“Claim & Protect is a thrilling and stunning romance, with a swoon worthy hero, an endearing heroine, a little boy that charms your soul, and a romance to make you smile and a story to melt yourself in!!” –Addicted to Romance The Men of Haven: fierce passion, unyielding loyalty. Especially when it comes to their women. Trevor Raines lives on the edge of legal. A good guy doing bad … the edge of legal. A good guy doing bad things to save lives, the only rules he follows are the Brotherhood’s, and there’s nothing in the world that will change that. Until Natalie Jordan walks into his life…
Natalie’s only interest is in making a fresh start. She’s a woman with a plan, and the plan doesn’t include a man with secrets, no matter how kind–or intoxicating–he is. But this cowboy is determined to break down her walls, keep her safe and make her his.
Trevor had no interest in settling down, but there’s something entirely too appealing about this woman he can’t stay away from. There’s only one thing to do–change his plans…and hers. When Natalie’s ex resurfaces to threaten her new life, Trevor will move heaven and earth to make sure the bastard can’t hurt her again. Except saving Natalie means outing his own secrets–and it could mean losing her forever…

I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads, so here is my review.
This is Trevor’s story and what a story it is. Trevor Raines is just like the other brothers of the Haven Brotherhood. He doesn’t think is is relationship material because of his past. But the one thing that will have him protecting a woman is when a man is using her for a punching bag. He doesn’t believe it is what a man should do to a woman or trying to intimidate her isn’t good either. SO when his new waitress has to leave work early because of her ex-husband, he follows her home just to make sure she is okay.
Natalie Jordan is finally trying to get her life in order but her ex-husband won’t stop trying to intimidate her and try to use her son as some kind of leverage. She knows that Wyatt is up tyo something but she hasn’t figured it out yet.
While Trevor and Natalie grow closer and Levi worms his way into Trevor’s heart, Trevor is having feelings he has never felt before. Natalie is trying to not think that Trevor might turn out like Wyatt. She knows deep down that Trevor can never be anything like Wyatt.
So can Trevor make his feelings know and Natalie trust her feelings? Will Levi make all of the Brotherhood see just what Trevor sees in him? What will Wyatt do in the end?
I am loving each of these brothers and I can’t wait to see what happens with Knox in the next story.

Claim & Protect by Rhenna Morgan
Haven Brotherhood #3
Love, love, LOVE this series! The men are all different but oh so alpha, lusty and fascinating… YUM!
In this book we get to know Trevor Raines. Trevor comes from a rather rough background but eventually found his way through the foster system to a set that wanted to adopt him. Even in adulthood he had some rough times but then…things happened that led to his becoming part of the Haven Brotherhood. He owns a commercial airline business and flies planes, has a pub, has a ranch and is gorgeous. He has recently hired Natalie and as the book begins he needs to talk to her about an issue, realizes something is up and steps in to help out. With her his employee and her not wanting to compromise her job they are going for “friends” (perhaps with benefits) but with her young son, her mother, her abusive husband and both his and Natalie’s inability to trust themselves to make wise decisions about relationships there are some hoops to be jumped through before a HEA can be found. Levi, Natalie’s son, is a sweetie and stealer of scenes. Wanted to scoop him up and hug him…and would have LOVED to hug or perhaps have a dance with Trevor 😉
Again, GREAT series with wonderful characters. I thoroughly recommend it and am eager to read what comes next. I do believe the next story will be about Knox, computer savvy and no doubt another incredible man with an equally intriguing story to read and his partner to meet.
Thank you to NetGalley and Carina Press for the ARC – This is my honest review.
Didn’t find the immediate hook and spark in this book as I have the others from this author/series. I love the connection between the brothers that was not apart of this book. Moving on to next in series…
***5 ‘Not All Knights Wear Armour, Some Wear Cowboy Boots’ Stars***
I swear I’m a pile of gooey goodness right now. This book had so much heart and panty melting going on that even if I went skinny dipping in arctic temp waters I’d still be melting. Then when you add in the rest of the Haven men, the women who keep them in check, an adorable seven year and a crazy a$$hat, you find that you have a book that gives you all the feels and more.
Trevor..mmm. This man is everything. There really is no other way to say it. He’s all kinds of protective smexy alpha male with a silver tongue that he knows how to use in more ways than one and a sense of honor a country mile wide. He has his demons, and even he’ll admit to crossing over into gray areas every so often, but sometimes what’s right isn’t always black and white.
Natalie. Talk about a strong woman. She may not have made the best choice at one time in her life, but she’s learned from it. Her determination to make her future better and brighter not only for herself, but her son. The woman has moxie and it shows as she takes on everything life throws at her.
Trevor and Natalie’s journey to their HEA was so much fun. I swear my cheeks are hurting from all the dopey smiling I was doing because of these two. They both tried to keep from crossing lines, but failed miserably every time and how could they not? The chemistry between them was blazing hot in every way possible. They just fit. And I can’t leave Levi, Natalie’s son, out of this equation because he played a huge part in these two falling down the rabbit hole and it seriously brought out all the feels. The crazy a$%hat does come in and makes things more complicated, but in the end I love how that was all dealt with.
From the first page I was hooked and loved every second of it! Not only did I love Trevor, Natalie and Levi’s journey, but I loved hanging out with the Men, and women, of Haven as well a few new friends we got to meet. I’m a sucker for the whole band of brothers/family vibes thing and when done right it makes my reading experience exponentially better and Ms. Morgan definitely does it right! I love the mom’s, Frank was amazing and I love seeing how happy Viv and Gabe are with Jace and Zeke. I’m still holding on to my claim on Axel and Knox but I’m not gonna lie and say that Beckett and Danny are right up there with them, along with Ivan. Now to wait for my BBF Knox’s book with as much patience as I can possibly muster up!

Natalie is sweet and sassy, with a core of vulnerability she tries to mask with a tough facade. She’s trying to leave her abusive past behind her, which is not an easy feat when she shares custody of her precocious seven year old son with her nutty ex. But she’s trying to make the best of a cruddy situation until things take a turn for the not so great.
Trevor is a one smexy cowboy! With his southern grace and protective persona, I thought he was one hell of a package! He has no plans to get involved with anyone, but something about Natalie draws him like a moth to a flame. I liked Trevor’s directness and charm and got a kick out of his antics with Natalie, but the way he handled Natalie’s son, Levi, stole the show!
And Levi! He was hysterically adorable around Trevor. Trevor found himself hard pressed to deny the little boy much-especially when he tried to mind his p’s and q’s to impress Trevor. As Trevor said, Levi “..can charm the spots off a ladybug”, and Levi accomplished that job with flair!
So the chemistry, oh my lands..the chemistry.. Nat and Trevor’s attraction was an incendiary, and once they let the reigns go it became a five alarm fire! Natalie could hold her own with Trevor, but he just dominated the bedroom arena and I gotta admit, there’s just something about a dirty minded cowboy that I find hard to resist!
Claim and Protect is definitely going on my best reads list for 2017! The story itself was enthralling, but Trevor had me hook, line, and sinker the moment he opened his mouth. I liked Natalie and think she was a good fit for Trevor, but I can’t lie. I’m literally in love with this book because of a fictional guy, lol! Every time Trevor spoke, am I the only one imagining it was Sam Elliott’s panty-melting, sexy, southern molasses drawl?!
At any rate, a solid plot, strong characters, and one adorable kiddo kept me occupied through the night with their humor, friendship, and loyalty. And the romance?! My favorite part of the story was the combustible romance with that bite of vulnerable sweetness; it just melts the heartstrings!
Natalie Jordan and Trevor Raines aren’t looking for love, but it certainly finds them in ” Claim and Protect,” the highly anticipated third book in the Haven Brotherhood Series by Rhenna Morgan. Trevor, a sexy cowboy, bar owner, pilot meets Natalie, a beautiful, hard working single mom. Who needs each other more?
Natalie finds it hard to trust anyone especially after her ex-husband Wyatt abused both her and her son. One night after work Wyatt was harassing her yet again, and Trevor came to her rescue, pretending to be her boyfriend. Trevor feels compelled to help others who are suffering and when it comes to Natalie, Trevor wants “to step in and protect her, no matter what the cost.” Natalie and Trevor begin spending time together and after a magical day horseback riding at Trevor’s ranch, Natalie knew she was falling in love. Could the same be said for Trevor? When Trevor finds out that Wyatt is involved in illegal activities, he asks his brothers for help in taking him down. Only then, would Natalie be free.
I loved “Claim and Protect” and I couldn’t put it down. Rhenna continues the story of the Haven Brotherhood and the women who are important to them with yet another captivating installment. Natalie and Trevor’s journey is romantic, passionate and full of hope!! I am looking forward to the next book in the series,
“Tempted and Taken.”
The Haven Brotherhood is a group of unconventional alpha males that have become family. These men are possessive, hot, and successful. This series has fast become a favorite to read and look forward too.
Oh my! Trevor is the perfect sexy dirty southern gentleman. Protective, gentle, rough, hot, and a sexy cowboy.
Claim & Protect is skillfully done. It’s full of heartache, friendship, suspense, action, drama, and romance. Trevor is the perfect gentleman. He’s hot and dirty in and out of bed. Natalie is a single newly divorced mom and her ex is causing problems. Natalie’s boy, oh my, how Trevor interacts with him was terrific. The story was sensational. The characters are outstanding, fun, and you will just fall in love with each and everyone.
I had a phenomenal time getting to know Trevor and the women who captured his heart. I can’t wait for the next installment.
