The dramatic continuation of the Emerald Cove saga from a USA Today Bestselling Author.

Audio Review: Bungalow on Pelican Way (Emerald Cove Book 3) by Lilly Mirren, Narrated by Coralie Bywater
Mirren aims for the heart with emotional scenarios and inspiring romances. Bungalow on Pelican Way is a tale of hope that finds beauty in the broken. Rebecca and Franklin are reaching for their brass ring. Happily ever after has constantly evaded them. Will they ever get their happy ending? (4.5 stars)
I generally read and prefer mysteries. But I sometimes venture off into other types of books. At first when I started this book I thought I might well stop reading before the third chapter because I could tell it was a “happily ever after” type of book which I was not in the mood for. However, I started getting involved with the character’s lives (and there are a LOT of characters). I ended up finishing it and yes, it was a “happily ever after” but the author made fairly realistic characters with story lines that kept my interest. So if you love this type of book, I’d highly recommend it.
I enjoyed the book. I realized that I had read the previous one that tied into this one prior. It was great to know more about the characters in the story.
The suspense. Happy ending.
This is the third book in the heartfelt Emerald Cove Duet, a Small Town Romance. You need to listen to this series in order. This is a beautifully written ongoing saga. The characters are great, and I love to follow them in their emotional journey to happiness. Coralie Bywater did a wonderful job with the narration. If you like women’s fiction, this series is definitely for you. Looking forward to listen to Chalet on Cliffside Drive, the next book in the Series.
Bungalow on Pelican Way
Emerald Cove, Book 3
By: Lilly Mirren
Narrated by: Coralie Bywater
I love returning to Emerald Cove. Each story brings me back, loving the characters and their stories. This one focuses on all three women, each we have previously met. Rebecca is dealing with her past, finding her way on the force, and wondering what to do about her growing attachment to her boss. Cindy is adjusting to her new life and finding her happiness. And Meg is dealing with pregnancy and her disabled husband. Three strong women overcoming their problems, searching for the happiness they deserve. And what would it be without a few twists and turns? A storm is brewing and surprises coming! I love this series and hope to hear more from this beautiful town.
Coralie Bywater is fantastic. I think that is enough said, as her performance speaks for itself. Spot on voices, consistent from book to book and just the right amount of angst and emotion. I love her aussie accent, and the narration is entertainment at it’s best.

Bungalow on Pelican Way is the third book in the Emerald Cove series.
I voluntarily received and reviewed an advanced copy of this book.
Final Rating: 5 Stars
This is a great series and makes me want to go to Emerald Cove. These characters are real and likable. The author has developed characters that are strong women who face the struggles and changes of life with their faith, family and their friends. I found myself caring about their problems and cheering their accomplishments. I do recommend reading this series in order. A great series!
There’s a serious and heartfelt warning that goes with this book – it’s emotional! I started this series right from the beginning and now it is Book 3. Emerald Cove is “down-under” as we say in the US, full of beautiful beaches, wonderful people, and, tourist areas to enjoy. This story is amazing and filled with many moving parts; meaning lives are busy, each person different and situations changing all the time. I loved having Rebecca finding safety; Cindy finding happiness; Diana hugging her son; and, the new baby being born for all to love. There are so many areas of the story-line that touched my heart, so I cried. I felt the devastation of Franklin over his Dad and the sorrow of Ben when he was seeking the truth. Thanks for a great read and my trip to Emerald Cove.
