NilesI have the perfect job, the perfect cars, and a more than adequate bank account. Up until six months ago, I believed that I would have the perfect wife. Helena was beautiful, smart, and ambitious. I thought that she was flawless, until the day that I learned of her cheating.Instead of allowing her actions to break me, I let it fuel me. I drowned myself in work, and locked away any trace of … away any trace of her, only to be met in my dreams by another. For the past six months, I’ve been haunted by the most mesmerizing hazel eyes. It’s always the same girl, always a beautiful beginning, but never an end.
After closing a huge deal, my friends suggest that a vacation is in order, and for once I don’t refuse. My plan is to relax, have fun, and maybe throw in a little pleasure on the side.
While on vacation, I question my sanity and struggle to keep my plan alive because that plan didn’t include my dream colliding into my reality. It didn’t include the girl with the hazel eyes.

This is a tasty treat from Angela. It is a stand-alone novella that will have you running to the ice cream shop to savor a delicious morsel. If you are looking for a sweet treat, then pick this story up today.
Nora was everything I’d expect a 23-year-old to be. She is smart, funny, loving, and has a heart bigger than she realizes. She is also finding herself and who she wants to be. Angela packed a good backstory about Nora in this story. It allowed the reader to infer a lot about her. As the story flows you get a feel for what matters most to her. When Niles comes sauntering in, it makes her question everything but at the same time feel all is right in the world.
Niles was portrayed to have so many layers. The thing was they were all buried under his hard exterior of all work and no play. Given the short length of the story, Angela captured Niles’s subtle transformations well. He let Nora in. Even more than his closest friends.
Lincoln & Andrew make up the rest of the three musketeers. I like how even though we only met them briefly, they gave way to who Niles was. You could see the loyalty they had to each other.
This story was short, but Angela covered the plot and smaller subplots well. It raced well and left you with a smile at their HFN ending. I didn’t feel any lull or down moments while reading.
I give this scrumptious treat 5 pointe shoes and a scoop of cookie dough ice cream. If you want a story to read in and hour, this one is for you.
What a great love story this was. Niles and Nora are so cute and perfect together, she’s all sassy and he’s all sweet. I absolutely love vacation relationships, how could u not? Best place to start a relationship away from reality.
Well written and entertaining. I enjoyed reading this book. This is my voluntarily review of this good book.
When we first meet Niles he discovers that the relationship he had, the comfortable relationship with his fiance was not all he thought it was and he finally allows himself to take a break at the urging of his friends – they practically twist his arm. On vacation he finds someone so much better for him. Such a sweet story with characters that make you root for them.

This is the 2nd book I’ve read written by Angela Parker; she has done a great job at writing a good book; I can’t wait to read more of her books.
The story line caught my attention at the very beginning and kept me interested throughout the entire book.
I loved the chemistry between the characters.

Niles and Nora’s holiday romance story was beautiful well written and the story flowed well. The characters were very relatable. I love that Nora knows Niles, but Niles was so caught up in his own little bubble, that he did not recognise Nora!! My first book from this author and I loved it!!
