This is a wonderful collection of Christmas stories by three different authors. We have Mistletoe Cowboy by Diana Palmer, Blame It On the Mistletoe by Marina Adair, and Mistletoe Detour by Kate Pearce. Mistletoe Cowboy is a beautiful story about widowed, single mom Katy Blake and Albert Parker, but he goes by Parker. Blame It On the Mistletoe tells the story of Faith Loren and Noah Tucker, a beautiful story about stepping up for your family. Mistletoe Detour tells the story of Ted Baker and Veronica Hernandez. Ted has had a thing for Veronica for years and this just might be his time for a special Christmas. I highly recommend each of these stories, especially if you a great Christmas read.
I received an advanced reader copy of this book from NetGalley and this is my voluntary and honest review.
Fans of Kate Pearce’s Morgan Valley series will love this new novella that includes the wedding of a favorite couple. Ted and Veronica are the perfect cold winter afternoon escape, complete with a pig.
I enjoyed reading all three stories in the anthology Christmas Kisses with My Cowboy. Katy Blake and sweet little Teddie won over the heart of Parker in Diana Palmer’s Mistletoe Cowboy. Faith Loren bravely opens her heart to Texas Ranger Noah Tucker in Blame It on the Mistletoe by Marina Adair. In Mistletoe Detour by Kate Pearce Veronica Hernandez and her pet pig, Bacon are rescued by Ted Baker when Veronica runs out of gas on her way to Morgantown, California. Veronica and Ted find being friends is good but falling in love is better. These stories are filled with lots of love and Christmas cheer. Very entertaining.
I am a really big fan of Christmas books and can read them anytime of the year. These were no exception. They held my interest from start to finish and can’t wait to read more from these three authors. The stories had great characters and a great storyline. Who wouldn’t want a cowboy for Christmas.
Mistletoe Cowboy by Diana Palmer 5+
Love this!! Parker is a great character, 100% man, very smart but not cocky, compassionate and very supportive. Teddie is a sweet young girl with a big heart and very independent. I think her mom is the best parent she can be but she has issues. Very well written, interesting and emotional story.
Blame it on the Mistletoe by Marina Adair 5*
This is sweet romance. My heart went out to Faith, she is so strong & giving. Noah maybe a lawman but he doesn’t know it all, she reminds him of some things he’s become overcast towards. She’s a survivor and a fighter. Very well written and emotional.
Mistletoe Detour by Kate Pearce 4*
Pretty good second chance for this couple. She’s his high school crush unbeknownst to her. He seems complacent with a big heart. They have great chemistry. Not really a fan of the anvil effect when new relationship couples that keep secrets from one another. I understand the trust needs to build this was a little awkward.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
Made of three stories by different authors. Stories were good nice and fast reading.
Was nice to pass the time with
This is a collection of three heartwarming and entertaining novellas which are each part of a series by each author. I had not previously read anything by Diana Palmer or Kate Pearce, but both were fun reads and I am interested in reading other books by both of them. Marina Adair is a favorite author of mine and I found this novella to be delightful and emotional, with plenty of chemistry and depth. I very much enjoyed this anthology!
