My family and I fled the Reapers. We were caught. My family is dead. And I’m a trophy. At first I was frantic to get free. I’ve heard the stories of these monsters. They pillage and plunder. They kill everyone who opposes them. And eat their victims. But then, in that crowded pen. In the midst of my fear. I saw him. Llyron. And my fear began to flee. I was fascinated by the patterns on his skin. I … my fear began to flee.
I was fascinated by the patterns on his skin.
I wanted to examine his eyes.
If I could look at him and not be threatened by his fury, I think I would enjoy it.
I’m still terrified.
But only because I can’t guess at what he wants me for.
I’ve never had any experiences.
I’m not that kind of girl.
Except now I’m a toy.
A part of me loves it.
It’s like a pressure.
Begging to be released.
It’s an ache.
An itch that I haven’t yet reached.
And that’s when I realize.
This sick and twisted union is perfect for me.
We…are…perfect. For each other.
Caged Property explores a much darker and much more gritty Athenaverse than in other books. It’s the fourth book in the Reaper’s Pet series within the wider Athenaverse. Readers should be warned that the situations inside this book are of a much darker variety than other books in the Athenaverse and should exercise caution. All books share the same universe and feature a happily ever after.

I love the exact descriptions of the characters and how they came to be and look. Every Chapter keeps you on your toes while reading. I like Sci-fi but this book has made me anxious to read more! I love the interesting names for the characters as well. Ameld and Ilyron are perfect for each other by their personalities and the way the story unfolds. Ameld is a unique one all on her own by how her ancestry is. The connection between her and llyron is explosive and mesmerizing to read and I can’t wait for the sequel to the story to see what happens!

Caged Property was a great story, the plot and characters were strong. The story was packed with action, suspense, twists and more, the story was written well. Llyron and Ameld were strong characters, their journey was a rough one, they had many ups and downs but they were drawn to each other. They were made for one another, their chemistry was steamy. They were good together.
I enjoyed reading this book , good storyline, it is filled with action, adventure, and intrigue. The interaction and chemistry between the characters is wonderful. I can’t wait for more from this author. I received this book as a FREE ARC copy to read and I voluntarily leave this review.
The story continues with Llyron finding Ameld after having connected with her through dreams. She is the one who is suppose to hold the answer to saving their race along with the fact that she is his mate. The story is full of danger from the attack by the Helios Combine’s warships, an unexpected space jump and deception on Cold Hope. I enjoyed the story as it is a continuation in this series. It is well written, suspenseful and entertaining. I would highly recommend this as a great read even though there is a cliffhanger at the end.
Another wonderful book in this series. Llyron is known among the Reapers as their Savior, when he hears Lana and Sybil talking about their plight of being pregnant with the other women, he sends a hidden message hoping to find a way to save their race. Meanwhile Ameld on Teshaan has a ability to be friends with the animals and dreams of things that are going to happen. She tells her parents that she dreams they are in danger and they flee, but the ship they’re traveling on gets overtaken by Llyron who is also dreaming about Ameld and is looking for her. Her parents gets killed and she becomes the pet of Llyron. As the attraction grows between them and they work together, will Llyron and Ameld save the Reapers? Again a wonderful story with the other characters appearing as they band together for the common cause. I volunteer to read and review this ARC via the author and Booksprout.
This is the next book in the Reaper’s Pet series. You really do need to read the other books in the series to understand what is going on. Llyron is a first generation hybrid that is a scientist as well. He is looking to find the salvation for his people. And, he wants to help the human pets that are pregnant with Reaper babies. He has dreamed about Ameld and he goes to find her. Ameld is a young woman who is a mixture of many races. She can become one with the planet she is on. She is friends with all living creatures. Ameld has been dreaming of Llyron as well and her parents become worried enough that they decide to leave where they are and find someplace safer. Their ship is boarded by the Reapers that are helping Llyron to find Ameld and her parents are killed and Ameld is taken. Llyron is captivated by her and he works to find how they can save the Reapers. Ameld starts to find the powers that she has and she and Llyron work to save their people. This is not the end of the series and it ends with a HFN.

“Caged” is the fifth instalment of the Reaper sci-fi series and by far the darkest, so be warned, because you will definitely be going down that rabbit hole with this DARK, aggressively violent, sexually charged emotional roller coaster! You will meet Llyon, a hybrid reaper, who, for the most part, as spent his life dedicated to finding not only a way for his reaper “brothers” to survive but once again flourish with their mates and children. All the Reaper “men,” along with their mates, are present throughout this story, having sought out Llyon with the hope he can keep their mates alive during childbirth. And then there is Ameld – a very rare and unique human, Reaper, and Ishana hybrid who, like the other Reaper “toys,” is no shrinking violet! Tucked inside her small frame lies a Reaper’s thirst for conquering and blood and some of the Ishana ’s gifts like telekinesis and premonitions. During one of these premonitions, Ameld subconsciously reached out to LLyon, which began his search and claiming of Ameld.
If you are unfamiliar with the Reaper series, I strongly advise you to start with book one because it will give you insight as to why there are “this is a very dark series” warnings are there. That said, for me, at least, this is one of the best books of the series because all the characters are together, which usually means that their enemies in this universe or doomed, if the last book was any indication!
Athena Storm has done it again with this Dark Sci~fi Romance “Caged Property” it was a lovely fast read. Every book she writes keeps getting better and better. If your into Aliens and Sci~fi then her books are for you. It kept me reading till the end. Once I started I could not put it down. I Highly recommend that you grab this book and actually anything else that Athena Storm writes. You won’t be disappointed…

A Death Grip On Life
ADULT Alpha Alien Male Romance and Adventure, with Violence and Abduction.
A long, long time in The future…
The Reapers, who have lived in the badlands of spacefor generations after the destruction of their planet, Oshara, are a dying race. Not many full bred Reapers still exist.
Llyron, a hybrid scientist, has called most of the survivors together to their Hidden space station, to take samples of blood and try to use it and their DNA to save their race.
Some of the Reapers have human mates. One of them is carrying a Reaper child, which will probably kill her if Llyron can’t figure out what to do.
Much of the problem is the bloodthirsty way of the Reapers. They have a terrible reputation for killing their mothers and fathers! How can they survive if they keep murdering their own kind?
Llyron seems to have a bit of second sight and paranormal ability, and he keeps seeing the image of a beautiful human looking woman in his mind. But he brings himself back to the present, back to the problem of saving his race of Reapers, in all their various forms.
Ameld, a young human woman has always been strange to her parents. She has a superior intellect and seems to have a special bond with other living things, be they plant or animal.
She has been having vivid dreams of frightening alien creatures invading and killing. One of them has her in his grasp. She hears him say, ” you are mine”! She knows he is coming for her….

AWESOME!
This is part of a series, but can be read as a standalone book. Author Storm supplies a prologue that explains the Athenaverse. Highly recommended for lovers of true space Adventure and Dark Romance. This book is dark, gritty, and violent throughout with some paranormal elements.
Llyron, a legend among the Reapers, was searching for answers to prevent disappearance and improve the violent and blood-hungry species. As part of a complex evolution full of mistakes and monsters, Llyron was intrigued, worried, experimenting and looking for solutions all along and knew he was close despite all the difficulties. Ameld felt that she was different and did not belong, and it only took one encounter with a special one, Llyron, to reveal the truth. After being banned, hunted down and despised for a long time, it seemed like the Reapers would have a chance to become something better. I liked that the different Reapers and their pets kept working together as their only chance to survive. The mystery it’s getting complicated and there is an unexpected, bigger and darker threat to all of them. I have no idea how they are going to deal with this because it looks like they ran out of juice to move on. Interesting, intriguing, with some rude descriptions, strange and terrifying characters, strong emotions, deception, violence, deadly fights, and an intense and overwhelming passion. The new twist left me intrigued waiting for the next book to find out what the Reapers’ fate will be.
Is she the Reaper’s salvation or Llyr’s? Is she human or not? Ameld was no man:s property, but all humans are property to the Reapers. The Combine is dogging their heels, they almost caught them last time, prompting the emergence of long forgotten powers. I read this on the edge of my seat because I was feeling everything coming together and Ameld and Llyr at the epicenter of it. For Llyr after hundreds of years on the space station he is starting to feel more like a Reaper even though he doesn’t look like one and his need to possess even devour Ameld is almost disastrous. The journey is fraught with danger and and at the end betrayal and on top of it ends in a cliffhanger. How could you?!? Still loved it and am crazy till I see what’s next.

Ameld’s parents know the threat that is coming for their special daughter and flee on a transport to another planet, when it’s too late. The reapers board the spacecraft and slaughter everyone with a weapon except Llyron’s prize, Ameld. Unbeknownst to her, she is his pet, but so much more as it turns out. The reapers are a violently strong alien species that need to find a way to mate for their kind to evolve. A great series with drama and passion.

You can run but fate will have her due….
by and1515
Ameld, always seemed to be in sync with the world around her even when it was either to hot or very cold but sometimes it was just right.
Her parents at one time had lived and breathed adventure and wild escapades until she’d arrived then they’d settled in one place.
There were moments that she couldn’t understand why but she saw things whoever this time they left her filled with dread and fear so much fear…
Reapers.
He’d sent out a message and now
Llyron watched as they approached him, theses were his brothers and they’d answered his call.
And finally Slade his brother with whom he shared the same mother even though they looked nothing a like.
Her dreams were becoming darker and more frightening with each an every day.
No one ever talked much about their family history she was a child of two vastly different cultures.
Llyron could understand the males wanted to hold onto what they have their women and children if they were blessed with them. With the samples they each gave him there was plenty of hope.
Ameld knew it was only a matter of time he was looking and it wouldn’t be long before he’d find her.
His brave girl was stunning and a fighter Ameld is everything he’d been searching for and now he had every intention of having her but no he could feel something coming from her and then nothing.
Ameld was truly confused Llyron was a reaper no maybe something else she was confused.
He’d lost her Llyron couldn’t believe he’d just found Ameld and now she was gone and his head hurt.
All she knew was her parents were dead killed by reapers because that’s really what they do and now fate was playing an aweful joke on her.
Llyron could feel her power being feed by her anger but there was no way he was letting her go after what’s mine will always be mine.
Ameld wanted to push him away only to pull him back she was losing any and all sense how could his presence reeking mayhem driving her to the point of insanity.
Llyron knew the instant she stopped fighting and gave in Ameld was his home and there was nowhere else he wanted to be but with her.
He knew the answers were out there waiting for them all Llyron needed was the fortitude to search for them.
However now there facing and even greater foe death is waiting to rip them all to shreds just when things were going good for once and now this happens.
With few choices left they needed to draw them away from and hope for the best but suddenly everything changed.

I wanted to love this addition to the Athenaverse series. Characters were interesting and compelling. Gave a lot of information and background to the Reapers. The only negative thing I have to say is that it ended on a cliffhanger. In all the other stories you knew there was a continuation, but at least those story had some closure.

I really dislike cliffhangers. Yes, the majority of the story is resolved, the H and h are together, but now there is a cliffhanger with the overarching arc of the storyline- and I’m peeved. I really liked both H and h, you see each grow as individuals, becoming better together, especially h- she starts becoming who she is meant to be, however, now I’m left wondering what happens. Which is brilliant and yet awful, especially since I have no patience. This isn’t going to deter me, I’m very much looking forward to the next book, which will hopefully wrap this one up and not end in a cliffhanger.
