The love he needs might be the last thing he expects… day, it’s also turning out to be plenty lonesome.
And then, in strolls Kylie VanLueven, his very new and very pretty receptionist. The first time he met Kylie, she was just a kid. Now, she’s all grown up, with curves in all the right places. She’s doing a good job at the clinic, but he won’t ever let it be more than that, despite the longing she stirs in him.
Besides, he’s sure that she’s hiding a secret…
The secret she carries won’t stay secret for long…
Kylie has come home to Sawyer on the heels of a bad break up. She kicked the abusive loser to the curb to protect herself and, more importantly, her unborn child.
The job she takes at the vet clinic is just supposed to be a way to pay her bills. She never expects Adam Whitaker to be so handsome, so kind and so exasperating, too. The way he looks at her with his whiskey colored eyes? It makes her heart race, while his touch and gentle teasing make her yearn for more.
But she never imagined the danger from her past would come looking for her and her unborn baby…
Bundle of Love is the seventh novel in the Long Valley series, although all books in the Long Valley world can be read as standalones. It has some strong language, and oh my, sexy times. Enjoy!

Good book
Good, but nothing special.
There are doctors and there are veterinarians…gotta love a guy who cares for helpless animals. He has a history of bad experiences in relationships but falling in love again comes to be a HEA.
I loved these characters, and from the first page, I wanted everything to work out for them! I was not disappointed!
I really enjoyed this book I was surprised at how the characters retreated and the names that they were called because of the seller minds of different people. I myself found a very entertaining very heartwarming I enjoyed it immensely
This is a sweet and romantic novel, that centers around a single pregnant woman and a very kind and good-natured man. It is a lovely story, in which the somewhat unassuming man gets to be a hero; the woman adores him and the “Happily ever After” takes place. It is a nice afternoon read.
Adam and Kylie’s story is so romantic! Loved it!
Great book.
Read one and two. Loved the strong characters
It was okay. I almost put it down as the first part seemed like it was written by a complete amateur but it got better. The story was a bit of a stretch but an easy read.
cute story, entertaining
Kylie VanLueven has shown up back home trying to regroup and decide what she wants to do. Her mother gives her a few days but then the tough love comes out. Find a job, save some money, and move out. Dr. Adam Whitaker is a veterinarian. He has more work than he can keep up with. He has an assistant that is better with 4 leg creatures than humans. He needs help. From the moment she walks into the clinic, sparks are flying. Both dismiss their reactions. He needs the help and she is very good at organizing. When the town decides they want to interfere, she’s ready to walk away. Adam shows her what a real man is all about. I really like these two who defied the small town gossips and came out on top.
Entertaining characters.
I love the Long Valley series.
Kylie and Adam were so good together.
The characters and the plot was so entertaining that I loved this book.
Erin Wright has another winner.
Her books are so good and they keep getting better.
I read this book over a weekend. It was enjoyable and a very quick read.
Loved this book. Great writing. It felt like I was right there in the story.
A many layered story .
Kylie VanLueven left Sawyer, Idaho to go to college and never wanted to come back. Unfortunately Kylie is 22 years old and pregnant by a married man that wants nothing to do with her, so she is back at her mother’s house. After a weeks pity party, her mom tells her that Dr. Adam Whitaker, a veterinarian, is looking for a receptionist. Kylie goes to his office and he ends up hiring her (his high school student was not too good with people!); but she doesn’t tell him she is pregnant. Adam’s wife died a few years ago and he hasn’t been with anyone since. He is 38 years old to Kylie’s 22. He is attracted to Kylie, but doesn’t want to abuse his boss/employee relationship.
I loved what a great guy Adam is and how he not only helped animals, but people. I felt bad about what had happened to his wife, and also the no good bum that Kylie had let herself believe she loved. The small town had their busybodies that liked to cause trouble. It was a sweet love story that I strongly encourage you to read. I voluntarily read an Advanced Reader’s Copy of this book.
This romance takes one on a roller coaster ride, from laughing oneself silly to feeling the depths of the characters’ despair. Adam wears his heart on his sleeve and when it gets broken, he has difficulty in putting his life back together again. His life is also out of control with too much to do and too little time in which to do it. He hits a brainwave – hire a receptionist. Which is just was Kylie needs. She has arrived back in the town she swore never to return to, pregnant and broke. When her mother bullies her out of her funk, she discovers that there is a job opportunity for her. Her biggest surprise comes when she finds she is hired. However, keeping her pregnancy a secret in a small town seems a wise choice, that is until malicious characters do their best to destroy her. And then her baby isn’t a secret anymore, with resulting complications. When her past comes back to haunt her, further complications emerge, and Kylie has a choice to believe the lies or to take hold of her new reality. I loved the characters in this book, the witty banter and the hilarious circumstances they found themselves in. Adam, despite being a bit too much older for Kylie than one would normally like, is a caring and steady influence in her life. Whilst bringing order into Adam’s life, Kylie also brings laughter and a whole deluge of unusual sayings, all of which make one laugh. All in all, this is a well-written story that keeps the reader engrossed from start to finish. The book forms part of a series and some of the characters from previous books make an appearance in this one too, but it is nevertheless a stand-alone with a happy ending. I received a copy of this book as a gift and this is my honest and voluntary review.
I received a complimentary copy of this book from Booksprout and I am voluntarily reviewing it.
OMGoodness! This was hilarious. I laughed so hard at times that I had to put the ereader down!! I just love this series. Each book has been fantastic and they just get better. I have loved Dr. Whitaker since Overdue for Love. I am so glad that his story has arrived. What a great male protagonist he is. Kylie was wonderful in her own rights. I loved the dual POVs that the book was written in. It really makes one understand the thoughts and actions of the characters. I also loved the appearance of many of the prior characters!
This is a must read. I so look forward the the continuation of Long Valley series.
