The rule is crystal clear: never say no to a male’s advances… says his name is Lokahn and though he was silent the night of my arrest, now he’s saying he’ll help me escape.
His reasons for helping me are his own, and though I’m not sure I trust him – I have no choice.

If you liked Sabrina Kade’s Rebels of Sidyth Series, you will like this book. I liked the way it got inside the character’s minds as they faced a bad situation all the way around.
Left behind
What a great addition to the series. The author did a fantastic job when she took this woman of sin and changed her into a one man woman. You can tell that it’s not something she enjoyed so much as a job and you just have to feel terrible for her when she ends up in prison. Lucky for her she runs into her savior and her HEA while she bides her time. I really enjoyed this book and I am looking forward to the next book in the series.
First time reading this author. Enjoyed the world-building, story, and characters. The female character has strength and courage and dares to hope for a chance at a better life. The alien hero is at first confused by his reactions to the human but quickly understands his feelings. They overcome their circumstances and accept their desire for each other. Now if they can just escape to begin their life.
Great storyline and characters, but we never saw The Hunt. Lokahn never admitted to Washington that he was the one who yelled out at the party that she was not aroused. It needed more. I wanted a commitment ceremony. His parents knowing his choice. A true HEA. A home, babies, a happy life.
Extremely entertaining, captivating and interesting sexy read. I could not put it down. Wonderfully written with strong, intriguing characters. I want to read more from this author.

This spinoff lets us catchup with one of the women from the previous books. You don’t have to have read the others but it will help with some of the back story. Washington is a human woman living in an alien ruled galaxy. She ends up in a prison and about to become part of an alien version of the Hunger Games. But one guard just may shake things up.

This is a well written spinoff from the Sidyth series by this author, you don’t need to have read the series though as this is a standalone story. I enjoyed reading this, it’s not overly long and so it’s a couple of hours of an entertaining read.

This story is a spinoff of the Rebels of Sidyth series. You don’t have to read this story to understand any of the other stories, but it does give information about some of the characters that will be in other stories and the background of how the Sidyth are about humans and how their male/female relations are.
I enjoyed reading this story even though there were some sad parts. I have read some of the other books in the series so it was like learning the history of an old friend. It is always enjoyable to see how a relationship comes about. The communication issues that they need to over come, being either not communicating or understand what is meant by what is being said.
Washington is one of the State Girls, being a member of the renowned Intergalactic Call-Girls. On the planet Sidyth, if a female doesn’t do exactly what a male tells them to do or if she embarrass them, they are sent to jail and later to participate in the Hunt. In the Hunt, it is a fight to the death with only one female inmate is allowed to live. Washington was only supposed to be a dancer, nothing else, when the host of the party wanted something else and when it was noted that he didn’t excite her, she was sent to jail. She met two other humans there, Dhara and Crimsyn. One of the guards paraded Washington around, nude, in front of the male inmates because it would make the Sidyth female inmates madder at her and want to kill her even more during the Hunt. During the first time doing this, she caught the eye of one of the guards on the male side, he was huge, even bigger than all the rest of the inmates.
Lokahn recognized the human inmate the first time he saw her out in the grounds. She was the female who rebuffed the Sidyth’s advances at the fancy party. He was the one who pointed out that he didn’t excite her, which got her sent to jail. He feels such guilt that such a small thing could send her to jail and to her death in the Hunt. He is unlike all the other guards at the prison. He is from the top or upper class, where they have plenty of money and influence. He wants to use his families influence to be able to free her, without it coming back on his family. The more he sees her, and smells her scent, he realizes that she is his Chosen, his mate.
I liked how when Lokahn realized he is the cause that she was imprisoned, he wanted to do whatever to make up for the guilt that he was feeling, then when he knew that she was his Chose, what he was willing to do to be with her. Hopefully there will be more of them in further books.

Claimed by the Alien Guard by Sabrina Kade is a book in the Rebels of Sidyth series. This book features a girl named Washington who lands herself in an alien Sidyth prison. In the prison, a guard named Lokahn sees her and promises to free her. This story is quite original and the plot had several unexpected twists and turns. It starts off with Washington’s life in peril but ends when she gets her happy ever after ending. I really loved the interactions between Washington and Lokahn and the sex scenes were so very hot. Definitely, another hot alien love story that any romance reader will enjoy. Claimed by the Alien Guard is a sinfully surprising romance.
Lokhah finds Washington in the Sidyth prison. There is the beginning of their adventure. This story has some interesting characters and was an intriguing story

I would say that this book should be the beginning of the human’;s and the Sidyth’s. Washington ends up on the planet of the Sidyth. She and the other humans in her troup are invited to a party. Washington decides not to entertain the other Sidyth the way he wanted so he has her arrested and put in prison. This is where Lokahn finds her and realizes he is the reason she is there. Now is the time for planning and the adventure takes off. This is a really good book. I just wish it had been the first one that I read and not the third. The series is really good and these aliens are really sexy.

In this spinoff, Sabrina has given us a whole new world to explore! Her imagination is amazing and her characters reflect that. The main characters Washington is spunky and lovable, Lohkan is courageous and loving. The action towards the end is intense and fast-paced. The story draws you in and keeps you breathless until the end. I can’t wait to read more about the Sidyths. I highly recommend this series!!

This is a new author to me & I was charmed by this fascinating Sci-Fi alien romance that has some dark implications. I found the story-line well-written & the plot is very intriguing with unexpected events & occurrences. The characters are interesting & engaging with realistic emotional feelings & the secondary characters offer some good support.
There is: a young human female (Washington) is thrown into prison for rejecting the advances of a important Sidyth & one of the guards (Lokahn) decides to help her only to discover that she is his mate, twists & turns, intrigue, drama, memories, betrayal, threats, humiliation, realization, guilt, discovery, manipulation, declaration, paranoia, escape, a claiming, verbal banter, steamy scenes & contentment. I look forward to future Sci-Fi romances from this author & would recommend this book.
Washington is an Intergalactic Call-Girl, either through signing a contract she didn’t fully read or by being kidnapped and sold. However, when she said “no” to an alien who paid for dancing but then tried to couple with her, she had no idea she’d be sent to Sidetha for some kind of punishment. Their law is: “A female can’t say no to a male Sidyth’s advances”, apparently even if you are human, not a Sidyth female. But when the guard asked her name, another overheard “Washington” and told him to release her. A human entertainer, which the name signified,
meant something to these aliens. But she was taken to a cell to wait for the next Hunt where, being human and smaller than the 6-1/2 feet tall Sidyth females, she would be the first to die. She was angry too that Arizona and her “family” left for their next assignment without trying to help her.
Two guards decided to take the 3 humans they had outside where male prisoners were sunning. Their idea was to get the males to desire the humans so jealous female Sidyths would be more violent when attacking the humans in the Hunt. The males ignored the humans, so the guard shot Dhara. Crimsyn went wild with fear, so he had her put back in her cell. He turned to Washington and tried to humiliate her and draw the men in to get her scent. Then he demanded she turn and look at them so they will react this way every day when he brings her out. But her eyes catch a guard in the back row of the male prisoners and he just looks into her eyes with an expression like “surprise”.
Lokahn remembered the female. He had seen her before. He had been at the party where she had refused the host and been sent here. It was actually his fault for embarrassing Soothax when he saw her staring at Braxus rather than the man who was showing her off. He had to free her, get her back to her family, or he could not live with the guilt he felt because of this. Would he be able to help her escape before the Hunt and her certain death? And why did his mind even think that maybe she could even be his?
I have been reading this series all along and I have generally enjoyed them. But the last two seemed more dark-themed and made me uncomfortable. I hope the author backs away from so much cruelty and concentrates more on finding someone to build a future with. The “good” Sidyth are protective, loyal, and loving to their woman. Meeting the guard Wyclin sums up all the cruel and disgusting behaviors of the “bad” ones in one vile package. I need to smile again; bring us more like Lokahn, please!
A change of circumstances and a new beginning.

Washington signed up to be an entertainer so she could leave the dying planet of Earth. Instead she was forced to become an Intergalactic call girl with very few rights. When she refused the the advances of a important official of the planet she was imprisoned and expected to die before very long. Her only hope was a guard who could help her escape. This was a short entertaining read that had several surprises along the way and a happy ending with further books possible.
