did not see that end coming. wonderful series
Loved it! Read the series.
I Loved this book SO MUCH!!!! It made me laugh, it made me cry. It made me who I am today!
I’m heartbroken, in a way, to see the end of this fantastic series. The one thing keeping me hopeful is the prospect of reading the Bane books, as well as the Dark Artifices series. Even if the story of Jace and Clary is over, I’m so pleased to know that Clare will continue writing, at least for a little while, within this world that I’ve come to love so much. As far as how I liked this book, this epic finale, I am in awe. I didn’t think there was a way to make me satisfied with the results for every main character, but I find I am. Things may have been sad, but ends were tied up neatly. I’m especially glad of the way things resolved with Simon…I was extremely worried that I was going to leave this book with a hole in my heart where Simon has dwelled these past years. While it wasn’t a perfect happily ever after, I feel like Clare gave us a realistic and still hopeful ending to this marvelous series.
