I’m having a millionaire’s baby…New Year’s Eve, a night of new beginnings.Asher and I talked and sipped champagne. Eventually, we went up to my room at the bed and breakfast and…Let’s just say when I left that room, I was no longer a virgin. And that was it. No last names, no numbers, no pressure. Something we both desperately needed.Just a night of fun, with so much pleasure.Until I was … needed.
Just a night of fun, with so much pleasure.
Until I was approached for a nanny position that I wasn’t sure I was equipped for.
And the man behind the curtain raising his best friend’s little girl was…
Asher.
A single dad unprepared for his unexpected responsibility.
A wealthy, powerful, conflicted CEO of a newspaper empire on the verge of extinction.
And the father of the baby I just realized I was carrying…
Author’s note: CEO DADDY is a standalone single father and virgin nanny forced proximity romance novel set in our small town Crescent Cove. It has a happily-ever-after ending.

“…I just wanted to hear your voice. To see if you ever smiled. You still haven’t, you know. Not at me.”
“Smiles are earned. Keep trying, You might get there.”
… & later that night, he not only gets her to smile, but to laugh as well…
Asher & Hannah meet up on New Year’s Eve, & end up spending the night together. For her, it’s her goal of finally spending the night with someone is done, whereas for him, it’s a night away from his very busy (& recently very sad) life.
A few months pass, & his grandmother ends up hiring her to be a nanny for Asher’s new daughter.
Although this is a similar storyline to another few books, it was original in its own way, with some nice spots of originality.
I am completely addicted to Crescent Cove and it’s fantastic residents. Asher and Hannah’s journey was full of surprises and steam, as well as deep feels. Both have pasts that made my heart hurt, but watching them heal was inspiring.
Instant chemistry that becomes more. Just like reading this book! The Crescent Cove series by author Taryn Quinn hooked me the first time I read her books based in this fun quirky little town. You know they say if you settle in Crescent Cove then you will start popping out babies right and left. So don’t come to town and mess around unless you plan to settle down. In this book, we quickly meet quirky Hannah who is out on New Year’s Eve all by herself for dinner/dessert and she is approached by a hot Asher for a one-night delight as you would say. It happened to be her first time, which turns into two and leaves her with a little surprise. They do not exchange last names, nor planned to ever meet again. BUT of course, fate would have other plans for these two since Of course, Asher lives in Crescent Cove and he has adopted his best friend’s daughter.
In spite of Asher’s mean mug moods at times, I really did like the dude and enjoyed this book a lot. Hannah having helped raise her sisters is not wanting to raise another one but quickly falls in love with little Lily and becomes her nanny. Of course, this grabs my heartstrings too. And I could not help but laugh at so many of the fun things going on and relate and how advanced Lily was for her age as I had one just like this little escape artist.
This was another fun sexy Crescent Cove read!
A cute romance that starts with a one night stand and ends with a perfect happy ever after. This is such a fun listen and can be read as a stand-alone even though it is part of a series.
A sweet, heartfelt, and entertaining journey to go on. Kai And Wen are perfect narrators for this story, they truly brought these beautiful characters to life.
I really can’t say how much I enjoy this series. Taryn Quinn does a amazing job with the characters in this series that combines humor with just the right amount of angst (not one of my favorite elements in a book but she does it just right!). Love these characters and the plot lines. Kennicott and Ross do the narration like few in the business and are a joy to listen to. Enjoy!
(Review based on the audio version)
This was a fantastic surprise baby that I quickly devoured. This book was fun but yet I could feel all the feels wether it was anger, suppose, or the chemistry between these two characters. It was believable with fun supporting characters as well!
I really wanted to like this one, but honestly I don’t get where the romance came in with these two characters. After reading the other Crescent Cove series and seeing the character listing in the back of these stories I was curious about the billionaire Asher Wainwright. But her really was an asshole pretty much the entire story and in my opinion didn’t seem to have any redeeming qualities or any big redeeming moment.
For Hannah what should’ve only been one night has turned her life in a direction she didn’t have any intention of going, at least not at the moment. After seeing her two sisters off to college, after helping raise them, she’s now trying to find her niche in life whether it be dogwalking, meal box planning, and/or being a nanny.
Asher has so much on his plate that it doesn’t leave time for relationships. He has the fate the paper company, that his grandfather started, on his shoulders. He’s also recently been thrown into parenthood because his best friend has died and left him custody of his daughter. So having the woman around him daily, that should’ve just been a one night stand, and someone he can’t get off his mind is more of an inconvenience than helpful.
As I mentioned above, I didn’t feel any kind of connection with these two characters. They were constantly fighting (which can be fine, it leads to very passionate moments) and when confronted with the idea of a new baby in the picture they kind of put conversation on the back burner because neither seems to want to accept the new reality. Apparently they had time to finally come to terms and get on better terms with each other and some way some how fall in love, but the authors didn’t deem this important for the reader to experience.
The tittle of the book doesn’t do it justice. It was way better than I could have anticipated. A really sweet and well developed storyline. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be reading from these authors in the future. I also enjoyed that the authors created an entire village of characters who each have their own story.
Another amazing book by the redheaded stepchild of Quinn and Elliott
Every book by Taryn Quinn is a must read. Loved CEO Daddy, can’t wait to read more from Quinn and Elliott’s redheaded stepchild.
Another slam dunk love story in the Crescent Cove universe. Hannah and Asher’s Story was sweet, fast-paced and inspirational.
Hannah lived a solitary life. Crescent Cove is supposed to give her that sense of family/friends she longs for. She has a strong sense of responsibly and at a young age had to take on a lot of it. Meeting Asher, the sexy stranger in a suit, was her moment to escape from her mundane life and live a fantasy-if only for a short time.
Asher, too, comes with a strong sense of responsibility. Running his family’s business is his dream. His primary goal is to make his grandfather proud by continuing his legacy. With that comes a ton of stress he takes on in order to keep tradition alive. But on top of that, he also caring for a young child that he has no idea how to do.
Together Hannah and Asher find their way around his newfound parenthood as well as facing the news of another baby being added to the mix.
This story was beautiful and sweet as well as sexy and serious. My take from this was to not take life so seriously. Learn to enjoy the moments. Live your truth and not to fear the unknown. Experiencing Hannah and Asher’s story was wonderful.
Asher and Hannah met on New Year’s Eve dinner at Humningbird’s Nest Restaurant… They were alone and at nearby tables, joined at the same table and talk goes talk comes together celebrate, in style, the new year.
They were in Crescent Cove passing through, but in this small town just meet ‘biblically’ once to order a baby.
When Asher’s grandmother decides to help him find a nanny for his daughter (in fact the goddaughter he adopted) it is Hannah that his grandmother chooses by affinity or divine intervention.
A delicious story about a babysitting that becomes more, or someone who was already important and babysitting and becomes more.
Some of the characters from previous stories appear in this book and made me want to reread the previous stories. For anyone who hasn’t read any stories of Crescent Cove this is a good start, to give a taste great of the series.
CEO DADDY is a stand alone, contemporary, adult , erotic, romance story line co-authored by Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott. This is billionaire publisher and CEO Asher Wainwright, and nanny/independent business woman Hannah Jacobs’ story line. CEO DADDY can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary.
Told from dual first person perspectives (Hannah and Asher) CEO DADDY follows in the aftermath of a one-night stand between billionaire publisher and CEO Asher Wainwright, and nanny/independent business woman Hannah Jacobs. Hannah Jacobs was a virgin, and with no thoughts about anything more than New Year’s Eve spent with a stranger, Hannah walked away without looking back. Two months would pass wherein Hannah would meet Grandma Bess, and in the ensuing melee find herself interviewing as a nanny for Bess’ great granddaughter Lily. Enter Asher Wainwright, Bess’ grandson, Lily’s father, and the man with whom Hannah had spent her glorious New Year’s Eve. What ensues is Hannah’s discovery that she is pregnant with Asher’s child; the building relationship and romance between Hannah and Asher; and the potential fall-out as Asher struggles between head and heart as it pertains to the woman who is now responsible for both of his children.
Hannah Jacobs is an independent business woman who has raised her twin sisters since the death of their parents. Never expecting to raise a family of her own, Hannah finds herself pregnant, facing a future, that may or may not include the man with whom she will fall in love. Asher Wainwright is battling to keep Wainwright Publishing in the black, having inherited the struggling business upon the death of his grandfather but a business that is close to Asher’s heart. Needing a full-time nanny for his daughter Lily, Asher finds himself face to face with a woman who continues to haunt his days and nights, a woman he never thought he would see again.
The relationship between Hannah and Asher is a surprise baby/employee-employer romance between two people who only wanted company on New Year’s Eve. A snow storm would force our couple together but a lack of commitment would force our couple apart. The $ex scenes are intimate, seductive and passionate, without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.
We are introduced to Asher’s future business partner Vincent; his grandmother Bess; fire fighter and single father Austin Lancaster; as well as Hannah’s best friend Gabriela Ramos. Here’s hoping the authors have plans for Austin and Gabriela.
CEO DADDY is a fast paced, spicy and emotional story line; an engaging and realistic romance between two people looking for something more than a one-night stand. The character driven premise is imaginative; the romance is captivating; the characters are sassy, edgy and energetic. CEO DADDY is a heartwarming and encouraging story.
Surprise baby isn’t usually my favorite genre to read, but I am all about anything Taryn Quinn. I was not disappointed.
Asher and Hannah meet on New Year’s Eve. One night. No last names. Undeniable chemistry and a feeling that went deeper than this hookup was supposed to be.
Asher’s grandmother hires Hannah as a nanny for Asher’s daughter not knowing of the past between them.
Not long after taking the job, Hannah finds out she’s pregnant and all is revealed. They try to keep it all professional, but remember that undeniable chemistry?
This is a great story and as always, you get a glimpse of past characters.
Asher and Hannah are two single people who meet on New Year’s Eve, and have the best sex of their life. Then they walk away. It’s a good thing single Dad Asher is in desperate need of a nanny for his baby girl. Through a series of random events Asher and Hannah end up spending a lot of time falling in love. It’s another sweet, funny and a bit steamy story about single Dads in Crescent Cove.
I love Hannah and Asher. Two people who connect on New Years Eve for a one night stand but then can’t get the other out of their head.
When Hannah inadvertently meets Esters gran and is talked into becoming a nanny, the story takes off.
Hannah is the responsible one taking care of her sisters until they grow up and move out.
Enter is the responsible one carrying on a legacy and taking care of his bff child, Lily.
I love how these two come together and make each other not so responsible.
This was a great addition to the Crescent Cove series, and of course if you’ve read the series you know the surprise these two face.
I was given this book for an honest voluntary review
It was. a great read, good story and so well written. The main characters Hanna and Asher started out as strangers to lovers. I enjoyed this book
Another amazing book by Taryn Quinn! You can never go wrong with one of these books and this one is no exception. I recommend them to everyone I can. Always a must read for me.
Oh – this book is on fire!!! It’s amazing!!! Asher and Hannah keep me turning pages – sometimes slowly because I did not want this book to ever end! Older single father, younger virgin. Both have had a lot on their plates over the last few years. It’s New Year’s Eve and they both happen to be spending it at the same B&B. Soon they are not spending the night alone but together and what a sweet, steamy one night it is. Or is it? Read how these two find each other again. It’s just too good! This book is another baby in the Crescent Cove world, but a complete standalone and I hope there are lots more to come. I loved this book so much. A Must Read!
The water in Crescent Cove is dangerously mischievous and ever lovingly enchanting! In this standalone of the Dirty DILFs we find that first times can definitely lead to crazy sexy love with a side of child.
Hannah is a woman on a mission and Asher is the one to make her dreams come true. Little does she know that he has some secrets of his own.
Their lives are intertwined in a way that is so brilliant that you want to cheer them on and on. The men of Crescent Cove are strong-willed, passionate and so full of vigor. And the women of Crescent Cove go toe to toe with them at every turn.
The quirkiness of each couple intrigues you and invests you into the next couple. Even if they are all standalones.
The thing I like best about Hannah is her joy of life. She has had a tough ride, but has never looked down on her luck and she is a jack of all trades with her jobs. The way she stands up for herself makes me smile, her strength is contagious. I think that’s what makes her perfect for Asher.
Asher is the epitome of sexiness. Kind of like that hidden bad boy with tattoos under the prim and proper clothes of a businessman. Makes you wonder what kind of fire is underneath ready to ignite.
Together they are the real couple working through the twists and turns of life. Taryn Quinn is brilliant in the way they delve into the couples. Hannah and Asher warm my heart. And the secondary characters bring so much light to the story.
Crescent Cove is a place I want to be…always!!! Thank you Taryn Quinn…I want more from this world always!!!
