Jordyn Jacobs, a fifth-grade school teacher, is on Christmas break and she’s headed to her hometown of Arbor Shores to stand up in her friend Avery’s wedding. While the setting for Christmastime nuptials couldn’t be any more romantic, she’s sworn off dating. Especially since her parents have split and their annual family Christmas has been canceled. Not to mention her own happily ever after was … was interrupted when she was dumped by her fiance last Christmas.
Traveling to a snowy, small town somewhere in Northern Michigan couldn’t come at a worse time for billionaire tech guru, Luke Bradford. He’s in the middle of multi-million dollar app buyout, so the last thing he needs is to leave his office in sunny California for his buddy Shane’s wedding. But being the good friend that he is, how could he miss it?
When an unexpected run-in forces Jordyn and Luke to meet under sticky circumstances, the two don’t start off on the right foot. But when a winter storm hits the night before the ceremony, the pair find themselves snowed into Luke’s cabin, where they are forced to stay until they get rescued … hopefully in time for the ceremony.
Will spending time together be enough to melt the ice that has formed around their hearts? Or will the duo leave Arbor Shores to spend Christmas the same way they arrived … alone for the holidays?
Fans of “enemies to lovers romance” won’t want to miss this standalone, clean holiday romance novella.

Christmas Break with the Billionaire is a sweet, flirty, fun read. It’s got characters with chemistry, strong storyline, and vivid descriptions of the setting.
I received a free copy of this book and have chosen to give my honest opinion.
Wow, their meet cute was not the best moment for either of them.
Each made wrong assumptions about the other.
They eventually learn the truth––and, of course, fall in love.
The journey was fun and sweet even though the story is fairly predictable.
Jordyn and Luke didn’t have a great first meeting with him knocking her hot chocolate all over her new white sweater because he was too focused on his phone to watch where he was walking. She’s an artsy elementary school teacher and he’s a billionaire app developer. What could they possibly have in common except their friends getting married? This was a short clean Christmas romance.
This is my first book by this author. It was a fun, sweet, billionaire Christmas novella. Wonderful characters. I hope that we see more of Arbor Shores!

This is a cute fun read about Jordyn meeting Luke at their friends wedding where sparks and coffee fly from the get go but the timing, distance and self doubts may stop this potential perfect match. The characters are good and you get to know them fairly well considering it is a novella and you are left wanting to read more in the series.

A sweet Christmas romance story. The story line is well written and captivating and the characters are well developed and entertaining.
Jordyn Jacobs has given up finding true love since her parents have split, her family Christmas has been canceled and her fiance dumped her last Christmas. But her friend has asked her to come back home and be in her wedding.
Luke is in the middle of a big business deal but his friend has asked him to be in his wedding. Even though it’s not a good time for him to leave sunny Cali, he heads to snowy Michigan to be a good friend.
When not so great circumstances bring Jordan and Luke face to face things don’t start off right. When the snow storm forces them to stay in close quarters until they are rescued, will they find a way to get along? Will romance happen for these two when they least expect it or will they each leave Michigan single and alone?
A great “enemies to lovers romance” you don’t want to miss out on.

This was a great short Christmas romance story, the interaction between Jordyn and Luke was great. Their first meeting was a little scary however how they both learn to live and overcome their reservations about love is great. Really enjoyed reading this second book in the series.

Luke and Jordyn have a less than favorable meeting – or two. Utterly unimpressed by the man who is married to her phone, Jordyn knows she has to put a smile on her face for her friends’ wedding. Luke can’t believe he met someone who isn’t wowed by him and for as much as he doesn’t have time for it – he is intrigued. These two have to walk together for their friends’ wedding but can’t seem to decide if they hate or enjoy each others company. A little snowstorm might help them see there’s more than meets the eye. But they are from completely different worlds – would they ever be able to make anything long term work? Or better still, would they even want to try?
Jordyn is a teacher, and with school out for a couple of weeks, she’s alone. Her fiance broke up last years on Christmas Ever, and her parents are divorced. She’s headed home to Michigan, to see her dad, and also to be a bridesmaid in her best friend Avery’s wedding. It seems she’s always a bridesmaid. Luke owns a software development company. And he’s in Michigan to be a groomsman for his friend Shane. Jordyn and Luke have a less than pleasant meeting in the lobby, then get stuck in a snowstorm and spend the night in his cabin, where the walls between them start to come down. But he’s rich, she struggles on a teacher’s salary. He lives in CA, she’s in Chicago. There’s no way they could work as a couple. Or is there? This is such a nice book, and it has it all – Christmas, a hot billionaire, a smart and sassy woman, good friends, and just a touch of family drama. First read from this author – not the last!

Avery had always dreamed of a Christmas wedding, so she is finally getting one of her dreams. The wedding was in Arbor Shore where Jordyn and Avery grew up. All her family and friends were there to attend to the wedding.
When Jordyn Jacobs and Luke Bradford agreed to be in Avery and Shanes wedding, they were unprepared for what came next. Jordyn arrived at the resort early so she decided to go to the bar. She ordered the best hot chocolate. This is when she bumped into the most gorgeous man she had ever seen.
Bad timing I guess, but the snow storm had done something good for Jordyn and Luke. Will Luke and Jordyn take advantage of the snow storm or will they go home and act like nothing happened.

Here we have a rather sweet and also good Christmas story. The storyline is good and the characters are as well. This story is not overly long and can easily be read in a part of an evening. So if you are looking for short sweet good romance this story might be it for you. It is at least well deserving of the four stars I am giving it here.

Great meet cute with this couple, especially since these two are very wary of any type of new relationship. Nice that this was written with some obstacles and not everything is all sunshine and rainbows. Like how they brought out the best in each other, and made the best possible Christmas Eve ever.

A Christmas in Arbor Shores Novella is a well written short story that held my interest throughout. Jordyn Jacobs, a fifth-grade school teacher is going back to Arbor Shores for her friends wedding. Billionaire tech guru, Luke Bradford is also going to Arbor Shores for his best friends wedding. When these two first meet they do not get along but the more they are together the more the attitude changes. I enjoyed reading, Jordyn will have a lot of changes to get through this Christmas with her Dad and other changes that happen. What better way to find your love than at a wedding? For Jordyn and Luke that is what inevitably happens. The first time the couple meets, they are running into each other, in every since of the word. Jordyn doesn’t seem pleased with Luke and makes her feelings known. Luckily for our leading man, those feelings eventually change. I enjoyed both the characters and the story line. Nomi Summers never disappoints.

Luke and Jordyn had a lot in common although their first encounter proved to be war in the making. Coming back home for a wedding was the last thing Jordyn wanted to do considering what was going on in her life. Luke had a venture going on that was taking up a lot of his time but he wouldn’t miss his best friends wedding. When he ran into Jordyn literally, he never expected what would happen to them down the way. They had a few difficult moments where Jordyn wanted to skin him alive but they made it through one of her difficult times. Everything put aside, can they make new beginnings for themselves that could end in a happily ever after?
