It caught my attention. I’ll read the next one.
Interesting read.
Way too much juvenile puppy love angst covering up a potentially fine post-apocalypse story set in the Norse myths.
If you haven’t figured out by the first few chapters how this is going to end, you’re really not paying attention.
Interesting
Wonderful beginning to a new paranormal series.
I love the story and where it seems to be headed. I like the characters, but Frederick’s mood changes are huge. I don’t have a grip on him yet. Hopefully the next book will flesh it out for me. There are editing mistakes and some of them made me chuckle a bit (like the person jumping into the mud covered river instead of the mud covered person jumping into the river). There were several of that type. I recommend this book to anyone that enjoys paranormal or Viking stories.
Interesting plot and excellent character development, but not a page turner for me. I struggled to finish this book and I don’t really know why.
