Previously published as Charmed by the Billionaire by Remi CarringtonLove shouldn’t require a contract . . .Zoe writes romance for a living, but her own love life is in shambles. The rest of her life isn’t any better. Her out-of-town getaway takes an unexpected turn when a trip to the grocery store leads to a marriage proposal from a stranger. He’s a bit quirky but not at all bad looking. And … not at all bad looking. And she’s tempted to give up all notions of love and romance and accept his deal.
Austin spends his days absorbed in code and solving problems. When he learns of Zoe’s situation, he sees a solution. Propose.
His mom has been after him to date, and Zoe needs a place to live. Being married friends solves both problems. His offer is backed up by a written contract, ensuring they both get what they want.
A successful deal requires adhering to the contract. But the unwritten terms have him questioning what she wants. So Austin shifts to a new plan.
Can he charm his way into Zoe’s heart and forget the contract altogether?

Boring, by the end, I didn’t care HOW it ended, as long as it did.
Really cute story, I enjoyed this book! I will look for more in this series! Sweet romance
She has just been dumped and it has affected her badly. She is surprised when she gets an invite for some pie with a older lady. There they meet and he has no time for love but he can help her with her money situation. They make a deal and it looks good on paper. What if they fall for each other? Can it have a happy ending? See if they will

I like this story It is well crafted and beautifully plotted am sure that the characters go through was well thought out their challenges in their relationship.
I have read a lot of these types of books lately and honestly found this one to be refreshingly different. Her writing draws you in and keeps you involved throughout the whole story, I found myself in love with not only the characters but also the world she created. Their attitudes toward the events that are happening makes the story even richer.

A delight to read!
Just finished this story. I have read every spare minute that I had since I started and was pulled into Zoe and Austin’s world. I read a lot, but it has been awhile since I have been pulled completely into a story. This is one of those stories that I had trouble walking away from. You should check it out. I received an ARC copy and forgot about it for a few days. When I was reminded I started it and was sucked into the story to the point of ignoring things I should have been doing. This a wonderful story.
Zoe runs away from her small-town hometown when her fiancé dumps her rather publicly. When she meets Verbena in a supermarket and is invited to tea and pie she gladly accepts, not knowing of Verbena’s ulterior motive – to look for a bride for her youngest son.
This story is about the crazy things that happens in a month from that fateful day onward – from total stranger to beloved partner.
It is an unusual love story with elements of cliché, but absolutely charming in this mix. I loved the characters and their quirks, lovable and entertaining.

Charmed by the Billionaire captured my interest from the first chapter. Zoe and Austin are great characters, but I may love Austin’s mother the best! She is one neat lady! This is an awesome romance with great characters and some plot twists. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean story!
I absolutely loved this book!
Ha! I just smile when I think about it.
I only put it down when I had to.
It’s a good clean book Yay!
A very enjoyable book!
She’s in a bind and he offers a mutual solution.
Sweet romance with delightful characters and an even better description of everyone and everything.

Austin is a good son and a decent guy. He lets his mother, Verbena set him up with a date.
Zoe just got dumped via email and is in San Antonio taking a breather. She’s lured in to visit Verbena with the promise of tea and chocolate pie.
Austin is sweet, moving his mother in with him after his father passed. He doesn’t have time to find a date and his attempts at humor fail. But he is indeed, charming.
They agree to an arrangement.
Will it lead to marriage?

Charmed by the Billionaire #2 – Another delightful story from one of my favorite authors. This is a well written, sweet romance just like the other two books in this series. The storylines weave a delightful story that’s easy to get lost in the pages and hard to put down. The characters are likeable and work well together. Ms. C does a good job with describing everyone and everything without the boring details, but still clear and vivid. While not important to read in order, there’s just a depth added from knowing all the characters and their stories as they appear. 5*
Bluebonnets & Billionaires series:
Dating the Billionaire’s Granddaughter #0 – I love this author’s work (AKA Pamela Humphrey) and this series is another reading treat from one of my favorite authors. Set in San Antonio, (yes, a very important character, to me) this well written, sweet romance is so easy to get immersed in and the pages fly by too quickly.
The storylines are interesting and the characters add to the weave of the story. Most are likable, actually Grandpa is OK, he’s just not reasonable. Good mechanics are worth their weight in gold. Ms. C does a wonderful job with her descriptions, leaving the reader with clear pictures upon which to build upon in their imaginations. I was lucky enough to have the second book of this series, so it was a fun, entertaining chain read. I contacted the author to review her books. 5*
Next Door to the Billionaire #1 – We’re still in San Antonio, a wonderful character on its own. The same characters from the first book Dating the Billionaire’s Granddaughter are still with us. The romantic couple is just as fun and entertaining as DTBG.
Again, the storylines weave with the characters into a good paced, entertaining, clean story that makes it hard to put the book down. It would be so easy to give a book report on these two lovely books, but I don’t want to rob you of a good stories that make you laugh, and feel good when you finish the books. I contacted the author to review her books and received this book through Booksprout. 5*
