Read the second book in the reader favorite Stars of Mithra trilogy from #1 New York Times bestselling author Nora Roberts!Bounty hunter Jack Dakota knows how to handle himself, or at least so he thought. The moment he went to pick up the pretty little bail jumper M.J. O’Leary, he discovered there was nothing easy about the spitfire—or about this case. Someone had set them both up. Now they’re … spitfire—or about this case. Someone had set them both up. Now they’re handcuffed together and on the run from a pair of hired killers. M.J. isn’t talking about why the men are after her—not even when Jack finds a gigantic blue diamond hidden in her purse. Everything tells Jack this alluring vixen can’t be trusted… everything, that is, except his captive heart.

Loved it a true Nora Roberts read!!
Engaging…ready to read Book II.
I read this entire series, entertaining, held my interest.
I’m rereading this series after discovering Nora Roberts a number of years ago. Few authors hold up over time, but Ms Roberts is among that rare breed. I enjoy this series as much this reading as I did when they were initially released.
I just love reading a Nora Roberts book it just let’s you get into it and keeps you there till the last page. Captive Star is one of those kind of books.
Awesome story telling. Riveting.
This is the last in a series of adventure romance. A good book by Nora Roberts! Her characters are always fun and interesting. Although predictable, it’s an easy, fun read!
Predictable
I love anything Nora Roberts writes!
Not my favorite
I realize this is an old book, but for me, Nora Roberts never goes out of style. If you love romantic suspense, and I do, you’ll enjoy this book. Typical of Nora Roberts, the pace is fast, heroes are alpha and the heroines are spunky. I love the woman-in-jeopardy premise. Especially when the heroine is being chased by the bad guys and she hasn’t …
I seldom read Nora Roberts, but this was definitely a good story. The hero is a bounty hunter, resourceful, yet not too concerned with the rules. The heroine is fiesty, intelligent, and brave–a good combination and a good match, as they elude the bad guys and find out what happened to her friends
A delightful story. I’ve already read the other two in this series and they were a very good read. Nora Roberts is one of my favorite authors!
