Chad Anders doesn’t know why mousy Cynthia Henley trips all over her tongue when she’s around him. Nor does he understand his undeniable attraction to this good girl. Wild and sexy is his type, like the dream-girl he caught a glimpse of years earlier he’s never forgotten.
Cynthia’s superpower is invisibility, especially with men. It’s better for everyone that way. Besides, she’s got a cat. She’s … cat. She’s okay. But when playboy-rancher Chad hires her, she’s got a chance to shine. Professionally, at least. Until she learns of his fascination with a mysterious dream-girl, who was actually nothing more than a shy teenager on an ill-advised dare all those years ago. Cynthia knows she’s no man’s dream-girl and never will be.
But there’s magic at the ball. Princesses glow in the starlight, princes appear out of nowhere, and, sometimes, they look a lot like cowboys…

So good ordered the rest of the series
Sweet story!
Awesome story
Nice twist on a classic; the stepsisters and mom are not “over the top”.
This story is very entertaining and sweet. I love how the relationship with the step-sisters is loving and the problem is more about how invisible she is when with them. I loved Chad. He’s drawn to her and doesn’t fight it. A very nice story.
I was given Cinderella’s Cowboy in exchange for an honest review by Net Galley
Cynthia only ever got attention from men when they wanted to use her to get to her sisters. Chad Anders in no different only he wants to use her business to get what he wants, which is closer to her sisters. Her consolation will be she gets to prove her worth in business after all her crush will clearly come to nothing.
Chad is just sure it was one of Cynthia’s sisters that he has been hunting for after seeing one of them streaking down a hotel hallway years before. His plan to get close to them back fires when all he can think about is the woman working her backside off to make his fundraiser a huge success.
I think I was expecting something steamy and sexy from the title and the blurb but instead all I got from the story line was a lot of ‘oh poor me’ pity party. Both Cynthia and Chad felt like second best to their older siblings and both truly want to stand out and I get that but should it have been made into a book? I don’t know and overall I really just wasn’t impressed with this story.

Nice quick read and yes, sometimes the good girls do get the loving bad boys.
Only a sample
Fun summer read.
I really enjoyed this book — clever characters, great plot idea.
Save your time, this book isn’t worth it!
Cute. Nothing special though. The love story was kind of quick. They jumped from crush to love faster than I usually like. Supposed to be a revamp of Cinderella but I don’t feel like she was that put out. Her step family loved her, they were just flakey. But glad it wasn’t set up as a guy needing to save her.
I thought this was a truly delightful book,
Not much of a story…very disappointing.
It got tiring hearing how Cynthia was so lonely.
It doesn’t seem as if a lot happens even with the whole modern Cinderella theme.
Was a very good book!!
Predictable; abrupt ending
Like the rest in this amazing series, this one was just as great to read. I love all of these books about Marietta Montana. I’m never disappointed.
