenaries) Ryder helps Felicity to rid herself of threat from her past, setting her free once and for all, and giving her a new hope for the future.
Felicity Jones has been on the run for years. Never getting attached, packing light and always ready for a quick getaway. That is until she temporarily lands in Castle Rock, Colorado. Here she finds something she has always longed for, a place she can call home with friends she adores and who adore her in return. She has become so good at shielding herself and hiding in plain sight that none of them knew the danger she was in or the threat she faced until Ryder appears out of nowhere and breaks down her walls. The connection she feels to him is undeniable and the promise for more too tempting for her to ignore. She is terrified her trouble will bring danger to her friends’ doors but with them all standing vigilant behind her and Ryder at her side she is determined to be free once and for all.
There is plenty of emotion, including heart pounding gasps and tears, suspense, danger and romance in this final book of this series. This last book is also a great introduction to the upcoming Mountain Mercenaries series and the strong, alpha men we will get to know more about as the new stories unfold. They look like some interesting men and I cannot wait to read their stories. Also, while reading this book, do not miss the sneak peeks at the end (which Ms. Stoker is famous for), there are some nifty tidbits to look forward to. *I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and am leaving my honest review.
