Book Four In A Four-Part Complete Series“I’m not the guy for you.”It’s a sentence I’ve said more times than I can count. It’s usually the sentence that follows, “so, are we…?” or “are you my boyfriend?” or “do you want to come to my sister’s wedding with me?”I’m not exaggerating either when I say it. I mean it. Every single time I say it.The girls on the other hand, they don’t seem to like it.… they don’t seem to like it.
But I don’t really know why they expect differently. I always make it clear from the start. I’m not looking for anything serious. This is just sex. I’m not your boyfriend. I say those sentences and most girls nod and agree or if they don’t like those terms, they walk before anything happens.
I respect that, so I don’t get why they don’t respect my boundaries. When I say those things I mean it but they seem to think that they can change me.
Well to risk sounding like a complete jerk, they’re not that good in the sack.

A nice and easy read with a comfortable reading feeling. You can easily finish this in one sitting. I really liked the characters and it had a good storyline that I was able to keep up with.
3.5 ‘s
Second chance romance with what I would refer to as a happy ending rather than HEA .. in the words of the male character, Cameron, he’s not there yet.
I have mixed emotions about this. I’m so used to HEAs that I expect it, but when I take a step back and think about it, I love that Hanleigh Bradley took the leap that is much more realistic because in life not everyone ends with a marriage, a house with a picket fence and 1.5 kids.
A quick read that has the H and h living in the land of denial and fighting their attraction.
If you’re in to hot alpha males, Cameron is probably not your next bbf. He’s more adept at discussing his emotions. He’s more endearing rather than alpha.
Grace and Cameron both seem childish at times.
There are some drawbacks for me in the book when it comes to the language from the authors region, the UK, versus where I live, the U.S. For example, “I wouldn’t be stood here” and someone being “half cut”.
I can’t say it makes or breaks it for me bit at times is was a distraction.
Call Me Doctor was a pretty good read especially considering how much was packed into so few pages. We follow Grace who runs into and ends up living with an old flame, Cameron. Neither one of them is over the other and it doesnt take long for the spark to reignite.
This was a perfectly paced story with absolutely no dull moments. I would have liked to have had more in the steam department. But otherwise I would definitely recommend this to others. Especially if you’re short on time and want your romance on the lighter side.
With characters from the Rules Series, Hanleigh Bradley writes Call Me Doctor, featuring Dr. Cameron Barker and the woman he can’t forget, Grace Dolton. Cam is a man who isn’t cut out for a relationship and he lets every woman know that he’s not in it for the long run. He’s not only a manwhore, but a fairly nasty one at that. He makes no bones about telling a woman that he doesn’t want her in his life. Years ago, when he and Grace were together, Cam had to face the fact that he felt more for her than he wanted to. For the first time, he was frightened by how much he was invested and simply walked away. Now that they’re suitemates, how is he going to handle being near her, again, and how is she going to react to him! The push and pull doesn’t go on for too long and they reignite their desire. Luca provides the perfect foil for showing Cam just how much he loves her when he assumes she spent the night with him. Very clever! I’m not fond of happy for now stories, since I’m all in on happily ever after. I can hope that there’s a sequel!
What a great short read. It was a wonderful second chance romance where Can and Grace used to have a no strings attached relationship. They meet again in the future and Can starts to feel like he might want something more. Grace, being left by Can once before is no so sure he’s up for everything that she wants in her relationship. This story was emotional and steamy and I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves a good romance! I received a review copy of this story and am leaving a voluntary honest review.
Really good quick read second chance romance. I liked the characters and their struggle to see if they can make a go of things the second time around. It’s nice to see the stories of side characters from the original series and see them get their own HEA. Well worth the read.
A very quick read, second chance romance. Cam and Grace had a no strings attached entanglement a few years prior, but when Cam started to feel more, he jumped ship, afraid to take things further. Fast forward, Grace finds herself needing a place to stay, and her best friend Aurora has an extra room in the apartment she used to share with other….namely Cam. The return to close proximity has them fighting off the mutual lust they feel, she’s certain he broke things off because he didn’t have any feeling for her, while he is afraid that his feelings run too deep for him to handle. Inevitably, they succumb to their lust, and it’s hot and steamy. There’s more back story, especially with Cam’s dad, that really isn’t delved into much, but probably could be a much bigger story if this wasn’t a quick novella. Overall, it was a good second chance love story with a sweet HEA.
I really loved this companion novella to the intimacy series, if you loved the first three books, then th is read should be a no-brainer for you. I fell in love with Cameron and Grace. This was really well-written.
Small cute story. You should never be afraid of love. Grace and Cameron are really going to be great together.
Call me doctor by Hanleigh Bradley, is the first book, I read by her.
It is a second chance at romance, because 4 years prior they had a fling and shes back again but this time there roommates, what can go wrong, right? Wrong! Feelings come back and that scare he had with her, well is back and she is the only one who could hold him down basically.
When you see Call me doctor, you know right off the back its going to be a hot dr, woman or male, but seeing it that is a guy well that just yummy.. lol..
You will fall in love with Cameron and Grace and you will be rooting for them til the very end.. DO they get the HEA?? well you will have to see, and I promise you there is a twist to that HEA!
An enjoyable short but sweet second chance story. The characters are simple, well described, and likeable as they follow their feelings and overcome their fears.there is some intense twists with some realistic drama and sexy chemistry that’s emotionally gripping. I voluntarily reviewed this ARC.
Such a beautiful second chance romance story!! It was very well written and the characters were so easy to relate to. I was captivated from the very first page
He makes it clear to anyone he meets up with that he is not a long term item for them. He will not do relationships. It is a physical relationship only. Even they agree they still trying to change him. No way. He is who he is and nothing will change it. Like it or leave it

3.5 star review:
A second chance romance with a nice storyline and plot. It is a short story and it lacks depth to the characters and story at times. A story where the main characters both denies their attraction to each other. He is not ready for a relationship at all. Therefor also not a HEA but something very simular. They sometimes felt immature to me.
A story that does not have to much in it that is different from others. It is sweet and enjoyable. I like the authors writing style and will continue to read her stories.
Recommendable read.
A great second chance romance . Cam and Grace have a brief past . Cam has been known as a player and a commitment phobic . He and Grace has that no strings attached romance 4 years ago. When Cam thought he was beginning to have feelings he disappeared on Grace. Fate has stepped in and they have once again crossed paths. Cam wants to put himself out there but Gracie will need a lot of convincing . Grace wants all the strings and she knows that Cam is not capable of doing that for her . She may brush him off but when he states that he can’t deny his love…he does more than catch her off guard . A quick whirlwind romance !!

I received a free copy of this book however all thoughts and opinions are 100% my own.
I really liked this! It’s a great quick read with a HFN as opposed to all those HEA’s. Perfect for reading whilst you have your coffee and doesn’t require too much concentration.
The storyline was well written and the characters were well detailed which hooked me right from the start! What really kept me turning the pages was the interaction and the chemistry between Cameron and Grace which kept me totally engaged until the turn of the very last page!
I really love the intimacy series,This amazing beautiful addicting broken intense short love story of Grace and Cameron need more
Cameron & Grace’s story was a good quick read. I read it in one setting.
I liked Cameron & Grace together. Their journey was not an easy one, but it was worth it.
There was one part of the story that just felt unfinished. One minute Grace was using Luca to make Cameron jealous and then all of a sudden Luca was nowhere to be found. Then Grace & Cameron were together.
I really hope Luca gets his own story!
