Our Echo Team delivers a story in today’s headlines. Bravo offers up services as well. Teammates and family keep our hearts and reading desires fed with this story.
Oh wow….what can I say. Once I picked this book up I couldn’t put it down. With each new story Ms Sahin gets better and better. We’ve come to know the guys on both Bravo and Echo teams but I’ve wanted to get Wyatt’s story for a long time. This book takes you on a journey so you get to really know these two people. We see them meet and connect over the years until they’re ready to act on the attraction they feel. Along the way is the mission to stop an evil hacker. The writing in this book is exemplary and the details are impressive. You get drawn into their world and can’t wait to see how it resolves. Along the way we feel and see the camaraderie amongst both teams. We get updates on the guys lives and loves too. I was upset when I finished I just wanted to keep reading. Lol. Cannot wait for the next book now!
So my turn to write a review. Holy hell Brittney, just when I thought your writing couldn’t get any better you go and do it again!! I love these series of books and the chemistry is off the charts. I know you have placed a lot of research in these books and it shows in the realistic way the books play out. If there is book or series you need to read, it’s these books.
Wow! My new favorite Brittney Sahin book! This book was amazing! I could not put it down. It is full of twists and turns and definitely hooked me right from the start and never let go. This is romantic suspense at its absolute finest. I loved it.
Loved Wyatt & Natasha!!! Couldn’t put this one down! Loved everything about this book!!!!!
The first word that comes to mind when I think of Chasing the Knight by Brittney Sahin is SPECTACULAR! If you are a fan of romantic suspense, you don’t want to miss this book. It has everything; romance, mystery, suspense, laughter, excellent story line. This story will draw you in from the first page and you will experience a wide range of emotions while soaking up this story and you won’t want it to end. Excellent book. You won’t be disappointed.
Brittney does so well telling not only provide you with a super hot romance, but also an amazingly action-packed story! She’s done her research on Navy SEALs, and the military life in general, and it truly shows. I am a sucker for a good plot and she delivers. We’re introduced to Wyatt, aka Echo One we have been introduced to briefly in the Bravo books, and Natasha, a CIA operative and total kickbutt chick we all wanted to be growing up after watching Alias. A game of cat and mouse between Natasha and the world’s best hacker calling himself The Knight leaves her in need of rescuing a time or two… with Wyatt just happening to be the man who shows up! Their encounters over the years thanks to The Knight led them to finally decide maybe the chemistry they felt so long ago is worth at least pursuing. Wyatt finally figures out that each time he was saving Natasha, she was saving him, too. She taught him he was worthy of so much more than his past and loveless marriages like his parents. Wyatt is so much more than meets the eye. 20 years of running from all he thought he was, he is finally able to enjoy being more than “single forever”.
This book is #6 in the series, but the first book in the Echo Team series… a great introduction to the Echo Team guys we we only saw a tiny snippet of in the first 5. I cannot wait to get more of their lives and delicious details of how they’ll meet that perfect someone for them. Though this book can be read as a standalone, I highly recommend reading the Bravo Team stories. They’re HOT, you’ll fall even more in love with the Bravo guys mentioned in this book, and we get glimpses of Echo along the way. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for romance and action.
I received Chasing the Knight as an ARC for my honest review
All I can say is WOW! This book is incredible and what a way to start off the Echo team’s series. Wyatt and Natasha’s story has been a series of wrong time, wrong place for 8 years until they both can learn to love again. I love how Brittney has tied the past to the present with all of action packed suspense that belongs in her novels. Without giving away too much, my favorite thing about this book is how real she made Wyatt. He had real emotions, doubts and fears and that that did not take away his bada$$ness!!
Cannot wait for the next book in the series
I received Chasing the Knight as an ARC. We now get into Echo 1, Wyatt and Natasha’s story, no longer just a glimpse of him. Taking 8 years to finally get together, with several near misses. This book keeps you reading not wanting to put it down. As with the rest of the series, you get involved in their love story that is combined with suspense and action. As always, past characters are included so you keep up with their lives and a peek at what will be her future books with other team members. Highly recommend reading this and the rest of this series and her other books.
Wyatt and Natasha are by far my new favorite couple. Wyatt is the leader of Echo team and Natasha is a CIA agent. They met eight years previously and their paths have crossed a few times since then. Wyatt has spent that time taking out bad guys and Natasha has been busy trying to find “The Knight”, a cyber criminal who will stop at nothing to get what he wants. Brittney Sahin spins a tale that is full of laughter, intrigue, love and so many twists you won’t want it to end. I highly recommend this book
Hot Seal with a British accent, feisty female CIA agent that is dedicated and focused but not annoying, and an 8 year ‘courtship’ before they finally get together. Throw in some humour and a really good “who done it” story and you have one heck of a book. This book grabbed me from the first page and held me captive until I reached the end (way too soon).
I love all of Brittney’s books, but this one has got to be my favourite in her Stealth Ops series. So far at least.
Looking forward to Echo teams’ books.
Riveting from the start. The twists and turns you didn’t see coming. I couldn’t put it down! This book is full suspense and twists you didn’t see coming. Hot Spec Ops guys and sexy spies. Wyatt and Natasha coming together and will stop at nothing to take down an elite hacker and stop his game.
What have I been missing? So I admit I’m just now discovering Brittney Sahin, but Wowza I should have dove in before now. However, consolation incoming, I have a whole slew of books to read and loads of new book friends to discover. I first came across this author when I read the blurb for The Safe Bet. I read it pretty much because the action was in Charlotte, NC, and I work and live there, so I wanted to see what happened. Loved it! I’ve read a couple of others, but I had not ventured into the Stealth Ops series until now.
I could not put this book down! Talk about wanting to know what happens next. Between the slow burn between Wyatt and Natasha (we’re talking years here), and the building suspense surrounding The Knight, I pretty much haven’t gotten anything done in a couple of days. First, Wyatt has a British accent, and well, he was a winner off the bat. Natasha is no shy and retiring violet. She’s got her tough girl cred, and she doesn’t need a man to take care of her. She’s not belligerent or angry; she’s confident. And that makes her unforgettable to Wyatt. Wyatt, however, has his notions about himself that only time and circumstance can alter. Situations bring the two of them together, and we get to see what happens. Add in a few added twists including a cyber bad-guy, a hackers convention, multi-national secret spy organizations, and the arrival of unplanned for family, and we have a page-turning good time.
I have to say I am so looking forward to getting to know all the characters I got to meet in this book. As I was reading, I saw other characters from previous books in the series. One of the things I love about reading a series is cross-overs, and I can tell by reading this, there was a lot of cross-over going on. All these unknown stories make the anticipation of how I now get to learn about them too so much better. Meshing all these characters together with the camaraderie between the Bravo and Echo teams, dialogue that makes you laugh, and just the right amount of steamy romance makes this into a book you need to read. Now. Get it now. Trust me.
Wyatt and Natasha! Wow I’m speechless! The intrigue, suspense, danger, romance, the chase and so many emotions rolling around. Wyatt and Natasha have the chemistry from the moment they meet. Then when Gwen comes along, there goes his feeling about not wanting kids. He loves her from the moment he meets her. I couldn’t put the book down – just so much going on that I didn’t want to miss out on. Very emotional with Gwen and Wyatt when he goes in search of her. how could one not fall in love with Wyatt. Another power couple to add to this amazing list of couples. Brittney does it again and writes another epic love and intriguing story. I can’t wait for the next one!
This was a great story with lots of action as Natasha is after a Hacker called the Knight. Natasha is CIA and runs into Wyatt at a wedding. Wyatt is on Echo Team and it was great to get his story! As the two keep running into each other they finally develop a relationship. Lots of characters which were well developed and some twists to the story here and there. Wyatt had lots to deal with and it was great how Natasha helped as Wyatt also had her back. Great chemistry and some steam. Loved it!!
Wow this book is awesome, a real pageturner, I couldn’t put it down.
I loved the way it was written, starting how
Wyatt and Natasha meet for the first time and building op the story while they meet again over the years. This way you could really feel how they got their hart involved, this made the book very believable!
The plot was great, very suspenseful and I couldn’t figure it out, kept me guessing till the end. I loved the interaction with the teammates, very funny! And the big surprise about Wyatt’s past was very well written in the story!
I really recommend this book and if you haven’t read the other books in the series I recommend you start reading from the beginning, although you could perfectly read this as a standalone, much more fun to read the series, you’ll be missing out if you don’t! Definitely 5 stars for Brittney Sahin’s Chasing the Knight!!
( I received this book as an ARC from the author for an honest review)
I was given an ARC of the book to read and I am so thankful to Brittney Sahin for it. But now I am waiting on tender hooks for the next book! The love story between Wyatt and Natasha was both fresh and exciting! I won’t post any spoilers as I think everyone should read this book and fall in love with the characters of Echo and Bravo the way that I have. Brittney Sahin continues to get better and better with every book. I am now anxiously waiting for the next book.
Who knew you’d meet the “One” at your ex’s wedding? Well, Natasha sure didn’t. Natasha and Wyatt’s love story was slow coming, but I think that is what made it sooooooo good!
Natasha is CIA. She is chasing a hacker, The Knight, who is selling information to terrorists. Please are dying because of The Knight. Wyatt and the rest of Echo go and help Natasha find The Knight and stop him. You are at the edge of your seat as you hope they stop him before more people die. (I don’t want to spoil it for anyone…go read it! You will not regret it.)
Brittney Sahin is a master at creating characters that feel so real! You are not reading a story about 2 characters, you are invested in your friends! I love how she not only gives us the story about the 2 main characters, but she continues the stories of past main characters. The bonds that hold the Teams together are strong. I love the camaraderie between the Team members. I love how they laugh, love, and protect each other. I will know that I will be sad once this series is over, but I know Brittney will keep these characters alive in the future books! (Grey and Jack? Army series? YES PLEASE!)
One of my favorites in this series. I love Wyatt & Natasha.
